The gentlemen running the store was extremely rude. The parking lines are clearly not visible and we didn't park to his liking he came storming out the store with his hands in the air. Yelling why you parking like that your blocking the driveway. He soooo could've been nicer about it . We stop there on way home every time we go to tahoe. Mind you it's atleast 3 to 4 times a year. We each spend at the least $200 in there. However this time we got back into the car and left missed out on atleast a $300 to $400 sale that day Mr rudeness. We will never be going there again. Found another shop to spend our money in and the man was super nice. Customer service is key homey. Be nicer to the next people who make that same mistake or paint your parking lines. We were there on Monday the 14th of March before noon.

Very nice chain of headshops, however I've noticed that some of the cashier's play with prices and decide what things cost on the fly. Usually a $5-10 fluctuation. I buy a decent amount of glass here. Aside from that, I purchased a 14mm ash catcher yesterday, and the cashier put it in the bag without bubble wrapping it. I didn't expect it to be unwrapped, because every piece I've ever purchased has been wrapped as a matter of course. Driving home I hit one of the hundreds of potholes on sr28 and heard the ash catcher break. I went in today to see if they'd replace it for me. The manager/ owner was called, and her position was that I broke it, it was my fault, and if I'd wanted bubble wrap I should have asked. So, they'll sell you things, but don't expect them to back up their products or take ownership of their negligence.

Classic, clean and friendly smoke shop. Fair prices and free bong cleanings. Very dog friendly and keep treats on hand. I saw one review about a piece breaking because it wasn’t bubble wrapped— they have it and will wrap your glass for you, just ask lol!

I bought a vape for $30 and in less than 24 hours the vape stopped working, I thought It was the battery but the vape wasn’t charging. I call the store and they said they didn't know what I did with the vape but they don't do exchanges or returns. I’m very upset with the quality of the products that wasn’t cheap!

Stoked to have this shop near Tahoe City! The prices have always been reasonable and every time I go in Hailey is super chill and helps me find new flavors. I definitely recommend to all my friends on the west shore!!

I stopped in when I saw they were open, and was excited to see the skate section. Good stuff, if you miss a variety in board brands, the skate and clothing sections will be quite refreshing. Creature, Santa Cruz, Zero, Powell Peralta, Blind, and more! The owners were very friendly with good banter. Bought a hat and jacket. Going back for a deck I wish I grabbed when I had the chance.
