PREFER TO GO TO A REPUTABLE JEWELLER OF WHICH THERE ARE MANY ON SOUTHALL BROADWAY. NOT HERE. NO WONDER THEY TEAM UP WITH SOMEONE LIKE INJECTION. MY MUM WAS SPOKEN TO INCREDIBLY RUDELY BY MEMBER OF STAFF.

Terrible service...gave some jewellery for repair, got charged but it was never actually repaired properly. Gave same item again for repair, called to check if it was ready and got told I will get a call back in 15 mins. Never got a call back, no one responded to the message I left and no one answered phone for almost two weeks. Finally when I got through I got told they are extremely busy with wedding season and have therefore ignored phone calls!! Can't imagine what anyone who's ordered jewellery for their wedding would feel like in this situation!

I went to all the jewellery shops in the area today and Melito offered the best customer service! He made me feel comfortable, at home and even offered a drink. The store scent also reminded me of Dubai. Although I bought something from a different store I'll definitely be back.

I came to buy an engagement ring & I can honestly the service was a cut above (pun intended) many. I walked in ready to buy, i like things quick/simple but they almost forced me to understand what I was purchasing, which in hindsight is so important! I was explained the colour, carat, clarity, cut and many other characteristics, i was consulted and advised on what would make a good investment and what would not be (instead of trying to purely push me towards my financial limit) and furthermore the honesty from Bobby (the young man as he calls himself!) and his son Arjun was something I was surprised to see from someone who stands to make financial gain from me - they actually talked me down below the budget I gave them! Before I even paid the deposit I was sent my GIA certificate (something i didn't know i needed!). I think the thing that i appreciate most is that I walked in as a customer that could have easily been taken to the cleaners considering I had 0 research/knowledge but they taught me along the way. (ps. I made 6 visits before even putting a deposit down - and each time I was given the same welcoming treatment - which I like as a ethos of the two guys that helped me with my purchase) Thanks Chaps!
