All round great experience. Simple, comfortable, clean, stylish, large bedrooms. Great sport vibe throughout - there's no doubting what this place is about. Extensive breakfast (included) choice.

Had this accomodation booked for me as I was to be visiting Marlow for work for a few days. 1st Night: Arrived at 9pm and was pretty sad to see that after my long drive, the bar was shut and I could not get a cold drink. Room came without a chair by the desk. Places for storage quite dusty. Bathroom light turned on automatically which is not ideal if you wake up late at night and don't want a bright light pulling you out of your tired state. Woken up at 6am by first visitors to the tennis courts which I guess is to be expected. 2nd Night: Woken up at 5am by some kind of activity. Tried to look at what was happening and saw a truck with the back open. Guy obviously couldn't care less how early it was because he was slamming things about in there for a good few hours. Unless you are staying to make use of the sport facilities, I'd recommend avoiding accomodation if you are in the local area for business. It's very isolated, very busy with young children when you get back from work and very noisy at a very early time.

England Hockey training ground for U16 and U18 boys. If the weathers good it’s great to be able to watch future athletes being coached and competing

This is such a great place for what it is: clean, spacious and affordable accommodation for the right price. Lots of sports facilities naturally as this is a UK national sports center. So there are predominantly sports folks, but not exclusively. Breakfast was great I thought. Good selection and quality of food.

Great Gym. Excellent staff. The lady with the red hair is very helpful and has helped me loads in my rehab for my back.

Went there for an away hockey match and for the teas afterwards was given half a jacket potato. Inflation has affected us all but I expected better from a set up like this.

Lovely place to stay. Good value without being basic or budget. Rooms are as new. Staff are super friendly and professional. A real hidden gem

Stayed in a hotel nearby and came here to play sqash for 60min without membership - super easy, fair price, great facilities.

One of the best hidden gems! Breakfast was amazing! The bedroom was huge for a reasonable price as well!

Although advertised as a sports venue it is set in nice grounds with a lovely abbey. The rooms were spacious, clean and bed comfortable. Breakfast was buffet style full English or continental. Very good. Staff were very friendly and helpful. Thanks to Kall for his help and assistance. Definitely will stay again

Great places- hotel cannot fault nice clean great staff buffet breakfast spot on. The only complaint was that the pizza in the refuel cafe was not good worst ever ad, apart from that really nice place to stay.

Rate this 10/10 the room was super tidy and the bed was really comfy. Was booked for a work thing by my company, wasn't too sure when I saw the place but boy I was wrong. It was amazing. All members of staff were amazing and over all stay was great. Defo recommend! Only small thing was that check out was by 9:30... Im sure it could have been adjusted to a little later but otherwise amazing

Hostel stile accommodation- although in a gr8 location would never return sorry! Eau de Gym was everywhere even in the bedrooms! And get rid of those stained coverlets on the beds. Cooked breakfast was tasteless 😢

Great sporting venue shame about the rooms. Very dated, clean but the bed was awful. The breakfast was good. Come on Bisham Abbey sort these rooms out for our elite athletes.

Jo Whitfield is such an amazing instructor. She makes everything so much fun! I travel a long way to see her and it's definitely worth it!

Value for money accommodation. New and clean, well maintained building. Good sized rooms. Good breakfast buffet included. Gym etc also included.

Stayed over here during a baseball coaching summit and really enjoyed our stay in the rooms and the use of the facilities on site. We also were lucky enough to get food in the canteen which was varied and delicious for both lunch and breakfast. Location is also great as it's so close to the M4 and the grounds and buildings are beautiful.

We were visiting for a wedding and, although the hotel / bedrooms were OK (a little tired), the facilities for the wedding reception in the 'Abbey' could have been better. We were lucky that it didn't rain. The Meal & Service at the Wedding Dinner was excellent. The Bar was 'very small' and service was slow with some staff having limited bar knowledge. The seating in the bar area was virtually non-existent. Fortunately, we were able to sit outside (before & after the meal), but not everyone could as there weren't enough seats. Not convinced that it is a Wedding Venue facility, even if by the Thames.

We stayed there only one night so can't say much . The room was really clean , I could even open the window (that's a great part of it ) which was shocked because in any other hotels it's impossible! We had deal with breakfast included but breakfast was really basic 😬 of course full English breakfast but not enough of other stuff like cheese, ham , fruits , so yeah it was basic one (for me ) It was few slices of cheese , few slices of ham that's all . But like I said we stayed there only for a night so I can't complain about it. Forget to add SPA and GYM was included in price so that was good 😊

What a national sports centre should be. Brilliant facilities

The national centre is keeping better than some of it counterparts. Helpful people and everything we needed for a successful day.

Very well kept accommodation set in a relaxing environment. Good breakfast in the morning. Rooms are very clean.

Accomodation was clean and comfortable. Downside is the bright green emergency light that stays on all night in the room.

Probably a really good sports centre but I stayed there to use the accomodation. Stayed 3 nights but was booked for 4, left early with no discount. Wasn't expecting it though to be honest. What I was expecting though was for the room to be made up daily but wasn't done once. All three days I had to go to reception to get them to open my room door as it had a faulty lock in the door. Heating was noisy and had to turn off, ran out of shower gel in the first night and it wasn't replenished at all.

This is like a hybrid hotel which is perfectly nice but missing things like late night food or room service. Reception in sports centre and wasn't sign posted that well but staff all very friendly. Didnt stay for breakfast so can't comment on food. Very nice pub around corner.

Not really a hotel, so really surprised by the high standard of rooms and facilities. Very handy for the lovely old town of Marlow.

Very clean with modern facilities, this provided an excellent overnight stop while attending a local festival. Uniquely, the corridors and one poster in the room), celebrate the history of Team GB and Bisham Abbey's role.

Unfriendly staff at reception. Very awkward with us and non welcoming on the Saturday bordering on Curt. A miserable foriegn looking lady at checkout on the Sunday morning just about capped it all. Breakfast was a acceptable but once again miserable staff in the restaurant. Premier Inn type accommodation but in a wonderful location. On the Thames and one mile outside Marlow. The saving grace was the ultra friendly night manager Tony, these day time staff could learn a lot from him. A social skills course definitely needed. The lady in the coffee shop was also lovely. Go there at your peril or perhaps check in when the night staff come in.
