INDIAN FOOD - @myspicekitchen.co.uk Buckhurst Hill, Essex. WOW WOW WOW WOW WOW. Probably the best indian food I have ever tasted in my life !!! Regency club I’m sorry 🤣 this food was unbelievable. @myspicekitchen.co.uk menu is based on @chefbobbygeetha recipes. @chefbobbygeetha as most of you know was the finalist of @masterchefuk and is an amazing indian fine dining chef himself ! @myspicekitchen.co.uk have done an amazing job with their new menu. The flavours and fragrances of every single dish were out of this world. I ordered king Prawn and Courgette Amritsari and the prawns were so yummy and fresh and nice and meaty and the courgette was something different and unusual to add into the dish but it definitely worked so well ! I also had TFC fried chicken which was very tasty and again very fresh. The vegetable mini Momo dumplings were probably one of the best things of tonight’s meal I just wish there was more of them ! 6 wasn’t enough 🤣 butter chicken was probably THe best butter chicken I’ve had in the 30 years of my life. Most restaurants are lazy and use korma sauce for their butter chicken sauce but this was exactly how it should be if not 1000 times better !!!! Again, I could’ve eaten it 10 times ! The paneer and veg jalfrezi was yummy and the flavours of the paneer were so good. So so fresh ! The keema fries - now these were something I’ve never tried in my life they were basically like nachos but chips underneath topped with cheese, keema meat and jalapeños and their spices too. Absolutely amazing !!!!! How have I never ever had this before ?!!!! The biryani rice was very fragrant and again very tasty. The whole meal also went well with the chilli garlic naan and the lovely poppadoms - no oil whatsoever just how they should be. And then to complete the most amazing meal , I then finished with the most amazing dessert I’ve ever had - usually it’s kulfi or rasmalai for me but tonight I had homemade Sourdough Shahi Tukra. This was a delicious dessert that I’ve never ever seen on any Indian restaurant menu. It was so creamy and delicious and had lovely fruits within it and some nuts/seeds. So so good. All in all INCREDIBLE

We used Spice Kitchen tonight for the first time and thoroughly enjoyed our meal. Quick delivery, great flavour and good portion sizes!

I ordered from here last week and I was really unhappy. After seeing the Google reviews I had high expectations and they weren't at all met. Firstly, the shish kebabs are more like patties on a stick and taste really odd. The chilli chicken curry is tasteless and just hot, all the sauce is, is a blend of chillies and peppers put on top of chicken. The chicken tikka smelt and tasted burnt. Finally, the mint dip was like eating cream, no mint at all. I don't know who has written previous reviews or if there was a different chef working than the one we had but this food was inedible and I'm throwing most of it away as it is that unpleasant.

The toasty aroma of the various spices of true and authentic Indian cuisine will have you antsy with anticipation! The complex flavor profile will have you coming back for more. The dishes may take a little longer to prepare, but that is because your dish is prepared by order. This is an experience! My Spice Kitchen is being blackmailed by cyber criminals. Best Keema Fries I have ever tasted. Me & my mates got some last week after recommendation. French fries, covered with spicy mince and coated with melted cheese & topped with jalapeno peppers. Yummy!!! Can't wait to have a proper 3 course Indian meal from here soon.

Extremely warm, cozy and inviting atmosphere! ✨️ Clean and well lit and the food is absolutely amazing. I highly recommend the Punjabi chicken masala. You won't be disappointed.

The best curry I have had for a long time. Usually when you get an Indian takeaway there is oil everywhere but not My Spice. Every dish was packed full of flavour with plenty of meat. The Garlic Naan was the best I have ever had. Plus 45 minutes delivery time on a Saturday evening is excellent. Absolutely superb.

First time I ordered from here about 6 months ago it was amazing and I couldn't stop recommending it to friends and family. It was fresh, not too greasy and tasted really different from other Indian restaurants. Sadly my most recent order was a disappointment every dish was pooled with oil on the top which I had to drain off, the mint dipping sauce was a weird swamp green colour which was seriously watered down, the lamb was basically 50% fat and the peshwari naan was pretty plain with hardly any filling. Its a real shame but I don't think I will order from here again as it seems the standard has slipped.

This take away place recently changed so thought we would give it try. It was delicious, fresh flavours, spicy and as far as I can tell authentic . The pilau rice was not yellow, Tandori chicken not red so shows they rely on spices and cooking ability not food colourings. The garlic chilli chicken was so good! As far as my girlfriend and I am concerned best Indian food for miles!!

A hidden gem on top of the Queens Raod. Taste, portion, and value. Only place around that actually has flavourful food that is not all the same. I love the Mutton Rogan and Garlic Chilli Chicken. Sweet Naan is excellent with cherries, loved it.

Food took 2 hours to be delivered. Order was placed at 7.30. Phone off the hook and no idea if the food would turn up. Very nearly ordered a new takeaway when the driver showed up at 9.30. When asked why it was so late. He put it down to several reasons about being busy but also blamed me for living too far away and that I should order from somewhere more local. Its an 11 min drive... laughable and shocking. Food however was lovely and lived up to the reviews. Might be better to collect. But it has left a bad impression.

Hit and miss. Our first order in 2021 was great but the three orders after have not been as good with some dishes being drowned in oil and unpleasant. After the last order, I called to complain that the naan was hard and one dish was completely different/not as described and was told they had a different chef for that day and they would “sort me out” next time however there was nothing different in the next order and in fact when I ordered last week, chaat was stodgy, dull & soggy, mixed grill was under grilled with prawns that were mushy and the biriyani was soaked in oil. Comments sent via the website have been ignored.

The man that answers the phone is so rude and has the worst customer service. We are new to the area called to make an order. My mum forgot she hadn’t changed her bank account address so the payment declined. When I explained this to the man he then started to lie and say they can’t deliver! And the card need to be same address as delivery address but we had ordered with a differed address 2 x before last month so that was a lie! I then reminded him that and he started to lie again and say they have no drivers! I called back 5 minutes later with a different address and he let me do a delivery order! So he was blatantly lying. This is such poor customer service how can you trust these people to be following food regulations when they are this untrustworthy! I would not recommend this place There’s other Indians with nicer food and nicer staff

Hoping not closed too long... by far, a country mile, the best bengali/indian fusion food around, with some authentic dishes and slightly new takes on old favourites, this one is a massive winner.
