Helpful staff aided me deciding some birthday presents for friends, central location in the Intu, close to station and buses. Great autumn offers!!

Very helpful staff helped me make an appropriate choice. Gift wrapped present with care despite other people in the shop. Have nothing but praise for the staff in the Watford store.

The two ladies in this Watford store of the Perfume Shop are a delight. They are attentive to you, ask what you wanting are patient if you wondering & show their offers to you in a gentle non pushy way. No matter how busy it gets they stay calm. .They explain things & chat friendly to you. I went in to buy a man’s aftershave came out with two as was shown offers & good value. Each in 3 lovely bags & She popped in 3 samples to try. ‘Maybe something for you next time’ such a pleasant way to say it. Givenchy a perfume make I never tried / bought . I did try them & went back last weekend to buy L’Interdit. I had to wait (as two people before me ) which was fine I browsed & listened these ladies were serving customers the same as did to me a week previous - I was pleased . Compared to John Lewis /Boots/Superdrug who are never there to serve you!! I ask for samples /freebies to try they all reply ‘nothing at the moment ‘ . Plus no bag to advertise themselves! Stupid. I just get given the perfume /aftershave as it is !!even Chanel make up same treatment no treats any more . I had a great feeling of excitement buying from the Perfume shop I spent £279 & did not mind as I was made feel special . I joined the rewards scheme & therefore got £10 off my Givenchy. Please pass on my thanks o these Watford ladies they did you proud more should look on . Thank you J Leavey

I popped in here for some perfume,the staff were very helpful& polite.. I managed to buy the perfume,which was great...its always must first stop off for perfume,competitive prices! Would recommend this store!👍

Terrible staff. 2 Somali girls disinterested in serving..snapping at customers and not keen to serve at all. Preoccupied with their phones.. I ended up walking out and buying the same perfume from Boots!

I always manage to get all my perfumes at the cheapest price in here. I saved £30 on one transaction compared to Fragrance shop and Boots. Also they very often knock a percentage off the price if you're not happy.

Had a great experience. Staff very friendly and try to be as helpful as possible through the buying process.

I literally was in for 5 minutes ... I told the young lady what type of aftershave I was looking for, immediately she gave me the one I bought, she'sbeen there only a couple if months!. Excellent service

Just want to say, thank you for my visit into Watford store on Tuesday the 3rd October. I was as deciding between 2 perfumes Alien or Angel. The 2 assistants were so lovely friendly and so helpful, such a joy to be helped in a happy environment, without feeling pressured and wasting their time…. So thank you ladies so sorry I didn’t catch there names will defo be coming back to purchase my perfumes & aftershaves I’m future. Thanks Sarah
