You wait for an unbelievable amount of time and the when you finally get your food. You get a well done hockey puck when you asked for mid-rare. This is extremely disappointing and probably my last time comming to this chili's ever. If i could give negative stars i would give it a negative 3 the only good thing is our server. She is nice.

We came in to eat and were greeted by the host. He explained that they had NO wait staff but we can sit in the bar area. We were fine with that but I asked how we put in our order. He said the bartender would handle it. I pointed out that there were 30 people there. This is when the manager stepped in and barked "What do you want me to do, close the restaurant?" She continued with this attitude and proceeded to try to make me look stupid for pointing out that it wasn't fair to expect one person to wait on everyone there. Apparently belittling customers is more important than helping her only wait person. I have always enjoyed Chili's but I doubt I will ever eat at this one again. It's not a surprise that everyone called out with a manager like that. I suspect this location will continue to struggle as long as she is there.

To say this Chili's is disappointing is an understatement! I don't really know why they have never gotten their act together since they opened. We tried to go eat here after 8pm and there was a 15 min wait. There were several open tables and several dirty tables. When I asked the hostess if they were short staffed she said our kitchen was backed up. I said of course it is, it always is backed up! We decided to give them one more shot. (We haven't eaten here in over 1 year because last time it took 4 of us over 2 hours for dinner.) We did get sat in a booth in about 15 minutes but then no one came to greet us at the table in 5 minutes, so we left! We will not be back to this establishment! Corporate needs to take a long hard look at this restaurant and why it is offering terrible customer service from the management and kitchen down. The servers are always apologetic and try their hardest to give good customer service, but that's hard to do when management isn't running the restaurant effectively!

Family dinner !! Customer service was great, food was very good but house margaritas are not good, so we ordered margaritas with Patron tequila ,on the rocks with sea sal rim , the molten chocolate cake was delicious , price are reasonable

Update store is on a downward spiral. It has very few employees and who ever is cooking must never cooked before. Will get raw food items missing and in general poor service as servers they have have no care anymore as they must work to hard. When you spend hard earned money at these business and they just say sorry. Get a real manager than can run the places. not just some one you call a manager. Have eaten here several times all with good outcome. It is clean with friendly people.

My wife and I both had fajitas which were awesome. The boneless chicken wings were also really good. We actually had plenty of food for leftovers. The staff was very friendly. My only complaint is no outside dining. The old Chili's had a dog friendly outside dining area. When we were there it would have been a beautiful night to have dinner under the Stars. Unfortunately it didn't exist.

They gave me raw broccoli. I was waiting on hold for 25 minutes then when I got my food they gave me raw broccoli!!! Everything was cold. Only thing that was good was my wings. I'm very disappointed. I called back manager was to busy to talk to me. They told me they will email me coupons to there location. I'm so disappointed.

They were under-staffed like everyone but still managed to give us good service. They even had a huge party of about 20 people including 10 kids. The server was friendly and as attentive as he could be given the staffing. The food came out in a reasonable amount of time (despite the huge party that ordered when we did), the food was correct and was delicious.

In this busy world we live in, we as a family hardly ever get to go out. Today we went to this location and was greeted by a very friendly hostess, we requested a corner booth which needed some mild cleaning, which she promptly did. It wasn’t the hostess the cause for the one star, it was our assigned server who clearly did not want to attend our table because of her attitude , she did not greet us , no eye contact, and was impatient when we where asking for water as our drink. When we go out we expect to be treated right, we are paying for a service after all. I’m not the type of person to add reviews much less negative reviews because I know that anybody can have a bad day , this lady was not having a bad day, she clearly showed she did not want to take care of this specific table and made us feel uncomfortable . We got up and left even before our water was brought to our table .

We just got back from dinner at Chili's. The hostess was very pleasant and the steak was amazing. The waitress was average. Her first name started with a C. We went to pay and my husband had an issue with the card. She took the machine tapped the card and never returned the machine to him. She extremely quickly filled out her own survey. My husband could see what she was doing and didn't even get a chance. This is not the first time she has done this. We did tell the hostess when we left the restaurant. If we go to Chili's again it may not be at this location because of this. It is too bad because the food especially the steak was amazing.

Went to Chilis today around 2pm. Sat at a table in the bar area the waiter (forgot his name🙅‍♀️)was excellent. He was so busy but took great care of us. Food was excellent. Very happy with food and service. Highly recommend there chicken sandwich in there 3 for 10.99 deal. Tyrone restaurant

Ordered dinner to be delivered. Half of our items were missing and what we did receive was ice cold. Called the restaurant and the girl who answered took our email address and said she would send us a gift card to make up for it. Been waiting over a week and still no gift card. Not impressed since we spent well over $60 and probably only got $25 worth of food. Never again will I order from here. No wonder it's always dead inside when we go. They just stopped caring. I'll tell anyone who will listen now to not go to this location. Y'all dropped the ball. And this is the 2nd time they've screwed up a delivery order. I'm done.

Nice place, excellent service and many options. Great priced kids meals, our granddaughter said it was the best Mac n Cheese she's ever had. 😋 My husband and I enjoyed the brisket quesadillas and nice happy hour. Service in the bar area was outstanding!! We weren't rushed and enjoyed a lovely night out for all ages 🎉

not a picky person at all, and i don’t usually write reviews. but my nachos were stale, as well as my friends’. the nachos were absolutely filled with queso. like look at the picture it was FILLEDDDD WHAT!!! anyway, the atmosphere was nice but food kinda sucked & our server didn’t really check on us. she also got one of my friend’s order wrong which isn’t a big deal but still… anyway she was nice and pretty tho idk

We just came in to celebrate my 21st birthday. We had Delton as our server… she was extremely polite and helpful. Great meal and amazing service! Definitely will be coming back when we return to the area!

