I’ve been here twice now and both times had a lovely experience. Food is on point and atmosphere is welcoming and relaxed. Eating at one of the higher bunk bed style tables is an experience in itself, my daughter loves this place. Staff are friendly, helpful and food is excellent. I also like the small/large dish options. The menu is not ‘basic’ or ‘predictable’ and that’s what I love about it. I am pleased to go somewhere where they don’t serve up the usual, predictable Italian dishes for comparison. A bit of flair and creativity is needed to distinguish one place from another. It’s hilarious to read reviews where someone has said they don’t recognise one item from each dish on the menu and therefore are disappointed 🤦‍♀️ I mean the whole point is to experience new tastes and flavours and be surprised by them. 😂👍🏽

Small Italian with interesting seating arrangement. Tables are fixed to the walls and you have to climb up four, five steps if you like to sit at a table in the 'upper' layer. Quite interesting. Menu contains mid to upper mid Italian standards. Nearly all dishes are available in small and large portion. The octopus was delicious, as the roasted pork belly. Also nice, the Salice red wine. The mussel casserole wasn't my thing, skip it. The only weird thing... I used in the right PIN on the wrong card, my better half took over the payment then. While that happened the service was telling his colleague in Italian that we couldn't pay ....😏 It broke our hearts to disappoint them. 😄 Will we go again: YES Was the food tasty: YES Price performance: GOOD Service: FRIENDLY aside of the misjudgement of our creditworthiness.

So most people come here because of its cool tree structure tables which means you can eat like if you were in a tree. Now for me that’s all it was, a cool place. I thought the Italian food was really average although not everyone at my table agreed. I’ll admit I picked vegan meals and perhaps they are just not very good at making vegan food. The service/staff was not great: they were very friendly but just not very good at their job: -forgetting to bring drinks -asking us for dessert when we just finished starters -bringing small plates when we asked for large; bringing large wine glasses when we asked for small. -telling me they are out of courgettes to then come back and tell me actually they have them Not necessarily important things but just not what you expect from King’s Road Italian restaurant. In the end we were rushed out at 10pm given a 5min warning before although they supposedly close at 10:30pm… Overall happy I’ve been but doubt I’ll come again.

Very cozy Italian restaurant with a great variety of food. Atmosphere and service was super! Great quality of food. Really good prices, for 3 pasta dish, 1 large pizza, calamari and a glass of wine for £25 per person We chose to sit on the top tables for a unique experience and was definitely worth it. Would highly recommend this place

Awful food , bad service , very hot and the seating is the only good part. Chicken Milenanse was laughable, dry and the sauce was tasteless. Don’t waste your money here, I’m never coming back. Carbonara tasted like it was cooked by a child. Didn’t even ask about allergies even though my boyfriend is severely allergic to nuts and sesame

Really cool and unique concept for a restaurant. It’s a great use of space to have the treehouse theme with staggered tables. We sat up top of course. The staff is incredibly friendly and the food was great. There were plenty of vegetarian, gluten free, and vegan options available. I highly recommend the Nduja pizza.

The entourage of the restaurant is amazing. Constructing higher and lower tables making it able to have more guests in this restaurant is wonderful and one of a kind idea. The food is of a high level, our starters were very tasteful and the pizza’s are their moneys worth.

Absolutely amazing place, the first real Italian restaurant I had a pleasure to eat in England in last 14 yeas. In all courses you can taste the Italian heart & soul. Nothing disappointing, the atmosphere, the staff and of course food. Definitely recommended, from starters, to mains and deserts... Everything is to die for. Truly rustic Italian experience with modern twist. Thank you for making our evening a one to remember.

