    Didn't get my covid PCR test results till 92h after swabbing. The lab report sent has false dates on it. I had to do an extra quick test (with different firm) to travel because they couldn't send the results in 46h. Would not recommend at all.

    I was not anticipating a COVID test with enthusiasm but it was so much simpler than I expected. The staff were kind and helpful. I ordered a fast track result which arrived the next day by 11:30 with no problem.

    Four stars only because it was not made abundantly clear on on Goodbody website that what we had booked was a self-administered test (and the very, very friendly staff conceded that there HAS been much confusion around that). An "appointment slot" was required, therefore we we assumed the clinic would be doing the test, and we'd be "collecting" our resultant certificates. We planned our last day in Bath around this phantom appointment; we'd have done things differently had we known we were simply picking them up. That being said, the testing platform was efficient and worked fine, and we were on our way back to the states with the proper documentation.

    We needed a PCR test each and needed to know the result by the next morning. Goodbody offered this. We arrived early, but the lovely ladies there did the tests there and then and the results were in by 6.30 next morning. Hopefully won't need such testing again, but would definitely use them.

    Excellent service, quick results, staff professional and informative. Very reliable, which is really important for Covid tests, especially if you need results within a certain time frame.

    My wife, my son and I visited for PCR Tests for travelling. Making the appointments was easy and the Tests were done quickly and efficiently. We received our results much earlier than the quoted time. We were very happy with the service.

    The staff at the Goodbody Testing Clinic in Bath were extremely efficient and kind. Mildred is an amazing nurse who took my Covid Test with professional respect and skill. She knew how to do her job which was very refreshing and a great relief ! I travel a lot and I have had many Covid Tests. It is totally unnecessary for any nurse to insert the test deep into a nose, until the point of no return, making a patients eyes water and damaging the nose, to get a good swab ! I have one nostril still healing from a test I had three months ago. Mildred gets the gold star of the Covid Testers :-) ! My test result was provided before I expected it. I thoroughly recommend using this service at GoodBody's . However I do hope we all start voicing our concerns for the world to return to the old normal , we cannot live like this forever !!!

    Not overly impressed by them. Me and my wife did some testing (day 2, PCR travel etc.) but they charged a test they did not do (refund of money takes weeks.. and still not received). I also opted for the anti-body test (blood-sample) but after waiting 15 days for the results they unfortunately lost the blood-sample (this is only after me reaching out to them multiple times to request the result). They say it was shipped to laboratory but nobody knows anything? A shame, they have a good set-up but they seem to struggle with the admin-side-of-things. Easy to point the finger to the lab, but they are the party I deal with. They should ensure that their customers get the result and not the customer asking over and over again.

    The staff were very friendly and made the process a whole lot less stressful. The results were delivered within the advertised time frame and I was able to board my flight to Hong Kong with no issues. Would recommend!

    Fantastic service in the clinic by two warm and welcoming members of the team. My wife was heading to Japan and needed her results by the early morning and so we purchased the priority 3am results. Although the results hadn't arrived by the promised 3am deadline, we emailed the team and by 3:01 they'd replied and by 3:02 the results were through! They also sent the records both in their own format and that required by the Japanese government. Overall, would definitely suggest Goodbody to anyone needing a PCR test!

    SHAMEFUL BEHAVIOUR. We attempted to cancel fit to fly tests as the rules had changed but because my call was 47 hours and 56 minutes before the appointment I was unable to get a refund (as their fine print says any cancellation within 48 hors will not be refunded). Sharp practise of the highest order.

    Fabulous service, will certainly use again. Results in 10 hours for us. Other family members used postal service with another company and are still waiting! This removes all of the stress. Lovely people too.

    There are cheaper options for the fit to fly PCR test, but Goodbody has a faster results turnaround than the other options we found. Following online research we decided we had most confidence in Goodbody. Our experience was very positive, from booking to carrying out the test to receiving the test very quickly and with no problems regarding the certificate. So in this case peace of mind was more important than cost (acknowledging being in the privileged position to make that choice) and we are glad we made this decision.

    I am editing this review from a one star to a two star. I have had a very poor experience which has involved both a lost blood sample and also unsatisfactory experience when I escalated the absence of results. However on posting this review, I have had an apology and full case report from their customer care. And whilst this does not excuse the poor experience I have had, I do believe they will address it and that this appears to be an isolated case of late. I am going to give the service another go so crossed fingers it goes better this time. Update on this review. The blood test and results process went well the second time and came back within a couple of days. I can’t increase the score any more as the original experience was poor but they dealt with the complaint well and I would consider using them in future.

    Needed to book an appointment and pay £39 for an ART test kit I administer myself at home?!?!?! Issues.....why do I need an appointment to pick up a kit? Why is a kit £39? It can't be the need to look at a photo of a passport and the test result! Who confirms it was me taking the test? A complete rip off and not clear in the Web site.

    The PCR test was carried out without a problem, although I do think that the charge was a bit on the heavy side, these Companies seem to be taking advantage of the current situation which I am not a fan of, as in my situation there was no other option.They were very punctual with getting the results back to me which helped a lot as I was travelling the following day. Also answered a query in a satisfactory manner. the overall score reflects the price and NOT the service which was good

    Went here for a PCR test before travelling to Singapore. Good quality service, staff check all your details very well and will make modifications to your details if need be. The test certificate they send to you too is very detailed (multiple pages long) and definitely made me feel less stressed about travelling. It is a bit more expensive than other clinics but the service they give definitely makes up for it, and definitely a good place to go if you are travelling to somewhere with strict restrictions in place.

    Friendly staff and very efficient service, the only issue was to find parking nearby but other than that the experience was faultless.
