Avoid
at
all
costs,
arrived
around
11am
rooms
wasn’t
ready
till
3pm
not
even
5
minutes
of
being
in
the
rooms
a
glass
wall
shattered
all
over
the
place
leading
to
being
rushed
to
hospital
needing
stitches
the
front
desk
was
rang
immediately
asking
for
help
taking
them
over
10
minutes
to
even
come
up
upon
arriving
they
was
more
concerned
about
the
blood
all
over
the
floor
and
bed
then
checking
I
was
okay
or
assisting
calling
an
ambulance
they
then
left
with
no
help
no
apologies
nothing
it
took
us
asking
for
a
different
room
with
bits
of
glass
still
being
around
the
room
and
having
a
3
year
old
with
us
we
was
then
moved
to
a
room
with
a
full
glass
interior
bathroom
with
no
privacy
at
all
and
bit
strange
to
transfer
us
to
a
room
like
that
after
being
traumatised
already
with
what
had
happened.
When
inspected
the
other
room
the
rest
of
the
family
was
in
it
was
obvious
this
kind
of
thing
had
happened
before
with
there
being
silver
bars
left
in
the
wall
where
glass
used
to
be
which
now
wasn’t???
Had
it
fallen
out
previously
on
someone??
A
child?
And
still
no
change?
The
bathrooms
stunk
like
stale
piss
the
cleaners
changed
our
sheets
and
cleaned
the
room
once
our
whole
1
week
stay
we
would
have
to
leave
dirty
towels
out
side
the
room
or
they
wouldn’t
even
come
in
and
take
them
our
towels
were
replaced
twice
the
whole
time
(both
room)
Staff
at
the
front
desk
were
a
shambles
expect
for
the
one
man
who
worked
night
shift
he
was
very
helpfully
and
kind
seemed
to
do
his
best
for
everyone
The
manager
however
when
brought
to
our
attention
we
needed
an
accident
form
filling
out
she
suddenly
acted
to
us
she
didn’t
understand
England
and
kept
struggling
her
shoulders
even
tho
speaking
to
us
days
prior
in
English
tried
to
tell
us
by
speaking
threw
staff
that
accident
forms
don’t
exist
and
we
couldn’t
have
one,
we
got
one
a
hour
before
we
left
the
hotel,
The
hotel
have
refused
to
apologise
and
refused
to
take
liability
of
the
what
happened
with
the
rooms
being
unsafe
but
avoided
us
at
all
costs
our
whole
stay
,
I
had
trouble
walking
the
first
few
days
of
the
stay
with
this
happening
day
one!
My
parents
would
go
get
me
snacks/
drinks
from
the
pool
bar
when
I
was
comfortable
enough
to
go
by
my
self
I
was
refused
every
single
time
with
the
excuses
the
pumps
not
working
there’s
not
chips
left
the
cookers
are
of
etc..

day
there
was
a
lot
of
people
at
the
food
area
eating
I
felt
it
was
just
me
so
put
it
to
the
test
I
was
refused
chips
as
apprently
none
left
so
I
when
back
to
the
pool
then
noticed
my
sister
sat
in
the
food
area
snuck
round
the
back
and
asked
her
to
go
up
for
me
she
was
served
straight
away?????
Upon
all
of
this
our
whole
stay
no
complaints
no
arguments
accrued
nothing
until
day
5
so
all
this
no
food
and
completely
being
ignored
by
staff
had
no
reasoning
I
felt
targeted
by
the
hotel
for
something
that
was
there
fault.
The
rooms
where
filthy
we
spoke
to
a
few
people
around
the
poool
who
has
also
had
to
move
rooms
with
how
dirty
they
where
The
hot
tub
had
a
vile
smell
coming
from
it
and
had
alsort
at
the
bottom
my
3year
old
brother
ended
up
with
hand
foot
and
mouth
from
being
in
there.
The
entire
pool
area
is
ridiculous
covered
in
files
due
to
dirty
bins
not
being
maintained
properly
behind
the
wall.
