I came straight to Red Dot in Harrow for my wedding jewellery, via a trusted recommendation, and I'm so happy I did! After a consultation based on my requirements for my perfect wedding jewellery, I opted for a custom made headpiece to go with a ready made piece in the shop. Had I gone anywhere else I do not believe my headpiece would have come in the timeframe available, and it would not have been so perfectly designed and completed in the way that was promised. The expert knowledge and service I got from the girls at Harrow was beyond amazing! Not only did they work with me to help me customise and find my perfect wedding jewellery, they were great with communication, reliable and a joy to visit. I've bought a couple of sets of earrings from Red Dot's website and have absolutely loved all of them. I get loads of compliments when wearing them. What I love about some of the pieces is that they can be worn both with Indian and western outfits. They also come in lovely boxes so perfect for a gift. Highly recommend!

I’m glad I came across this site on Instagram. Red dot has the most beautiful collection! It was hard to choose my favorite pieces. Ended up getting the sonam bangles and ghungroo bali earrings which are absolutely stunning in person. They were carefully boxed and the customer service was impeccable. The best! My experience with red dot was my most favourite wedding activity by a long way! The store is lovely and the 1-1 bridal session with Umang and Komal is great. I picked Red Dot for my bridal jewellery after seeing some of their pieces at the Nicky Chana studio and honestly one of the best decisions I made for the wedding! I visited Red Dot last year to take a look at their wedding collection for my upcoming wedding in April 2019. I had already purchased most of my wedding jewellery from Amrapali in India but needed a few extra pieces to tie in the look. The team at Red Dot went over and above to help me find the right pieces and were so incredibly patient with me. Great customer service and communication. I was initially really worried about having to order my wedding jewellery via a virtual consultation however Anita made me feel at ease and much more optimistic instantly. She was well prepared for the consultation and had already picked out pieces she knew I would like based on photos I had sent which made the whole process much easier for me and she gave her honest opinion throughout without being pushy and listening to my concerns. I had a good experience looking for jewellery in store as the staff were helpful but about a week after placing quite a large order, the prices dropped online for Black Friday. I asked the company if they would honour the new lower prices given the order was placed so recently and I didn’t even have the products yet and they refused because they say the process is different if you order in store or online and it was being made especially for me. This seems quite cheeky because it’s a standardised product where I could have ordered exactly the same thing online and then I’d be entitled to a refund within 14 days and could buy again at the new price. Whilst stores aren’t obliged to honour price drops, these days I have found that most stores do when it’s such a short time frame and having that peace of mind tends to make me a repeat customer, rather than leaving me with buyer’s remorse. Worth knowing the different policies for in store and online, especially because one of the first things you see on their website is their 14 day refund policy but this is only applicable online.

Was so put off by the poor service. I would have bought all of my wedding jewellery from here despite the price. Jit and Anita were rude and unprofessional. You are almost judged as you enter the store. Disappointing.

Amazing experience and service.

Nice products but unfortunately the service was severely lacking. We felt very unwelcome and almost as if we were an inconvenience despite wanting to spend hundreds of pounds. The lack of flexibility and listening skills to understand and work towards the wishes of the bride to be was unexpected - we hoped for more but unfortunately given how they made us feel, we won’t be returning.

The various collections here are truly beautiful. I really like that everything has a visible price tag with a set price unlike many shops in Southall, Wembley, East London. The prices are quite competitive to other U.K. high end jewellery shops, however it’s still a little hard to justify the cost after knowing how much less it would cost in India (even the Silver/Gold Plated collections). It’s around 3-5x the cost in the U.K. I have found the service as a little unfriendly and unclear in the past, but I have still made 2 purchases in the last year (due to the pandemic and not travelling to India) and 1 prior to this in their sale. Overall 3* from my experiences.

An unparalleled level of service - I really cannot say much else! The entire team have been an absolute delight to work with - professional, enthusiastic and above all, honest. I cannot praise the team enough for taking their time to get to know me and creating a look that reflects just that.
