Our
previous
pizza
(two
weeks
ago)
arrived
cold
as
the
driver
refused
to
come
to
our
building
door
so
we
had
to
meet
him
outside
Tesco
(approx
5
min
walk
from
our
flat).
When
I
called
the
Southall
branch
to
share
my
feedback,
I
spoke
with
the
manager
who
kindly
offered
me
a
free
pizza
as
a
gesture
of
goodwill.
I
was
told
that
I
will
need
to
call
and
ask
to
speak
to
the
manager
to
redeem
the
pizza
-
ok
no
problem.
I
called
earlier
to
place
a
pizza
order
so
I
redeem
the
free
pizza
(&
pay
for
two
additional
pizza)
and
the
Customer
service
was
terrible,
I
was
so
shocked
on
how
bad
it
was!
Firstly
English
clearly
wasn’t
their
first
language
which
is
fine
(it’s
not
mine
either)
but
I
honestly
couldn’t
understand
what
he
was
saying,
I
asked
to
speak
for
the
store
manager
and
then
was
told
that
he
is
the
manager
(which
is
very
hard
to
believe
as
he’s
English
wasn’t
good
at
all),
when
I
said
that
he
wasn’t
the
person
I
spoke
with
two
week
ago,
he
said
that
there
are
4
stores
managers
(again
hard
to
believe
that
a
small
take
away
store
has
4
manages).
I
was
then
told
I
can’t
place
a
order
over
the
phone
nor
can
he
help
me
because
the
manager
is
on
holiday
-
I
thought
he
was
the
manager
like
he
said?
From
this
I
was
then
told
that
the
manager
is
busy
(apparently
he’s
back
from
his
holiday
after
a
min)
but
to
call
back
later
because
he’s
busy.
He
then
hung
up
the
phone.
I
honestly
don’t
know
how
this
place
is
still
open,
Pizza
Hut
seriously
need
to
train
their
staff
especially
if
there
are
4
useless
managers
in
one
store.
I
won’t
be
ordering
from
here
again
simply
because
of
the
lack
of
service.
