Wonderful space to recharge & meet mindful, likeminded people! :) Would recommend this to anyone who is looking for amazing yoga classes!

This is THE best place for yoga classes and conscious events in Barcelona! Went to Sanya's class, Deep & Dynamic Hatha Vinyasa, and absolutely loved it- the flow of the sequence, the use of music and chanting, the clarity of the instruction, the amazing hands-on assists and the use of themes. Left feeling completely renewed and invigorated. This was probably the best and most unique class I have taken in Barcelona. I also went to one of their Conscious Weekends and it was so beautiful, met some very cool people. It is amazing to know that this place exists, so needed in a city like Barcelona. Come here if you have the chance!!
