We have had issues in the past but what can I say customer service has really turned this place around. We had an order with missing extra toppings. Called customer service they profusely apologised and said they will send out the affected pizza and complimentary snack. Food came within 15 minutes with bonus Pepsi bottle and garlic bread in addition to the one pizza that had a missing extra topping. Thank you for going above and beyond to deliver customer satisfaction.

I had a disappointing experience at Southall Pizza Hut. Despite ordering a meal deal, only one pizza arrived after 40 minutes. When I called to address the issue, the manager, Bhavik, was rude and insisted on sending the missing pizza only if I returned the first one. The pizzas eventually arrived after an hour, but the customer service left much to be desired.

Zero Star. No quality and no customer service. In worst case I would stay hungry than ordering from this pizza hut shop. I ordered two pizzas and one of them was half and half. First- look at the 50:50 pizza they delivered in photo. It looks like 70:30 split. Apparently the quality team is just for shake of name. Second : when I placed order, the guy on phone said 50 mins to deliver and I had been waiting. When I called after an hour then they delivered at around 70 mins later after placing order.

Worst customer service. Unhygienic rude staff. Pizza hit franchises are killing pizza hut and there is no accountability. Will stop purchasing. Lack of presentation, oily ,cheap cheese and utterly unprofessional staff.

Our previous pizza (two weeks ago) arrived cold as the driver refused to come to our building door so we had to meet him outside Tesco (approx 5 min walk from our flat). When I called the Southall branch to share my feedback, I spoke with the manager who kindly offered me a free pizza as a gesture of goodwill. I was told that I will need to call and ask to speak to the manager to redeem the pizza - ok no problem. I called earlier to place a pizza order so I redeem the free pizza (& pay for two additional pizza) and the Customer service was terrible, I was so shocked on how bad it was! Firstly English clearly wasn’t their first language which is fine (it’s not mine either) but I honestly couldn’t understand what he was saying, I asked to speak for the store manager and then was told that he is the manager (which is very hard to believe as he’s English wasn’t good at all), when I said that he wasn’t the person I spoke with two week ago, he said that there are 4 stores managers (again hard to believe that a small take away store has 4 manages). I was then told I can’t place a order over the phone nor can he help me because the manager is on holiday - I thought he was the manager like he said? From this I was then told that the manager is busy (apparently he’s back from his holiday after a min) but to call back later because he’s busy. He then hung up the phone. I honestly don’t know how this place is still open, Pizza Hut seriously need to train their staff especially if there are 4 useless managers in one store. I won’t be ordering from here again simply because of the lack of service.

I called and spoke to a man called Imtiaz/Emtiaz the manager, half way through the conversation he hung up the call. I tried to call back about 6 times. I heard a hold tone and then he would pick up the phone and hang it up as we heard him putting the phone down. After many calls I confronted him and he said ‘we are busy’. Asked him if that’s how you treat a customer and then he said ‘do you want to talk to me about something or what’. Disgusting behaviour and should not be a manager. Be careful before you go to this branch

Foods as good as any, but the customer service is amazing, great drivers such as Haroon always delivering on time.

Called pizza hut today to place an order but the bloke who answered the phone was extremely rude, asked about the offers and he wasn't interested in speaking at all, and he hung up! No customer service at all absolute disgrace!! Will not bother with pizza hut again

Worst of them all. Waiting way over the time the said. Cold food, bad ingredients, taste off. Bad service, the double toppings should be as the procedure and training says ( I know how many slices of topping should go on a large or medium but I m not here to train them ) when you call no one tries to help they point in different directions. Other huts are better and I live closer to them but for some reason the website chooses this hut for delivery. 3 different occasions over last year and half and nothing changed is getting worse than ever. Please avoid this hut. Hopefully things will change.

Quick, helpful and friendly service. Coeliac UK accredited so was able to order a gluten free pizza which was delicious and only took 15 minutes. Thank you team 🌟

Last week I ordered a regular pizza with fries and said it will take 20 minutes. After that, the delivery didn’t arrive at my house which I been waiting for yourselves therefore this was the worst service ever. Don’t recommend this Pizza Hut!

Ordered 3 pizzas, order was initially meant to reach us by 6.20pm-6.30pm, then they stretched it to 6.40-6.50, then again changed it to 7pm. I placed my order around 5.30pm, tried calling the branch was on hold for ages, then they cut me off. Called again same thing. Then I got the update on my phone my order has arrived when the driver wasn't even on my road. Was getting set to go the the branch got to the door and the driver turned up. Food was luke warm at best. A few weeks prior they said we hadn't paid and caused unnecessary stress at the door step, even though we had paid online (without payment you can't complete the order). Drivers on both occasions were clueless and seemed to play dumb. Absolute trash service I can't believe these guys are employed/the branch is still running. Won't be buying from them again

Dadan was excellent ! The best customer service I’ve received . Polite staff , good pizza deals on collection , can’t go wrong !