The food is honestly so good, I read some reviews saying it's not the best but we really liked it and the place itself is so nice and decorated well I love how they've done the tables. The only bad side is if you're coming by car the location, parking is a struggle to find and you will have to be very lucky to find parking. Overall experience was really good

Super quirky restaurant - we really loved the layout of the tables and chose to sit on one of the ones up high ourselves. We were a group of four and the high tables were cosy for that many of us but we still had enough room. Pizzas were delicious and a reasonable price. We loved the feature of being able to change the volume of the music within our “booth.” Being on the high table did get a little warm so worth bearing in mind if you’d like to sit up there yourself.

Good vibe and decent food! Experience and staff were great! The vibe is excellent. The only reason why it’s not a 5/5 for me was the food wasn’t anything to write home about. I recommend the pizza over anything else.

My husband and I had the pleasure of dining at this quirky laid out restaurant over the weekend and enjoyed every minute. Apart from a slight abrupt greeting at the door ‘do you have a reservation?!?!?’, which was quickly turned around into a positive once confirmed that I did, the service was really good. We chose to sit up for a unique dining experience. The food was all amazing! I highly enjoyed my bolognaise and the margarita pizza looked lovely. The olive and bread, and zucchini fries, to start with were also delicious. I found everything fairly priced considering the area. Definitely would recommend for others to try out.

Really fun seating arrangement, decent food with vegetarian/vegan and gf options and great staff. I got the mushroom parpadelle and found that the small portion was perfect! Love the cosy vibes of the nooks and found them quite comfortable. We reserved a spot for the Friday lunch spot but this might not have been necessary as it was quite calm. Service was relaxed and thoughtful. Would definitely recommend a visit.

Great Italian restaurant with good variety of food, of any kind! The atmosphere was very nice and particular, a place that you have to visit!! Staff super friendly, in particular the Italian guy who made our experience even better (: Definitely recommended!

Very fun environment, staff was super friendly. We had the polenta sticks - definitely recommend - the bressaola dish and caserecce with pumpkin and broccoli.

Great service and staff (the genetically tanned Italian male waiter/ I'll omit his name for GDPR reasons) was absolutely amazing, knew the menu well and gave great suggestions. Only complaints were the table was a little sticky, I couldn't taste the liquer in the tiramasu (except for that it was pretty good) and the calamari was overcooked (so it was a little too chewy). If that was not the case I would have scored The Jam higher. I will definitely come again and would also recommend to others. 👌🏾

An Italian restaurant with a quirky seating arrangement like bunk beds, but the food is absolutely delicious. The polenta fries and sausage gnocchi were particularly good. The service from everyone, including the busy manager, was very attentive. Several groups of Italians were eating there, which was an excellent sign, and it all added to a great atmosphere. Choose a "top bunk" table for a great view of everything.

We had a really great time there last weekend with my friend. 5 stars for calamari rings. It was one of the best I have ever tried. Service was good too and atmosphere there, omg, nothing similar in town :D

Probably the most cozying atmosphere I’ve ever been to. Great service and excellent starters, however the risotto was a bitter harder to chew and it required a bit more of cooking time in my opinion, and the portions were quite small. Overall, a great experience and we’ll definitely want to come back.

This charming Italian restaurant was such a gem in Chelsea. The service was incredible, the food was full of flavour and the chilli oil was to die for. We ordered the bresoula pizza so good, I would’ve just liked slightly more bresoula and berry jam sauce to give it more flavour. The grilled aubergine was delicious & just the olives & bread were divine because the bread basket was so fresh! The cute cubby style double deck seating made dining intimate and cosy. Will definitely be back! X

Wow! Showstopper gnocchi dish. Better then many I have had in Italy. And I live there part of the year. The clam pasta was also great. The service was swift, warm and precise. Vibe is young, hip, groups and dates. Which makes sense because the lighting is very flattering. A detail not enough restaurants get right. Good music that added to the atmosphere without overpowering it. Also one of the more affordable options in Chelsea. I will absolutely be back.

The Jam is a unique Italian restaurant with multilevel seating! Reminded me a bit of bunk beds especially when we had to go up the steps to reach our table 😂 The pasta was quite filling, so we almost couldn’t finish the whole dish 😄 As for the dessert, I got the bombolotto, with ice cream on a donut!

