Terrible quality, overpriced cake, which looked very cheap! The picture on the cake was very green (like looking at it through a green glass). The delivery was very poor, the cake was shifted off the stand and was pushed up against one side of the box. Customer service is very bad, they never responded to any of my emails, and when I called they just kept saying they would look into it with their management team, offered 20% refund, which I still haven't received after a month. I definitely do not recommend this company.

Ordered a cake late early on Wednesday morning for a party on Saturday. Cake was delivered on Thursday but not at all what I ordered. Requested neutral colours as the cake was for my son but had pink flowers on it. They sent a completely different cake and didn’t consult me at all. The Teletubbies were meant to be individually made from icing. Instead a print out picture was used and looked like it had been cut out and pasted on the cake by a 4 year old. I phoned the company straight away and have been fobbed off by 4 different customer service agents. I needed the cake sent that I ordered or a full refund in time to order a cake from someone else. Instead I just received fob off after fob off each time I called with them telling me I would get a call back. Nobody called! Nobody emailed! I rang them again and again and eventually they offered me a 25% discount. I do not want a discount! Absolutely heart broken I couldn’t use this embarrassment of a cake for my son’s first birthday and absolutely disgusted by the customer service I received. DO NOT WASTE YOUR MONEY with this company it is a con.See photo 1 of what I ordered and photo 2 what I received.

Let me tell you, when planning on coming to London from North Carolina, US to bring wife for her birthday just to visit Harry Potter WB, I had looked at ordering a cake from Caker Street. I'm so glad I did when I arrived. Not only was the cake beautiful, it was delicious. It was worth every £ spent just to see my wife's face light up. She's loves it. Thank You Caker Street!!!

The cake I received for my sons 5th Birthday was not remotely representative of the quality of the cake advertised. The iced cake board was a messy patchwork of fondant with multiple visible seams covered in accidental silver paint fingerprints. The applied fondant decorations were badly printed instead of handmade as advertised and looked like they’d been torn out rather than neatly cut. There were patched repairs to the badly applied fondant covering the five shaped sponge and the entire cake had deep finger imprints. With no cake decorating experience I think I could have produced a far more professional looking cake. On receipt of photos Caker Street immediately offered to replace the cake only to rescind that offer 10 minutes later claiming the sponge had to set for 48 hours before decorating or wouldn’t be solid enough to travel so with 48 hours to the birthday I could keep the defective cake for a 25% discount. At this point I asked for the cake to be collected and a full refund. Caker Street then said once I had returned the cake to them at my own cost they would refund me 90%. I have now opened a PayPal claim to recover my money as this company have no intention of refunding which seems to be the theme of many recent reviews. This is not the same company it was a year ago. Perhaps their skilled workers have returned to Europe leaving them unable to fulfil their promises as advertised. Avoid a disastrous celebration cake with no recourse by purchasing elsewhere!

I had the pleasure of speaking with the lovely and efficient Naushy who handled my cake order. I had to change my delivery day quite last minute but she made sure that this was done promptly and with ease. The delivery man was also very pleasant and took great care with everything. My family and I are extremely grateful for the beautiful cake that they made for my niece’s 1st birthday. It was delicious and just perfect for the occasion. They have a wonderful staff with great communication that go above and beyond. I highly recommend using them and I really hope to use them again in the future. Thank you for the A* service 😊

Cake arrived damaged - they said they would call back and never did. Left messages and tried calling multiple times. Nothing. - wish I had read all the neg reviews in advance. Oh and I arrived I decorated- I had to decorate myself. One of the decorations was a styrofoam tennis ball which my son accidentally ate. They told me over the phone the decorations were edible.

The design of the cake was really good! I made some changes to the original colours and Caker Street did a great job on reflecting them. Value for money is also great, compared to other places, we got a very cute design for our baby's cake one third cheaper than other places. Flavour is okay for the £, but what we really liked was the design and customer service.

Amazing cake company! From start to finish it has been easy to communicate. Sent my cake idea over and they have fulfilled it to the highest quality! Delivery was easy to follow with tracking available was packaged with care! Will never use another company for my cakes!

