We ordered one full charcoal chicken.The chicken was so bad and smelling of fuel!!!!!!

Ordered peri per wings over old ,black meat Disgusting... Smells horrible... Microwaved and gave it to me I Informed the council.. Avoid this place at all cost

Last order from this place was UNEATABLE and absolutely disgusting. It ALL ended up in the bin! The fries and the fried chicken tasted bitter and you could clearly taste the use of old, unchanged oil in the frying process. On top of that, the fries were soggy (see pictures) and the chicken had a horrible colour. NEVER AGAIN!

Again and again many times ... i did through uber eats... driver was there they are not making food on time ... i called many times at restaurant not picking up... i suggest every one don't do order here...long time waste of time..

Ordered via Just Eat a few days ago, have since had food poisoning from the chicken strip burgers, I only ate half as I felt the chicken wasn’t properly cooked. Haven’t stopped vomiting for 2 full days. AVOID

Terrible service took 4 hours to deliver didn’t even come had to cancel order. Ate food at midnight. Never buying food from here again such an inconvenience.

So as per my understanding from a phone call I just had, when collecting yourself an order for mini strip burgers, you get 2 for £5 , but when ordering online it comes to 1 burger for £4..50....this is a joke..., I am really dissapointed ..

Grilled wraps were the only thing we had from here and its a shame that you don't do those grilled peri wraps anymore. The fried chicken wraps you do now are so unhealthy and tastes awful. You should keep healthy stuff in your menu. Get the grilled chicken wraps back, please.

The worst chicken ever. My daughter got sick after eating chicken wingshad to rush her to hospital. They use the oldest chicken ever to poison us. Very upset and disappointed with this Sam's.

I ordered just two piece chicken , took more than 10mintes to give to me. Which the chicken already cooked and on the self already. The workers need some vitamins tablets. Too slow or don't know anything about customer service. 👎

Great food saw the 2.7 rating and decided to try it out to see if it’s bad. Food was delicious!!

I explained to the lady as politely and slowly the order as they don’t speak good English here. Still got the wrong order and been waiting now 40 minutes plus for 6 chicken legs … I wonder if there is a hidden camera here to test the patience of customers here :(

Smallest Chicken Fillet Burger i have ever had, it was cold and hard. They only had limited menu, so no spicy burger but offered to sell me chilli sauce for 60p to spice up a normal fillet! Miserable service!! Stay away!!!

Portions are tiny and tastless better off going to a cheap chicken shop.. soo expensive for what you get stay away terrible food

This is the worst sams branch ever. Chicken fillet had no taste too crispy stale bun the chips were rock hard you guys need to fix up. Your Google star rating is 2.5 clearly a lot of other customers comparing about the same stuff. terrible never eating there again waste of money

This place is nice and clean, but thats because its so bloody expensive nobody can afford it, they charge you for every little thing, the women try to upsell sauces for 60p. Every little thing costs extra a drink is £1.70!!! They don’t even sell any meals for less than £9 but the food is absolutely disgusting.

We buy many time lunch from them. Thay have some vegetarian options as well . Mostly I buy vegetarian burgers mils and chips as well . Thay have good test peri peri power with chips . Thay have some looded chip baked options as well and it’s good

Sam's Chicken is always good...huge problems on our last visit with staff understanding a simple order AND then forgot the included drinks.

Complete dump. If you want what you ordered then don't order from here. Forget drinks is one thing but dipping peri peri chicken wings in BBQ sauce to pretend are barbecue is a complete joke. Also the coleslaw is rank. Stear clear, honestly if COVID doesn't kill you this place will. I'd expect this from Luton not Watford

Really become expensive and poor. I've been visiting many Sam's for a long time, this is probably the worst one I've been to. Chicken was burnt, regardless of if it's the chicken,wings or burger. Manager is miserable and they get things wrong - so alway check your items are there before you leave. Don't plan going there again after 2nd visit.

Tons better than KFC, from the chicken quality to the fresh and tasty chips, speed of service and price. Was a cheeky junk fix with my 10 year old son and he really liked it. Lost one star due to drink choice, every fizzy drink and flat drink had aspartame except the water. Would be good to have juice cartons as an option. Appreciate that it is a fried chicken shop so a healthy drink might sound obsolete, but I draw the line at cancerous, dizzy spell-inducing chemicals!

chicken was cold then reheated as so dry probably from day before and smelled, fries piping hot then tried to charge me £1.80 for a can of soft drink! avoid at all costs other better places around the road

I pop in just as spur of the moment, and could see from the menu what they offer, I asked for something that wasn’t on the menu nothing too taxing, and they made it for me Thank you for adding that something special It was delicious