Went here when in town to visit family. The male host didn't even say a word to us. Just looked at us and waved for us to follow. Thankfully, the waitress was nice. We all ordered steaks with loaded mashed potatoes. The mashed potatoes were definitely instant and had the consistency of soup. When asked how the food is, we commented on the potatoes. The manager said that this is how the potatoes are made. Seriously? I make instant mashed potatoes all the time, and they don't spread out on my plate like slime. There are multiple restaurants in the same parking area. I'll be skipping this place in the future.

If you want a restaurant with a nice environment, good service and friendly prices. Chili's is for you. I got a $10 meal deal and what a treat. The food is not great, but for that price, you can't complaint much. The staff is so friendly.

Ordered thru door dash this time. Ordered the chips and queso which is always delicious. The steak 6oz with broccoli and loaded mashed potatoes. Cooked to perfection medium like requested. Then Ordered the rib combo with the dry rub and the wet. Delicious. Flavorful. Only issue was they forgot the chili and sauces which when we called they promptly corrected.

Super disappointed. Came here for my sons birthday lunch … he chose this location. We were delivered someone else’s appetizer and then sat forever waiting for refills. Once food was delivered we received the wrong items and still sat with empty drinks we asked for repeatedly. Asked for ranch and honey mustard sooo many times and received one of each. I never ever leave reviews but this was $85 and my sons birthday meal and we are here on vacation… just really disappointed 😔

It was a very good experience. This is the second time I've been here and a month and both times have been very good. The service was excellent both times, especially considering the shortage of people wanting to work. We we have now add the 2 for $25 special oh, and I have to tell you it is a fantastic deal, with plenty of food for a couple. You pick an appetizer to share or to salads to choose from. An entree from a choice of about 8 or 10 oh, and a dessert to share. They have happy hour to seems like all the time. Their house margaritas are very good. You get the two for one specials during happy hours and you only end up paying $3 for each drink oh, and that is well well worth it. Food was delicious, hot and well-seasoned. The portions, especially for the chicken fajitas were large. This is a great value and I do not understand why this place is not packed all the time. We will definitely add this to our regular rotation.

It's Chili's, you know what to expect! I've always thought that Chili's has some solid food for the price, it's pretty good and pretty cheap. We had a great experience in this location specifically. We had a somewhat large party of 8 but we were sat right away still. We had a few mishaps happen, but our server Raymond went above and beyond to make us happy. There is nothing negative I can say, Raymond did everything in the book of great guest service to make sure we left there with a smile, and we all did! Would highly recommend!

When we got there, the man was very terse and kind of rude. Our guess was that they were short staffed. However, after more help arrived he did seem to calm down some. The food was hot and great, but a poor employee attitude for most of our visit dampened the experience some. He didn't have a name tag, so I'm not sure of his name or position.

We have had multiple great service experiences from Rico in the bar area at the Tyrone Chili's. The 3 for Me menu is our preference. Definitely recommend trying the Old Timer with Cheese burger and the Cajun Shrimp Pasta options. Excellent service along with good food, portion sizes and value for the price.

I’m not one to leave Google reviews, but I had to after the best service of my life. Rico (serves bar area) was absolutely exceptional. We didn’t have to ask him for a single thing he was absolutely on top of everything and payed so much attention to whatever we needed. Truly went above and beyond. Chilies ~ compensate accordingly.

Food was pretty good. Waitress was fantastic. I'm pretty sure she was the only one working the front. She was seating people, taking orders, getting drinks and cleaning the tables as fast as she could. I didn't see anyone else helping her do anything. She basically had all the tables by herself.

We had Honey-Chipotle Chicken, Mashed Potatoes, Broccoli. Food was good

We frequent this Chili's location, and until today we have not had an experience of such awesome customer service. KC, the bartender, was amazing. It was slammed and we picked the last 2 seats at the bar to eat dinner. She was attentive, quick, and very entertaining. We will definitely be back to see her specifically.

We've ordered curbside to go a few times now. Orders have been ready at designated times with each order and have been accurate and fresh with the exception of the salads and tenders seem to be hit or miss. (Reason for 4 stars ) Location is easy to find. Parking a little packed during peak hours but no real issues. Staff has been friendly on each visit.

Teresa made our Chili’s experience amazing. She was the hostess on Saturday December 4th during our visit and went above and beyond in her duties. We were placed at the booth near her hostess station and she was so polite and kind to our 3 year old daughter. She fixed our daughter’s broken crayon, provided extra napkins when our daughter split her milk, and carried on a sweet conversation with her our 3 year old too. We really appreciated Teresa and we hope Chili’s notices her hard work.

We went out for our 15th anniversary Feb 26th and ofcourse we had to wait for a table. So we decided to go sit at the bar, well long story short-"Paige" was our bartender and boy was she awesome!! We loved her positive, outgoing and just all around awesome attitude...We asked her if we could actually eat at the bar with her because she was that awesome, so she sat us in a booth in front of the bar and she was not only our bartender she was our server. We want to thank you for a wonderful evening and we will definitely be back to see YOU again. Folks she is the best 👌 and so is Chili's
