Highly unprofessional. She told us to walk in for a toddler haircut on saturday 5 p.m when enquired over phone on previous Wednesday although we asked to book an appointment. When we reached at the told time ,she said I had told to call again before coming and cannot do now since there are 2 ladies waiting. She did not even apologise for not able to do haircut instead she lied that she had told us to call again before coming.

Told her my son’s hair is not even at the back and side burns need to be done. I have no experience and feel I could have done an uneven cut. Won’t be going back.

I want to share my experience with Farah…I don’t usually write reviews but I felt it was personally very important for me. I accidentally got acquainted to Farah by my husband (who was passing by Pinner high street) and booked an appointment which coincidentally happened to be my birthday-mind you, we were just coming out of lockdown last year and the condition of my hair was not that great. Meeting Farah it felt I had known her all my life, she is a true professional and a genuine magician with her scissor hands! My hair transformation was amazing! Farah has such sound understanding of hair types, colouring and most importantly styling the cut according to face types. I have been hopping around with different hairdressers for years as I was never satisfied and settled for 30% of what I wanted…since being with Farah the beam is evident when she finishes with me (a few hours later!!) 1000% satisfaction!! Comparatively her prices are very reasonable for what you get in comparison. Friends and family have complimented on the condition, colour and the cut-“the 3 C’s” that all hairdressers really need to learn! I have gained a true professional but most importantly a caring individual who actually understands the clients needs. Going in for appointments feels like a therapy session…I feel mentally, emotionally and physically recharged. Thank you for coming into my life and your business continue to flourish!

I have been going to Farah’s for 7 years for my hair colouring, highlights and blowdry. The results never fail to get me compliments. I have changed my hair colour over the years and each time, the service gets better and better. Farah and her team are also very lovely and accommodating. Really great hairdresser - I go to get my hair cut by Farah all the time! If you have long hair and don't want too much taken off, Farah respects that completely, but she's also happy to cut off lots of hair if you're sure about what you're going for. I recently decided to go for a jellyfish cut (which is notorious for being difficult to blend) and Farah did a great job - the layers stand out without being over the top. Definitely recommend! (Pictures in different lighting and styles for ref. No filters - just blocked out face!)
