Ridiculous customer service...ordered a large pan pizza... supposed to have 10 slices .....got only 9 the 9th one being cut into two smaller ones...attaching pictures of the same...when called the branch manager (hussain) he puts us on hold and never picked our calls back..i ate one of the slice after which i noticed i have been robbed of a slice

Ordered a veggie sizzler which is a vegetarian dish on the menu and they put meat on it. Clearly don't care how they are cooking in this store. We rang the manager of the store who literally didn't care at all. Didn't process a refund. DO NOT ORDER FROM HERE!

I ordered a Vegetarian supreme pizza but this guy at the store, his. name is Hussein, sent me a meat pizza and when i called him to say there is a mistake with the ordered, this guy started calling me a liar and started yelling and abusing on the phone .He even challenged me to meet him and kind of threatened me, i went to the store along with wrong pizza, but this guy didn't bother to apologise for even once, and on top was extremely rude in front of his staff and kept yelling. i am extremely dissatisfied with the kind of service, it shows how bad the pizza hut customer service standard has become. I would suggest other people to not to deal with this store as this guy "Hussein Ahmed" doesn't know the meaning of customer service and is very abusive, harsh and rude person.

So, they are cheaters the staff and restaurant is worst i think, they are deciding and telling us what we can eat from menu and what we can't because they don't want to serve or do not have stock but if u order expensive pizza and meal then they have. Basically they refused to serve small order which is a refusal of service and i think it is customer who should decide what he want to eat or what not to. So, I DO NOT RECOMMEND THIS RESTAURANT, STAFF IS RUDE, I don't like the order process.☹️

Food was provided by the family of the deceased and also music. It was a sad occasion.

I ordered a deep pan pizza: double pepperoni, extra mozzarella cheese. What I received was not what I, and I hope you, would call acceptable for a pizza from chain like this. The amount of cheese provided on the pizza was abysmal, with the outer edges of the pizza having absolutely no cheese on whatsoever (which was poorly disguised by some pieces of pepperoni in some places), and other parts of the pizza with just nothing on at all, just dough. Overall disappointing experience. Would not recommend.

Worst pizza hut ive ever eaten im so disappointed, everytime the pizza is so full of tomato paste that it just spills all over when you take a bite and a lot of area on the pizza isnt covered by cheese had this problem twice in a row now , never ordering from this branch again

Twice now we've been sent undercooked, soggy pizza. Last time was a month or so ago. Put it down to a bad day, as had been good in the past. But no, just had 4 large pizzas delivered for a group of us and they are all the same: too much sauce (it's running off the slices) and undercooked bases. Wet, floppy and soggy. 4 different types, all straight off the menu without changes but all disgusting. No-one wants them. The dine-in branch down the road (by Sainsburys) is nice. But this takesway branch is awful lately.

I wanted a stuffed crust pizza and wedges for under £20 as advertised. I was pushed into buying a deal that cost £23 with2 sides and a drink. I don't recommend this place as greed is primary not the customer requisites.

Ordered 2 pizzas. One vegan veggie and one half pepperoni half veggie supreme. Received 3 pizzas, guess they could bother to make it half half. Pepperoni was not cooked properly and there was no mark on the box which one was vegan and which one wasn't...

They are unworthy of a single star. I don't understand why they recruit staff who don't know how to treat customers with respect. They are typically grumpy or moody.  One of the guys (Yusuf) was particularly disrespectful to us. He inquired as to how many people would be at a table and if we had made a reservation prior to arriving.  We have never made a booking since covid restrctions were eased, so were confused as why he asked this.  He was so arrogant and rude that we walked out. After we walked out, another family also agreed that the vibe of the whole place was off and left. Definitely not what it used to be. I think Pizza Hut is planning to close down the restaurant or are not interested in the business.

This is 2nd time I have received an order from them that's raw. Not cooked at all. Feels like they don't care. They know brand name is there. Orders will come in... Zero effort to improve. Pizza is under cooked..cheese not melted. Sweet corn on top is almost as if they sprinkled fresh out of can. I spoke to them to advice them this is horrible service for hard earned money spent by consumers. My trust is lost.. I am hoping someone from the pizza hut Hayes takes their service seriously.. one of the worst outlets otherwise

Absolutely horrible service .. just didn't want to listen to me. Just hope after the long wait pizza is hot as I have hungry kids to feed..

Ordered vegetarian pizza but Hussain at this Pizza Hut gave meat pizzas. We found out when we reached home. When I called to inform him what happened he did acknowledge that he’s given us wrong ordered. I was hoping he would deliver correct order complimentary but he refused. He offer to make fresh order and asked me to come collect it. I said it’s too late now but I can come tomorrow. He refused point blank. I felt let down by Pizza Hut and service is unacceptable! I will never order from Pizza Hut, 832 Uxbridge Road, Hayes ever again!!!

Delivered in mins even though told 45mins to 1 hour! Food was hot.,just as ordered. Kids love d definitely recommended

Very very nice restaurant amazing location great staff top customer service it’s totally got the wow factor it’s just too gud I would really recommend this to everyone they sell the best meat feast and pepperoni pizzas especially when they have the buffet

Ordered 2 pizzas and garlic bread. The pizza wasn’t cooked properly and tasted raw. Instead of the garlic bread they gave me something else. When I called to ask why, I got told it was my fault as they had apparently called me about it as they had run out( I hadn’t recieved a call). The store should accept its mistake for not updating their website instead of blaming the customer. Won’t be ordering from here again!

DO NOT ORDER FROM THIS PLACE!!!!!!! I have been waiting two hours for my delivery. I’m pregnant and thought this would be quick for myself and my husband. I’ve called the store over 15 times and there’s been no answer. They’ve stolen our money. We placed the order at 20:25 and it is now 22:15. Please bear in mind the ETA was supposed to be 20:55. This is ridiculous. I SHOULD HAVE LOOKED AT ALL THE 1 STAR REVIEWS BEFORE I ORDERED!!

Very cheap services I visited there 10 O’clock on 17th August to give order in the branch firstly they said they don’t have any deals, then I order online and I order two Vegetarian pizzas one with Pan base other one with Stuffed crust, i collated two pizzas when i arrived at home I Got 1 veg pizza and 1 chicken pizza, I call them several times on there Pizza Hut number for complaint but Nobody taken my call, i just went to Pizza Hut handover the chicken pizza to Guy and did complaint but Who cares !! Better to buy local shop pizza

Not even worth 1 start. After 2 hours of calling I had to go pick up my self the pizza from the store.

We ordered from here through deliveroo and we did receive the order but missing 2 items. We phoned up and apparently they can't see our order. Then we contacted deliveroo and they couldn't do anything about it. So we technically are scammed out of 2 items. The person on the phone was was so arrogant it was unbelievable. DO NOT ORDER FROM HERE.
