Every year, for MOTs, services and extra work carried out, they're at the forefront of professionalism, friendliness and patiently listen to my concerns and outrages of my latest car woes. and every time, they save the day! I highly recommend Harrow Service to anyone in need of reliable car woes. Their exceptional service, expertise, and integrity truly set them apart, it's why i return year after year.

A completely pleasant experience. From the initial call the manager was clear and informative about every stage of the work. I called on Monday and had the car back repaired (major work) by Thursday. They were clear about process and costs at all stages and were polite and pleasant throughout. I am sure that their service beats that of the local Ford main dealer based on the experience of a good friend with a similar car to mine. I would definitely recommend them.

The team at HSC was first-class throughout. Booking was easy with good communication to tailor the service to my needs, and when the car was undergoing the service itself, the team was excellent at keeping me informed of the progress and helping me explore options for further work if I wanted it. All the work was done in a working day, and the front-of-house staff I spoke with were very friendly and helpful. This was my first time with HSC, and it will not be my last.

The staff are all so professional. Friendly and courteous. They even phoned an hour before the car was ready. Amazing staff. Expert work too. Car looked like a new car when finished! Thank you all.

I can not recommend them. I live near them and had an emergency breakdown and needed a simple 15 minutes repair to my car. I already knew what was wrong and it was such as simple fix. This service would not do it and were very unhelpful. They tried to extort a lot of money for a simple fix, probably thinking i had a break down and I would simply pay. They were arrogant and unhelpful. I ended up driving 2 miles away to another mechanic who fixed the problem on the spot in 10 minutes for 50£. This service was asking over 80£ just for diagnosing the problem. Definitely NOT recommended.

First time I went there, was very impressed with the service. I was looking for Jaguar specialists for my XF R Sport. They also updated my service history on Jaguar main page. Great job friendly service highly recommended. Will be back again….

Excellent service in all respects. After struggling to find somewhere closer to home to source and fit a (simple) replacement part, I gave HSC a call. They were quick, efficient and informative from the start, and it was worth going out of my way to have them do the job, simple though it was. The atmosphere on site was probably the most professional I’ve seen at a car service centre and the job was done well. I’d happily use them again.

I have been using this garage now for a couple of months. First off i got my MOT done from them for my BMW. I had originally booked myself in with BMW and my windscreen washer was blocked. They were quoting an arm and a leg to just check it. I decided to try these guys, within couple of hours, I got a call back to say that the washer filter has been replaced and now fixed! and that MOT was underway and they would let me know as soon as it was done. Then a couple of hours later it was ready for collection. They provided a brilliant timely update, without me having to chase up and very professional, friendly knowledgeable staff. Since then I have been for a couple of other things and they are great at managing expectations by being honest about availability and timelines - which is also a huge bonus! I have my husband's car in now (merc) which is quite a labyrinth of problems and a unique piece. They seem to be on the right path to fixing it! ... let's see how it goes. All in all, such a blessing to have these guys manage my car problems now. HIGHLY recommended if you want that peace of mind

It was a very easy process of taking the car in and getting it fixed. Prices for the genuine parts are what it should be. Above all labour charge is reasonable too. Claudia in particular kept me in looo about the part, booking and completion. Upon leaving and picking the car I was greeted and treated professionally.

I have been taking my vehicle here for a number of years for its MOT. I booked my vehicle in with no issues; weekend MOT availability is helpful, especially for those who can’t get there in the week. Vehicle taken into the garage promptly when I arrived, and completed in about 40 minutes. Overall, friendly and professional - gets the job done.

The service I received was excellent. Whilst researching a garage Harrow Service Centre where the most approachable, answering questions fully re full service and associated costs. They were efficient and any communication was prompt. Most importantly the work was explained to me and any follow up was dealt with quickly. I would thoroughly recommend using any of the services that are on offer.

Very professional reception and excellent customer service. They assessed and then replaced some of the brake discs and pads for the car. I dropped off the car in the morning and after assessing the issue, they called me with a quote, made the repairs and I was able to collect the car the same day. Pricing seems competitive. Would recommend to others.

MOT Well, I was just passing by to see if any Mot centre just saw this mot place when an enquiry was made I had to make a fair appointment enough got it next day on Sunday, Mot was done got call form HSC to come and collect, friendly staff. Recommended place to go.

HSC were quick and efficient in diagnosing the issue I had on my 8 series. Within a few days it was repaired all the while being continuously updated by Claudia who was very polite and friendly. The price was quoted reasonable, the work carried out professional and it was nice to receive my car back clean. Great job guys!