Food ETA was 6:45pm. 7:30pm no food. When I called they told me the driver delivered to the wrong address. They offered B&J ice cream for free as a way to apologise and make new pizza and it would be with me in 20mins. 8pm, no food. Chased again, they said 2 minutes. 8:30pm I receive my food. Wrong side order as they ran out of garlic bread, didn't bother to call to let me know. Ridiculous customer service, ice cream was melted, no apology from the driver. My 3rd time ordering from this branch and I will never order again from here. Absolutely worst customer service.

Most awful Pizza Hut ever. Waited over an hour for food. Said pizza had been delivered 15 mins before it actually arrived. Opened them and order was completely wrong so tried to call them to get it rectified. Waited 40 mins on hold and no answer, I think it’s safe to say they dont really care and are not monitoring the phones. Don’t bother, get a frozen one from Tesco instead lol

Customer service is great food is warm and fresh they know how to take care of their regular customers on the weekend you do have to wait a bit but worth it

Sorry to say over priced and utterly tasteless. The bread is not what a pizza should be like. Pizza hut. One of the biggest companies in the world should be ashamed. If you carry on like this you will be out of business.

i only call on weekend when receptionist simran is there otherwise if u try to call during the week u will get nowhere they don’t pick up the phone and if they do they get your order wrong these other guys don’t understand english and have horrible customer service and disgusting attitudes i found out there’s 3/4+ managers how hilarious it is a mess

I’ve been on call 57 minutes on hold still going and they have not picked up I refuse Pizza Hut southall from now onwards I rather use tops pizza or pizza planet southall.

My fault, I ordered pizza. Forgot. They called me but i thought it was some next guy on the phone and blocked him. Call pizza hut later to ask wheres my pizza, they told me they tried calling me. Thats when it clicked, duh. I apologised for wasting their time but they re delivered fresh pizza to me. I did offer to pay for the new batch but they were really nice.

I always order from here, they make pizzas really very delicious and crispy . Most of the time I faced a driver who’s name is Mandeep Singh, who behaves very well. I am really highly impressed by their work.

Worst place to order pizza. They always run out of things and their size of portions of sides are smaller then any other Pizza Hut

Spent over £45 here. Ordered a few pizzas, saw the driver shoot passed my house on my CCTV. when he returned I opened the door while he was getting the pizza out to find that he was engrossed on his phone using swear words involving mothers and sisters in indian to which I had to hear till he saw I was there. Pizza was only luke warm, soggy and fairly tasteless. WOULD NOT RECOMEND !!

There was barely any cheese on the pizza just lots of tomato sauce. No flavour Really disappointed

I usually order from this branch and I always love the quality and taste of the food. For my last 2 orders, Haroon (the delivery man) delivered my orders and I’m very impressed because I received my orders earlier than expected and the food was warm and in perfect condition.

Ordered a cookie dough which is advertised with ice cream, who eats a cookie dough without an ice cream, unprofessional staff don’t know basic customer service skills, leave you on hold for an endless amount of time!! A massive p*** take

Absolute cons this place ordered a desert that did not come complete. Was told they had run out of ice cream . Took full money and we ended up throwing the desert away as it was not made well either. Awful service awful food overall stick to dominos

Well order from South Road Southall at 15.05 told would be 35 to 45 minutes still waiting 1 hour later when calling to enquire was cut off 3 times when finally got through the manager was rude and said it was on its way thier only saving grace was the food was hot

Worse Pizza Hut to ever exist I can’t believe the managers are ridiculous and can’t even speak English. A staff called nawab is very unprofessional and rude when it comes to service he literally ruined the toppings while cutting the pizza used his bare hand (no gloves) and just picked it up and put it back on top and he speaks in his own language while serving customers and the worse thing is when they burn your pizza edges the just use the garlic powder to cover it up. Extremely poor service and I do not recommend people to order pizzas from here .

The worst pizza hut ever! My brother placed an order over the phone for one texas meat pizza and one chicken supreme. Order arrived an hour later with both texas pizzas which is not what we had ordered. The delivery man was silent and just stood there staring at my face which was ridiculous and a bit weird too. We called up the southall pizza hut branch to report this issue and the man said he will send out the chicken supreme. Another hour later, the pizza arrived late as per usual from southall and they gave us a supreme pizza which had beef and peperoni on there. I don't eat beef and that is not what we asked for so we called up again to complain and the man who said his name was 'prabkitkatleen' said we ordered a beef pizza. How ironic. The delivery man who was the same as before stated 'I don't know what you ordered on the phone', of course, to cover up for his southall branch, nothing new. He again stared at my face and was clueless. All I can say is Prabkitkatleen was rude and did not understand a single word of English. He said he was the manager but was extremely rude and accused us for ordering a beef pizza.. very interesting experience but all I know is that I shall never be ordering from this dodgy pizza hut again. Please be aware, they do not understand English, they speak jibberish and talk about their customers to the drivers in front of us! No professionalism and of course an expected terrible service as per usual! So thank you Prabkitkatleen for sending us the wrong pizza twice! I do hope you learn to understand customers better in the future! All the best!
