The shop was nice but the cafe food wasn't. We had fish and chips( cod) The cod was watery and not much meat just covered in a massive load of thick batter. The chips were lovely and the peas not so good. Highly priced but not value for money. I've had better at a cheaper price!!! Cappuccino very expensive and low temperature luke warm!! Service was nice. Nice cook and staff

Came in today looking for bunnies and a caterpillar. You had sold out of the bunnies but the staff went to extreme lengths to get the brand of these bunnies which we have now secured elsewhere for our little nephew, on behalf of santa. Every member of staff we encountered was so polite, extremely helpful and very welcoming.

An exceptional garden centre with such huge choice of plants, shrubs and mature trees - alongside a great selection of home, pet and garden accessories. Lovely little cafe with indoor and outdoor seating - all round a great stop if you're looking for home or garden inspiration.

This is the best garden centre I've ever been to, they really have got everything you could hope for and more. The staff are extremely knowledgeable and helpful. I've given them five stars because they thoroughly deserve it!!

The best choice and so much of it! Plants are all well looked after, healthy and thriving. Staff are all friendly and helpful. Other items for sale (and a huge variety) are good quality. There's pretty much nothing you can't find here. Nice little cafe, lovely setting, and good food. I guess you can see, I love this place!

The most beautiful bespoke garden center,shop and cafe. Loved the vibe and all the range of flowers & the variety in the shop. Also there cafe has the best cakes & pastries.. cant wait to go back for the high tea soon Didnt take any pictures but attaching some random videos i made :)))

Huge lovely garden centre. Was my first visit and I already want to go back. I bought some pots and was sorry I didn’t had more more money to buy some of their lovely clothes! Beautiful designs!

Lovely garden centre. They have such a huge range of plants. Some u usual ones too. What I also liked was that there were options to buy smaller shrubs as well as developed ones so suits all budgets. You can pay for soil and then drive through to pick it up so you do not have to carry it on and off a trolley. A bonus they allow small dogs as long as they can get into a trolley. It's definitely my new fab place for my gardening needs.

We have been going to Santa's grotto for 4 years now and it is always amazing. Each year it is a bit different. Really beautifully done. Nice ideas. Santa and elves make a real effort. Thank you.

We love coming to this garden centre even just to walk around. Everything is always so neat and well presented. It looks beautiful at Christmas and they have a great selection of items.

Best in the area for plants and garden *stuff* We've planted the majority of our garden with plants from Smith's and filled up another trolley this visit. £10 delivery for everything to be delivered the next morning is great value too. Staff know their plants and are always happy to help.

I’ve only recently got into gardening and am am absolutely clueless but I can honestly say that the help I’ve had from the workers at Smiths has been first class! They will go out of your way to help you and are so knowledgeable. I would have been lost without them. It’s also just a lovely space and my 3 year old daughter loves the xmas set up which looks spectacular!

Been using Smiths Garden Centres for many years now. Most recently to buy a new garden table and chairs. Unfortunately, we could not get them in the house, (London terrace house) so once we had made arrangements to carry them over our neighbours house, Smiths redelivered. Their service is always absolutely first class, and Jo was extremely helpful from start to finish. Highly recommended!

My husband and I often visit the Smith's Garden Centre, which is our loveliest garden shop. There are many reasons why we love shopping there. Starting from a convenient parking and toilets on site, then a large selection of products with all what you need to your garden. There are beautifully arranged plant areas, including palms, olive trees, shrubs, amazing flowers, and garden decorations. And finally, with a great appreciation to the owner, fully dedicated to the business, and a very polite and helpful staff, we wish you all the best!

Medium size car parking but generally you'll find spaces. Wheelchairs are accessible via the double front doors. Wheelchair accessible altho in a few places it's very narrow due to planted pots on the floor lining many a rows, also large graveled areas to watch out for. Ideally need electric Wheelchair. Busy staff helpful once found. This garden centre is amazing in the fact that you can get almost everything you would need for a lovely luxury garden. Huge variety in all species in a wide range of divisions , Sculptures, to huge pots, variety of water features that are cool, sheds & cabins for that extra space, restaurant too lots more. Come with 2.5 hrs to spare if you need to browse all sections.

Fab garden centre with great range of plants for indoors and outdoors. Lots of parking but does get really, really busy at weekends....Sunday especially. Staff are very helpful and I love that you can go via the drive-thru for them to load your boot with bulky items such as compost. They're also great at pushing trolleys for you if you're loaded with slabs or aggregates. Product range is very good and there is a small selection of sundry items such as stationery, books, pet supplies, household items etc but this does not overwhelm the gardening selections. It still feels like a garden centre and not an outlet store. Nice that they've reopened the cafe.

A great family owned garden centre. It has a huge selection of plants and the staff are knowledgeable and very helpful. The cafe has a lovely choice of savouries and cakes, is absolutely spotless and the staff are really friendly. Would thoroughly recommend having a good look round the garden centre, followed by a bite to eat in the cafe. Reasonably priced too.

Great selection of everything for the home and garden! Plenty of staff to help, friendly and engaging. No 5th star as the café at 2pm was out of jacket potatoes, soup and some sandwich fills. Recommended for a visit.

What an amazing family run garden centre! They truly have amazing customer service. Not only are the staff friendly and helpful if you approach them but its the only garden centre I've ever visited where the staff walk around asking if you need help. Especially seeing as I cluelessly buying Christmas lights! Lots of parking, and they have an awesome cafe if you need an espresso or two during the visit! 😉