We visited recently, the split level flooring is really cool. The staff were very welcoming, especially as we had our 3 year old with us. The Margarita pizza with pepperoni and sausage was as good a pizza you’ll eat outside of Italy, exceptional. The carbonara however was very dry, served with no cream sauce and about 4 pieces or pancetta. I made the restaurant aware of how disappointing the pasta was, it wasn’t removed from the bill. I’m not the type to ask for freebies and it’s not about the money, more the principal that my wife had a singular mouthful and we were disappointed be charged. We will return in the future for pizza!

It's a solid Italian restaurant which is more about the experience. The selling point (and quite unique set up) is focused on the double decker seating. It's a talking point and a creative way to increase the number of patrons. Staff are really welcoming and friendly though they are keen to keep tables ticking (especially for the top table). The vibe is great, certainly a date venue. Food is solid with a good variety but not particularly outstanding (pasta is tasty, burrata salad is begging for a bit more tomato, pizzeta is good). There's a good drinks menu to choose from (cocktails, wine, beer) For me the food just falls short of giving 4 stars but it's a fun place to take someone.

Perfection! The perfect date night with a twist. The restaurant is cosy, especially with the top level seats. However, it is still a very intimate experience, you cannot hear or feel anyone above/below/beside you and it is truly magical. And the service is great!! The food is amazing, one of the best I’ve tried not only in London but ever. The small plates are perfect for people who cannot decide on one dish and want to try multiple. The only dish that we were not too impressed with were the polenta chips, however the truffle dip they came with was amazing for the calamari rings we got (I guess you could say it turned out well). Moreover we urge for anyone who visits to try the burrata, tomato small plate. It was amazing. The octopus salad was really well balanced too, and the calamari rings were very light and fresh. Lastly the wine they have is absolutely stunning, we had a rose and it was perfect. The cost is definitely pricier, however it is very reasonable. The quality is great and the portion sizes definitely fill you up. It’s a fancy restaurant in West London, but you do not come out of there hungry! Hats off to The Jam, they serve some really exceptional food.

Wonderful place. The menu was just the right amount of inventive. The food was so delicious. We enjoyed our meal so very much.

Fun and unique dining experience with lovely food. It was difficult to decide with starters, mains, sides and desserts all being delicious. Staff were great, especially considering they’re up and down the tables all the time.

Cool italian place to sit and experience. My son and I thought the pizza was delicious!! I didn't really enjoy the pear salad or the chicken casserole. However the pizza dessert with ice cream, and the mango sorbet, were very tasty!!! Service was great!! I would definitely go back and try something new, as well as the pizza and the desserts. Suggestion: Ask to sit on the top :)

We decided to eat here for the novelty of the double decker seating, more than for any other reason. It really is a fun concept and just makes it into an experience. The staff were very friendly and helpful. One of my children decided they did not like anything on the menu, and they were accommodating and served a bowl of plain pasta with cheese for them. The actual real food that was on the menu was great, and we really enjoyed our meals.

I had heard about this place from a friend, and sadly it disappointed. Making a reservation was quite difficult and the lady was hard to understand on the phone. I never received a text message for our reservation. When we got to the restaurant I explained the difficulty in making a reservation and the lady said that I was rude for saying I couldn’t understand the person who took my reservation. There were no upper seats available, so we sat at the bottom. The food was below par for me. The chips tasted like weird cornbread. The meat dish we had was OK but overpriced. I definitely wish we had chosen somewhere else to eat.

Found this place online when looking for unique places in London. Loved the design. Was fun and interesting sitting so high up and watching the waiters climb up and down etc. The food was only alright, nothing special really. Quite pricey for no reason. My friends ordered the large portion of the pasta but when it came out we actually had to double check that was the big portion as it looked tiny. If you're after a unique dining experience, this place is definitely for you. However this is not a place for people that are after more value.
