Called in for breakfast and opted for a special with bubble and squeak, absolutely superb it was, very tasty indeed with a large bottle of orange juice to compliment the meal. Also worth noting was the friendly staff and the warm welcome, the cleanliness of the cafe was exemplary and there are more improvements to come by the look of things as building works were taking place on the exterior. To conclude, I had a great experience here and I intend to come back tomorrow too... πŸ™‚

It says for a room you can pay Β£27 per person per night but when I spoke to the receptionist who claimed that her name is Demtria said that this price is valid when 2 people are booking otherwise its Β£40 per night per person. Her attitude was disgusting she hang up the line because I asked to speak to her manager about it. Avoid this place at all costs.

I stayed here whilst in London for a gig at Alexandra Palace. The hotel is clean and rooms are really spacious. The staff are very friendly and helpful. It’s located on an industrial estate but it is not too noisy. It was undergoing renovation when I stayed so was a bit shabby due to the ongoing work, but inside the rooms was great. Had a fridge, microwave and even a massage chair in the corner which I used! Why not. The beds were ridiculously comfortable, like sleeping on a cloud. The duvets and pillows were lovely and soft too. Breakfast was included and I had free choice over any drink they had available, so chose an energy drink. The breakfast itself was delicious, everything was perfectly cooked. Highly recommend this hotel and I would stay again.

Stayed for two nights in December. The hotel and staff are lovely. Tim the night manager was particularly helpful. The room was described as small, but was bigger than expected with modern fixtures and fittings, and best pillows I've ever slept on in a hotel. The evenings were quiet, heard nothing of the other guests during the night. Breakfast was in with the room and cooked perfectly to order in the cafe/diner. Only a short 10 minute walk to the tube, quicker than getting the bus. Definitely recommend this little gem, and will be staying on my next trip to London.

Great hotel. Staff very friendly and helpful. Communal areas and rooms very clean and well maintained. Comfy beds, plenty of space. Good en-suite bathroom. Fridge in the room too. Didn't have time for food but looked very good! Would recommend Abbey Point to anyone.

Great hotel, although a bit far from the central London. About 15 minutes walking distance from the closest Tube station. The room was clean and well looked after, the staff polite, the hotel in general was quiet and comfortable and I would stay here again.

Only popped into the cafe to get a sandwich as had a delivery down the road. Can't fault the food, very nice cheese and ham sarnie! Fresh bread and plenty of filling! Well priced too

I usually go for a Premier Inn or Travelodge when working in Park Royal. Stumbled across this place for a last minute booking and was very pleasantly surprised. Lovely clean rooms, small but what more do you need. Nice bathrooms. Excellent breakfast, and very reasonably priced for the location. And the staff were all super friendly and helpful. Would definitely recommend, and will definitely use from now on.

We booked this hotel very last minute due to the train strikes and were really impressed about how immaculate the rooms were. The staff were absolutely amazing, nothing was too much trouble for them even to the point that the owner came out to pick us up when we were lost after the gig at around 1am. The breakfast was to die for. I will definitely be returning and would recommend this hotel to everybody as it was such good value for money.

Rooms are good, my room was clean and equipped with fridge and microwave. However, there was a lot of noise in the corridors at night from other guests and constant terribly loud door slamming. Was put on edge by this. Good breakfast and helpful staff.

Lovely family run hotel. All staff we engaged with were lovely. Rooms were a good size, clean and well equipped. Bed very comfortable. Good aircon in very hot weather. Food tasty and well priced. Location good for bus, overground and tube. From hotel to central London about 45 minutes on bus/overground or tube. Would happily stay here again.

Superb room, clean and modern. Such a great layout with a small kitchenette area (microwave, fridge, sink). Coffee and tea facilities. Great shower room. The cafΓ© food wasn't to my taste but I am a fussy water, I could see they have a lot of happy customers eating there. The ladies at the cafe were absolutely lovely. Loved this place and will definitely come back.

The hotel is an ongoing work in progress. However that being said all the features you need are setup and running. The rooms are clean with a fridge and microwave included as standard. The bathrooms are well maintained. I will say a few little things look unfinished inside like floors that have laminate not perfectly aligned. However the overall service and location is very good. It took around 40 mins to walk to the stadium. Unfortunately we tried taking the 440 bus right outside the hotel but due to extreme traffic it couldn't get into Wembley. That's not being deducted from the hotel review just an FYI.

Friendly stuff, comfortable room, full english breakfast was excellent. We had only one problem with warm water, but we were warned about it in advance. The city center is quite far, but you can get there by public transport.

Absolutely love staying here when I'm working in the Wembley area. Staff are really friendly and rooms are modern. Good WiFi available also which is always a perk. Parking is fine as the road outside you can park on as well. Though this has changed now so out side road is single yellow so 7pm to 7am is ok Main car park is small but the hotel also have another a little walk away. This has now changed and is payed parking unfortunately.

I spent four great nights in this hotel together with my mom. Clean and well climatised rooms. Comfy beds and nice to have a fridge in the room. Hairdryer is not available. You hear people on the floor if they’re not very considerate (like in many other hotels). The nearby river with footpath and with boat houses is romantic, but at the same time the drinking youth makes it a bit scary to walk there in the dark. The staff is really welcoming and friendly! Perfect Service during breakfast which offers a big variety of foods and drinks. The tube is a relaxed 20min walk away, but there is are bus stations nearby. We can recommend this hotel!

A friendly cafe, with excellent service and generous portions of food. Who would have thought that this "greasy spoon" can produce such wonderful healthy salads and attractive vegetarian food, as well, of course as Special Breakfast with Chips :-)

Always go here for a nice big breakfast! The Special Breakfast is one of the best! The tea is better than the coffee. Lovely people inside and in the process of renovating to make it even better!

Great hotel. Good beds. Really really friendly personal. Breakfast was good. When we stayed there the room were fairly new (4 months old) so they were super tight and clean. The view was horrible but i dont care about that. You can hear the traffic however, somewhat after 9 there hardly is any traffic here. Also, free parking which is awesome. It really saves a lot of trouble if your from outside the UK. About 15 minutes walking away from a train station (subway/tube system). If you stay here and plan to use public traffic i highly recommand getting the TFL GO app.

The hotel staff is very friendly and the stay there was wonderful. The room was always very clean and really comfortable. The best of all was the breakfast, the most delicious I have ever tasted. If you are going to spend a few days in London, this hotel is definitely recommended.

The hotel was not at all clean. the bed linen had not been changed. There was a lot of hair on the bedding from previous guests. Dirty coffee mugs. Uncomfortable beds. I couldn't sleep because of the noise from cars from outside. I do not recommend this place.

Abbey Point Cafe and B&B is a lovely b&b with excellent rooms, they were clean and comfortable with amazing facilities. The staff are kind and so helpful, as it's hot at the moment we were given a fan to help with the heat. The breakfasts are second to none, big portions and well cooked and delicious. Location is ideal for Wembley and Olympia Kensington. I would happily stay here again.
