Was asked what my query was, and then asked to take a seat to wait. The male assistant had a surly attitude and was quite obviously taking his time with the customer he was with as my query would have taken him past the shop closing time! After 15 minutes I left. Most disappointed with this service. Have used Thomson for my holidays these past 2 years via web booking, but will have to think again in the future after this customer service.

I’d just like to thank the staff at tui harrow for helping me plan my holiday! Deanna was extremely helpful and made our visit very relaxing, she made sure to know exactly what we wanted and found the perfect destination! Will be sure to come back to the store for our next adventure!

Staff at TUI are Harrow are wonderful, Norah at the shop took lots of time with us and suggested a fanatic trip to Lake Garda Italy which was a memorable family vacation. We had some issues during the trip and while the staff on site were great we were also in touch with the shop and Norah went out of her way to make contact with the right people for us and solve the issue, we had a fantastic holiday and looking forward to the next!

Thank you soo much Danielle for all your help. Made the whole process soo easy for me. Danielle was beyond helpful and friendly. She dealt with my whole query with excellence! After being unsure of what destination to go for my family holiday I got the greatest help and advice from Deanna! Deanna was so friendly and patient with me and chose the perfect destination! I had a fantastic experience with the travel agent, Kayleigh who assisted me in booking my holiday. Her assistance was invaluable – always helpful and incredibly friendly. The overall process was smooth, making it a truly enjoyable experience. I highly recommend her services! On Saturday we went into Tui in Harrow to book a trip and I would never normally leave a review but in this instance we have to let it be known how lovely and helpful Billy and Danielle were -they went above and beyond and done their very best to get us a much appreciated great deal on a upcoming holiday to NYC - thank you guys you are the best.

There's an Indian manger in there who is SO rude and was rude to my 2 year old son. I book all the time with Tui and was about to book my 2nd holiday. I wouldn't go back there at all.

Had to wait ages to be seen just to pay something off my holiday & then was ignored by a member of staff named Anton who then went straight to someone else who had just walked through the door & was very rude to me when I pointed out that me & another guy had been waiting first. Lisa the manager was very nice & helpful & quick once I was seen. There was no need for anton to be rude to me.

Very happy as I have booked a great holiday thanks to the kind and patient staff there. I would definitely recommend. Five stars from me *****
