    if i could give it less than a star wallahi i would, how bout that? the food was so traumatic that when i look at the pictures i took of what was meant to be my “4.8 star meal” (as Uber Eats says) i get what can only be described as vivid flashbacks of the rancid smells that came emitted from the food. the chicken stank, it was clearly old, the burger literally smelt like it wasn’t made for human consumption, the wings were just nasty and dry. i emailed uber eats to ask for a refund for my 21.99 pounds i spent at this disgusting excuse of a restaurant and they only refund me 17£? run me my remaining 4 pounds before i turn up myself and cause a scene

    This is a ghost kitchen. They are not an actual restaurant. They hire out kitchens that provide food for multiple online delivery "restaurants" which offer the same food. That's why they have so many different "locations". If you want to support an actual local business, or even a real chain, stay away.

    I was disappointed with this meal. It seemed that they rushed the food. The chicken wings were cold 🤮 which we ordered 2. The wings were hard and it felt that I was biting into bits. Disgusting. The burger was not nice at all… the chicken meat was hard, dry and not tender. The plain chips is the only thing I enjoyed. I would not recommend this restaurant.

    I waited an hour even though the eta was only 30 minutes and then the order was cancelled. After pressing Uber eats they told me that the kitchen couldn’t prepare my order. This is absolutely and I think that it is so wrong how I received nothing as compensation!!! Had I gone into the shop I would have probably been given a voucher but because it was online I received nothing. Absolutely disgusting! Don’t order from here.

    Avoid at all costs 1.the burgers were not packed properly 2. The chicken batter was pasty!!not crispy at all like it appeared on the menu on Uber eats. 3. Very misleading photos and rating on Uber eats.

    ABSOLUTELY TERRIBLE DELIVERY. I saw the delivery man and he drove past me and cancelled. UBER NEEDS TO GET RID OF THEM ASAP

    I bought combo meal for Two plus wings. I got 2 fries and wings and NO BURGERS ! Food was not even warm. I hope I will get refund from UBER. Wings are not even cooked properly and some of them been raw

    Clearly it depends which branch you order from as most people have given awful reviews...but we order from Stratford upon Avon branch every week (I know how excessive that is by the way...but I'm a fatty) and can't get enough. Never had cause to complain. Slaw is out if this world, wings are always perfectly cooked and all the burgers (yes, tried them all) are delicious. To find a takeaway that me, my two very picky teen-agers and a very fussy other half ALL enjoy is no mean feat...can't rate highly enough. Sorry to everyone whose local Seoul is not great...guess I am lucky
