It isn’t even worth 1 star. Never been so disappointed in my life. My friend & I reserved a table, arrived & was seated. We ordered 5 shots & Shisha for £70 which is over priced to start with. Not only do they make you withdraw cash from an old cash machine next to the stinking toilets, but the Shisha took forever to arrive & the shots did not come for a whole HOUR! During this time we kindly asked 4 different staff members to check where the shots are, but they never came back. We even requested to speak to a manager regarding the horrendous service yet they were not competent enough to even come & atleast reassure us our shots were coming. All the other tables around us were given plenty of attention & served several rounds of shots while we sat there with overpriced Shisha which was TERRIBLE quality (for £27). I have never experienced such a thing, not only did the shots arrive an hour late after several complaints, but by the time time we went to drink them the lights came on and the music turned off. I’m more appalled at the fact that not one person even bothered to show any form of concern or try to compensate for the lack of customer service. They even had the cheek to charge £7 for service charge, when I had to show 2 staff members proof of the receipt that I took a photo of when we ordered the food. Not only would I have been better off staying at home in bed, but we spent a stupid amount of money to sit in a tiny corner & be ignored the whole time.this will be my first and last time going to this poor excuse of an establishment. NEVER GO TO TIGER BAY.

I love tiger bay! The shisha is great and so is the service. As they are next to Carlton Lounge, the food is also really delicious (i think they use the same chefs). The interior is designed so well and THE DJ WHO WAS PLAYING 90s R&B WAS AMAZING... the vibes were immaculate and it is the perfect vibe for a shisha lounge!! also they do 2 for 1 cocktails which were so yummy

I came here with my best friend last night and we we're served my Megan and honestly she was so lovely, attentive and friendly. She made sure we were always ok and looked after us from the moment we sat down until we left. Megan needs a rise! Will definitely be coming back again and hope to see our girl Megan :)

I almost never write restaurant reviews, but we met a waiter there who had to be recognized publicly. Shrey was his name and he was phenomenal. He catered to three of us. He was prompt, smart, caring, and knowledgable about the food. And he just had this friendly demeanor about him that made us all happy. By the end of our dinner, two of us said, "He's the best waiter we've ever had in London”. By the way, the food is pretty good and the menu is diverse, overall pretty good place. Thank you Shrey for the wonderful service!

One of the most lit places in London. They have amazing food and great service. Mr Yogi provided great service and recommendations. The ambience is just amazing. Loved it.

First and foremost, at the moment shisha is only £10 before 10pm every day! Ngl my friends, family and I are pretty much here every day. The vibe is lit and music is always on point. On the weekend the belly dancer and fire dancer comes in for great entertainment. They hold great themed evenings (I’ve been to a few and they have really followed through). For a shisha lounge, the food is amazing - indochinese food 👌🏼 Most nights I look forward to be served by Nuzi, he is honestly the most helpful staff there. Always asks if we need anything and is very patient with us (we tend to come in big groups so it can get hectic). Thank you TIGERBAY and Nuzi for making us feel so comfortable hence why we always return back 👏🏻

Tigerbay Shisha Lounge in Kingsbury is a gem! We love coming here because it's incredibly budget-friendly without sacrificing quality. The service is impeccable, with staff going above and beyond to make us feel welcome. And the food? Absolutely delicious! Every dish is bursting with authentic Indian flavors that leave us craving more. Plus, the shisha offerings add an extra layer of enjoyment to the experience. Definitely recommended for shisha! Awesome place to be in! Unfortunately they aren't opened for shisha currently! Alittle sad there wasn't any today! But they make very delicious food! Portions were great and presentable. Big indoor and outdoor seating area , lovely for the upcoming summer! A little thanks to Tejas for being a wonderful waiter , very friendly and great customer service! Definitely will come back again for another visit ! :)

Nice place.. I have to admit.. Two inside venue as well as an outdoor seating area.. Excellent customer service.. Friendly staff.. very welcoming and food was served hot on the table in less than 10 minutes.. Restaurant venue is great.. clean.. nice.. and nice atmosphere.. It used to be my favourite but nowadays the service is not so good as it used to be a year ago. They only accept cash I mean come on . Also they add service charge without even asking you so make sure you check the receipt first . Food is okay shisha is okay too.

The service ⭐⭐⭐ There were 8 of us, we were told if only one person was ordering Shisha they couldn't service it to us we all had to get it. (Due to Covid rules) 1 Shisha per person, prices ranged from £40-£50. They were taking cash ONLY we were told this at the door before entering and we all had to go to the cashpoint. We were asked to pay before we ordered our food and the lady was counting the money infront of everyone which was so unprofessional. The VIP table booked had a £50 minimum spend for each person, we all paid £10 deposit which was included to the £50 obviously if you order over this budget you pay more. Their mocktails were very well presented and tasted fabulous ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ If you are someone who doesn't drink alcohol or feel like you can't have fun because you don't drink their mocktails really takes care of the issue. The ambiance was lovely ⭐⭐⭐⭐ I didn’t eat any food so I don't have any comments with regards to their food.

Such a horrible place and gone downhill with ridiculous requests. Told to pay cash only when we arrived and had to pay £50 upfront each to stay for a hour. what a disappointment. We also had to pay a booking fee and once sat down, was shown middle side seats with dirty table and ripped sofas. They expect so much from the customers but does not reflect on the service or environment. The staff and owner were also rude. Not worth it at all! We just left and told them to keep the deposit as we didn’t want to spend another penny in this amateur place. So many other decent shisha places with better parking, environment and shisha that is atleast worth the money. Such a shame its gone so down hill. We used to go all the time before the pandemic and wanted to come again but after all these changes… not worth it. They are trying to make it higher class but to do so, need to first work on fixing there lounge decor and service before asking people to pay and do such silly requests.

We hired the back garden area for a post wedding dinner and we were delighted with the service. The manager Hardik and his support staff especially Diana on the day were amazing and supported us all throughout, great service, amazing food and lovely location. Would recommend this place for any occasion.

Nuzi, DK and deep provided excellent service! They were brilliant, readily available and attentive! Food and shisha were great (comparable to Shisha in Egypt). Djs lit!! Definitely recommend and will be back soon!

The service was absolutely atrocious. Despite multiple attempts to get assistance, there was no one available. The staff seemed more interested in chatting amongst themselves than attending to customers. It was a thoroughly disappointing experience, made worse by witnessing one staff member clumsily handle a filled coal basket right in front of us.

Had an AMAZING night at Tigerbay! The food was incredible (generous portions, too), the staff was friendly and accommodating of us, and the hookah was awesome! I had such a fun evening here with 2 of my friends that we joked about going back the next day! The vibe is upscale but casual, and it was perfect for a great night out.

AK treated me so well, the customer service was perfect and made my experience so welcoming. I celebrated my birthday at tiger bay and from the bottom of my heart I recommend this lounge to anyone looking for vibes and 10/10 service. They looked after me and my girls. We all had a wonderful time. And we are always willing to travel to come here every weekend, this is our new go to spot!!! We love everything about it! Their drinks are perfect! Their food is so delicious! Overall, it was perfect customer service!!!

Was very good. The food was amazing tasted brilliant. The service was ok.... they could of sat us down and explain that we have a new policy now. At first we felt a bit out of place, once we ordered foor and drink we got in to the swing of things and by the end of the night we was really enjoying ourselves. Music was very good.