Brilliant friendly Accommodating Customer Service . I had a problem . Car Tax Renewal arrived and I then realised my MOT had expired by a few days . I searched Sunday MOT places near me as my normal garage was closed . Harrow Service Centre got great reviews .... but I tried some others that were nearer to my house " No chance of MOT " at those and No bookings for 2-3 weeks ! ...I arrived at Harrow Service Centre early with No booking . I spoke to one of their regular customers who praised them highly so I stayed . Staff began to arrive and I was told they were fully booked but that they would do their best to sort me out .Claudia said she'd check on any possible cancellations and I said I"d wait and take my chances as I was really stuck .She offered to fit me in on Monday if it suited , so at least I had options . In just over an hour of waiting , with No booking and No history the good news arrived . I was in . It saved me a lot of grief and time and I definitely will add Harrow Service Centre on to my future list .I highly recommend . So , to the Boss .. Cheers and a Raise for Claudia . Always Smiling . I took my car here for a MOT recently. Always a pleasure going to Harrow service centre. I’ve been taking my own car and family cars here now. The main reason is that they conduct work efficiently and to a professional standard. I always recommend everyone to this service centre as they will get your car back on the road again and repaired. I can’t praise the Team at Harrow Service Centre enough. Very professional & friendly. They keep me updated before each visit and whilst my car is there, always giving a 100% service & providing a personal touch. They do the MOT and yearly service. Replacement of door lock Excellent service. Mercedes couldn’t deliver the part until the following day, which meant the car wouldn’t be available for when I needed it. So the garage went to Mercedes’ and picked up the part - Brilliant

Excellent & efficient Very pleased to find a place that would do an MOT on a Sunday. Carried out MOT excellently & efficiently. Listed minor faults but did not attempt to upsell to remedy them - leaving me to decide whether to ignore the faults, ask them to deal with them, or take my car to another garage to do the work. Very polite office staff. Highly recommend.

The people at Harrow Service Centre are lovely. Every employee I dealt with were friendly and incredibly helpful. We took our vehicle in for some body work after it had been bumped into. The work was completely in a timely manner and when we received it, it looked like new. The rates were reasonable and I will happily go back for future service.

Popped into Harrow service centre due to an unexpected error appearing on my vehicle. Upon arrival i was dealt with by a very polite person who i believe was called Claudia. Not only was my issue diagnosed accurately, it was also repaired within 24 hours with all genuine parts used and as a added bonus my vehicle was also given a mini valet. Thank you to all the team for your hard work and look forward to being dealt with by you in the future for anything i may require.

First time using HSC, and will definitly be back. Booked in car while I was abroad, as aircon hadn't been cooling air for a while, and heard UK was getting a heatwave when I returned. Claudia contacted me later the same day with details, and booked car in for later that week. Problem was diagnosed on the same day as drop-off, and returned the next day. He was very quick and efficient in diagnosing the issue with my car, recommended options of what can be done for the repairs to take place as well as keeping me updated on the progress of the repair. Only just discovered this garage which is very convenient to Harrow Town Centre and therefore to public transport, which is useful when you are temporarily 'car-less'. Bodywork repair booked in very promptly after I'd agreed estimate (which was also sent promptly). Work done within agreed time frame even allowing for extra problem discovered and dealt with after contacting me to alert me to position. Very pleasant people to deal with too.

First time of using but I will definitely go back. Booked in for the MOT, which failed (a wear & tear issue) however really reasonable on pricing to fix it and all done the same day. Also has some issues with the key/door which they were really helpful with. Everyone was friendly, patient and very helpful…recommend you try them.

HSC were able to carry out a complex diagnostic to identify the problem with our sunroof and then repair it to a very high standard in a timely manner (within a few days) after many other local service centres said they could not. Throughout the process, their communication was detailed and they kept us informed of the costs involved, seeking authorisation at every step. A 12 months / 12,000 miles guarantee on the work was the icing on the cake! Fantastic experience from start to finish!

I am very happy with my experience with Harrow Service Centre. I had to arrange a last minute MOT, and these guys got me in very quick. When talking to the team, you can see they have pride in their work and we’re not at all pushy. Clean, confident and concise and for those reasons I will use them again.

Harrow devices provided an excellent service for me. My MOT had expired and I needed it done asap. I called and within 24hours they took my car in and did the MOT. Our family have had our cars serviced at HSC for over twenty years. The team there have always been friendly and courteous when dealing with us and, more especially, always thorough in their work. Prior to using HSC we tried other garages locally but never quite got the same reassuring feeling of worry free driving after a service or other work. The fact that we have remained a customer for over twenty years speaks for itself. I highly recommend them.

Fantastic garage. Last minute MOT which failed but quick managed to fit me in for fixes to my car really quickly. Great, as only a couple of days before Christmas! Found by a google search as i don't know the area very well but very glad i chose this place! Kept me up to date every step of the way and the people were really nice. I met several members of staff and the mechanics team and all were very efficient, polite, knowledgeable, helpful and easy to understand. Estimates were given before any job was done and prices seemed very fair. I will definitely be very happy to continue to use the garage.
