Friendly Polite Staff...

Rude unwelcoming staff trying to pressure you into spending and losing your money. They sat next to me whilst on the slots not giving any privacy they should not be allowed to do this to customers. Very off-putting. Unprofessional.

I was greeted politely. I asked which machines had roulette and was directed to one. I was offered a drink. Alas the ATM didn't like my card which had plenty of money on it, I checked. So I stuck a quid in, lost, and walked out.

Not good at all they cheat you on server based slot machine not possible to win they set payout with time interval continuously using mobile apps and server machine linked and when I complained few times got harassed by the senior manager cannot give less then one star 👎

Suggest not to come here. They have proper set their machines to take money. Put quite a bit in and not even 1 winline. It's ridiculous