The cake was packaged incredibly well, the red velvet sponge was lovely, the decoration was amazing. I would say the amount of fondant was very sickerly and the buttercream wasn't great. The jam inside was really lovely though. The service from this company was fantastic the only downside was how much I was hounded for a review afterward. After all, I was unwell and it was Christmas. Overall god service thank you everyone liked the cake and the decoration would recommend and return.

Since it was my friend birthday, I decided to order a uniquely designed and elegant cake based on my own specifications. Amazing. The mixed reviews made me unsure of what to expect but I took a leap of faith and ordered 2 cakes for my 5-year old twins, as they had the exact designs we wanted (spider-man and Minnie-mouse themed cakes). The delivery was prompt (almost too early in fact…lol), the cakes were handled with care by the courier, the design came out perfectly as selected online and cherry on top - the cakes tasted so yum and moist. Would definitely return for a second order.

Ordered Creeper cake for my son's birthday. He loves it and so do our guests. All commented sponge itself moist and soft. The delivery is prompt according to text notification in advance. Will recommend to others.

Fast delivery Was my only option for my son birthday at nursery I was planning to do it myself but unfortunately with work etc I couldn’t find the energy or the time . I Googled and it was the first website that appeared I saw that they could deliver the day after so I didn’t think twice specially that it was a good price and good choices of flavour and design . You can have from the simplest to the more complexe cake . I picked the simplest as it is the easier to cut for the nursery staff. The theme was SPACE. It came in a massive box and well packed its impossible to get the cake destroyed as it’s so well protected. I cannot recommend enough + I really think they have a quick and efficient customer service . Thanks to FRANK

Thanks for the beautiful cake for out little one. Presentation :- Awesome Taste :- delicious. 4 different layers with good quality cream and all our guests enjoyed it. Shipping :- Came in a Big Box, packed well with ice packs. Was slightly moved (might be due to travelling a long distance) but am glad did not have a massive difference from the front look of it. Overall :- will suggest for everyone and would prefer to order more in the future.

Really wasn't sure about ordering the cakes online but trusted the reviews and I'm so happy that I did the cake was delivered on time was the cake hadn't even slipped off so was no damage to the cake when delivered was boxed very well and it tasted amazing. Definitely we will be using Caker Street again. Ordering online was very simple and easy, but amazing thing is that Caker street’s staff was very helpful throughout, from ordering the cake till delivering it. Chocolate and vanilla cupcakes were absolutely delicious. It was for my son’s 1st birthday. We all loved it. Must recommend the Caker Street

The birthday cake was amazing and detailed with all those amazing tiny vegetables( the cake was red velvet, gardening themed decorated), and my son loved it! It also tasted very good, couldn't ask for better. Also the customer service was prompted in orthopedic to satisfy my every need, such as a little alteration thatvI requested for the centre piece. It was Spectacular. The delivery was OK, they managed to put it inside my building where it was safe, even though a call from the delivery driver was expected but didn't happen for some reason. Apart from that it was all wonderfu I highly recommend their cakes if you want something extra special!! My photos don't give it enough justice!

Ordered a Formula one cake for my daughter's 18th birthday. It was amazing. It looked fantastic, tasted yummy and the delivery was excellent. I was worried about ordering a cake from somewhere I'd never used before for such a big occasion and having it delivered but I shouldn't have. ( we've all see those videos where the delivery person chucks the parcel over the fence). It was handled with care. The packaging was good. All our guests enjoyed it. I will 100% use them again.

I'm terrible at giving reviews but had to for this one! It was a very last minute cake and it was so beautiful (All the detail with the icing was incredible-we had a safari cake) You could tell the cake was freshly made. Best chocolate cake I have tasted..Will definitely be ordering from you again!

Caker Street were amazing for our Wedding cake. We ordered 2 simple white circular cakes and stacked them and decorated ourselves. Definitely highly recommend.

Just bought 2 pieces of cake and i was so disappointed. The cake smells like heavy chlorine or paint remover scent. I swairrrrr the scent was all over the car. Wifey end up vomiting that one bite of cake and we ended up binning them. NOT RECOMMEND !!!
