My experience at this hotel was uneventful, until the 5th November upon check out at 0630, when I discovered a bleach stain on my cargo pants after using the restroom next to the breakfast area. The restroom had just been cleaned as the floor was still wet. I never did eat breakfast due to a sudden change of clothing and repacking and heading for the airport. To discover a chlorinated substance on those trousers was quite a shock! The corrosive damage irreparable. I contacted reception to explain what happened and after a few minutes the cleaning lady was spoken to, not in English, by reception and I was then promised email communication. 1 month has now past and I’m yet to receive any form of contact from management. I would like to know why would management at this CP Hotel TRY to ‘brush me under the carpet’??? Next stage IHG Customer Services!

Booked hotel for a foreign employee. Refused payment upfront then hassled our colleague for payment part way through their booked stay, then couldnt make up their mind over what we owed them. Staff would not explain themselves, just kept repeating that we owe them. Room wasnt cleaned for half of the nights stayed, promised free breakfast in return then charged us for everything. Gym was under maintenance for most of the stay. Would only recomend staying here if you want to pay for services that you dont recieve. Now staying at the fox and goose instead

I think was successful for hotel location selection close by metro and restaurant with some grocery shopping market . The receptions were lovely and helpful with reasonable breakfast. They have good Gym too . I will recommended to my friends and I will be in this hotel on my next visit

We booked the room while promotion, we can get 1 night free when book a night stay. To be honest, it is quite far away from the centre which took half and hour to go to zone 1 area. room is quite good and we had a nice stay there. there are many good Iraqi restaurants in that area.

Nice rooms good place for meetings and hosting meetings. Amazing staff especially service for the food breakfast and meals, friendly attentive and so helpful. Great selections of breakfast buffet also and parking , may need to check how you enter when Co.ing off roundabout to enter maybe a bit tricky but go slow and take first left , there is a second but if u miss it then ..... but Nice venue n stations is close by

The staff at the Crown Plaza are extremely friendly, the breakfast has a good selection with the staff being attentive. The evening meal choice is good and to a good standard, again the service is excellent. The rooms are very clean and comfortable. I've been their for nearly three months with another three to go

Excellent . Very very Close to train and bus. Large spacious rooms with closet room . Good bathroom. Breakfast options limited and standard daily but passable. Could have more variety or change on daily basis. Vegan menu can be improved. Will stay here next time as most convenient. Being Indian very easy to go to Wembley area for Indian restaurants.

Revisited this Hotel in December and I must admit I was impressed at improvement made to service. Host at breakfast very attentive and welcoming with excellent service delivered with cook to order items. Hotel reception also very welcoming with a glass of mulled wine for the season. Restaurant in the evening accommodating allow me to mix and match sides with mains to accommodate my low carb diet. Even the Club lounge I found to have improved with service ensuring canapés and wine never ran dry. Excellent work, much improved keep it up. I will be back as I also enjoy the short tube ride to central London from the adjacent Hanger Lane station.
