This is our Local gem (Gym) in these challenging Covid times there is a running track which is 1600 mts so one mile , when its too wet to run /walk this is a haven for locals. also a stone's throw away from the Ruislip woods and loads of off street free parking in the residential lanes

Need more little places like this, skate park is well kept and great when it's not rammed full of scooters. The track is a nice touch for those exercising. And the cafe, well I didn't try the cafe but I will next time.

Home of Ruislip Rangers youth football team. Is a nice recreation area, with running track and skate park and outdoor gym allows for a lot of outdoor activities. The park also has a cafe that serves hot food nice breakfast and drinks while watching football. It also has bbq on some Sundays.

Great playing field. Bike track, running track, skating area is separate. Kids or adults will love it. Worth visiting. Ample parking outside & easy to locate.

Playing fields with Cricket pitch running track, scateboard park, park gym football pitches and cafe. The River Pinn runs through the park . The park can get quite waterlogged during wet weather, so you may need wellies in winter. Top park for sports and dog walking
