Awful experience and very disappointed as usually Pizza Hut has never disappointed me before. Both pepperoni pizzas I ordered on 28 March 2021 were literally moving inside a pool of oil. There was so much oil that the pizzas were totally soaked in it. Extremely low quality and no care was shown at all. I addressed this to the manager and he said he cannot see anything like that in his records and he didn’t do anything about it. I told him that I can send him my receipt of paying for it and a picture but he refused to deal with it. People order elsewhere because here is just a waste of money!!!! Please see my picture!

Pizza was 40minutes late, but they did call me 20mins after ordering to tell me it would be late. Mac and cheese was ok, but very plain like from a powder, not even commercial kitchen level which is what you would expect. Wings were disgusting, Pizza Hut wings were amazing when I was a kid but these tasted old, dry. Pizza was ok but extremely greasy at the bottom of the pizza and box, but not nearly enough cheese to be considered a New York slice. Henvi Patel's review made me laugh though, I'm assuming it was made in irony, because this is a simple counter based delivery branch, not a table in sight!

Lovely pizzas. Buy one and get second for an additional £2. Bought meat feast and vegetable sizzler for total of £23. Pizzas were delicious and get for 2 days. Staff were polite and efficient. Will be visitting again.

Today night we ordered a vegetarian pizza as we never eat even an egg because we are strictly vegetarian instead they had delivered a non vegetarian pizza it was so disappointed. The worst experience ever since we have landed in uk. The worst management ever. We came from work so tired so ordered a pizza and the moment we opened we felt so bad. Very wrong things are happening with customers.

WASTE OF MONEY DO NOT ORDER FROM THIS PLACE. Ordered beef sizzler classic crust no beef at all got all my order deep pan. Pizza Hut should train franchises to do their job properly instead wasting our money.

Unbelievably bad customer service. There was dry garlic powder all over my pizza which I showed the rider befor he left. Spoke to a person in pizza hut from the riders phone... He refused to rectify the issue... He said because I didn't make a note to say no garlic it was my fault. I went through the entire process of making the order again just to prove that THE PIZZA DID NOT STATE IT WAS GOING TO HAVE GARLIC, NOR WAS THERE AN OPTION TO SAY NO GARLIC... The guy kept saying there must be an option so there was nothing he could do. WHY WOULD THERE BE AN OPTION TO TAKE IT OFF OF IT'S NO SUPPOSED TO BE ON THERE??? MAKE IT MAKE SENSE??? He then told me to contact customer service so I asked for their number.. He said go on Google. Last time I order from here kmt

Just called Pizza Hut Rayners Lane for office staff (over 15 people) the most unprofessional female lady answered the phone. She was not interested in taking any orders and just wanted me to do online as (i feel) she was being lazy and looked like she was being force to work. Message to the owner i think you need to change all your staff looking at your reviews 2.5 stars is very poor standard for a company like Pizza hut. I have just ordered similar pizza from dominos (across the road from this branch) straight forward . My order was over £70

I ordered cookie dough other day by uber eats and this is what i got A hard burnt cookie they need to check food before delivering

I wouldn't recommend getting pizza here. It's overpriced, tastes bland and the starters are so small and look nothing like they're advertised on their website. Don't waste your money!

Waited over an 1hour.. Called the shop said 10mins.. another 20mins go by still no food.. So disappointed, should have learnt my lesson from previous order. Never again..

This is the worst ever experience that you can get from a pizza hut. Is this outlet for real or is it being run by some fake franchise?

The pizza was not base was under cooked and had a massive stomach ack! After a long day doing building work which we only do few times a year so are body’s are not used to it, thought let’s just Order Pizza Hut as not had for a few years. we had a bad experience a few years ago but thought the they must have improved but they have not. Both times the pizza has come from the Rayners Lane branch.

I normally love Pizza Hut and ordered the meal deal pepperoni with green chillie extra topping. The green chilies were pan fried and put on top of the pizza. This was the greasiest pizza I have ever had. Come on Pizza Hut - shape up or ship out! Will return to pizza express.

I had order 2 large pizza and surprise to get no dip in thay ad well all vegetables looking waste over and also when I call them the guy say I am working here from last 9 year so what’s there take it or bean it have no knowledge how to talk with customer rubbish customer service and west of money please do not order

Terrible customer service. Ordered food, was told to collect it at a set time. To arrive and be told it's not been cooked yet. Wait around for our food to be cooked, then be charged extra for a sauce. Very rude and unhelpful staff.

The dough is frozen and you can tell because there's no crisp to it whatsoever, sauce is all dry and the cheese can either be very oily or very dry." EDIT: After 4 years of writing this review I thought I'd give it another go. To the point, little has changed. The timing of delivery is hit and miss, the dough is still frozen and you don't get that nice leavened taste to it. It tastes like when you reheat stale bread. I don't think the sauce is bad but the cheese is so greasy you'll be on the toilet for it. Furthermore you'd think 4 years on from writing my initial review they would at least give me a response which demonstrates their customer service has not improved at all. and finally, if you genuinely love pizza... The supermarket counter ones across Asda, Sainsbury's and Morrisons are nicer, for £5-6.

Me and my partner had pizza and sides from here. We finished a long shift working at the hospital and thought let's get pizza. The next day we both ended up with food posining.We contacted head office and it was just a waste of time. They didn't even refund our money!!! So technically the idea of customers are always right means they don't care. We both had bad stomach ache and were unwell. Aviod this hut!!! Clearly people in head office don't do proper checks or they can't really inspect things accurately. Would not be going here again!!! You are better of using Domino's!!!

Do not order from this place. There is always a drama when ordering from here, sometimes burnt, however often inferior ingredients are used. I ordered on Saturday a Veggie Sizzler. The ingredients used were inferior and the pizza base stale. It tasted weird.. The pizza was wasted as it tasted awful. This branch in Raynes Lane is despicable. Do not buy from here!

The pizza was okay but was very annoyed how long they took to cook my pizza didn't felt appreciated that the guy or girl left my pizza out for 20 to 30 minutes and my pizza was medium hot not eating their again 😒😒🤨

Pizza Hut Express often visiting this place at St Ann’s Shopping centre. With more choice at the mall this place is always a good vibe pizza & meal deals are reasonable..!!

They messed up our order but quickly fixed it and showed compassion they gave us two free pizzas thank you to all the staff working there on 7/10/2022, I even gave one pizza to a homeless couple near by.

I would love this pizza hut a 0 Star. They were late delivering, then it said they had delivered when they hadn't i called to find out the lady was so rude not sure why she is working in customer service when she doesn't have the skills, she didn't apologise just hung up the phone is that how you treat a customer paying your wage and you bills and expenses! The pizza where undercooked very sacey and made me feel ill the next day (food poisoning) I will never be wasting my money here again! better to go Domino's and Papa johns or any other pizza place. Don't waste your money here.

The potato wedges were almost raw, not cooked properly at all. Food was only warm on top but not on the inside, and tasted very bland, no flavour. Terrible.
