I have been living here for about 1.5 years now. Enjoy the community very much. When we moved in, the kitchen and appliances are newly renovated. Walking distance to Livermore Public Library, which provides many activities and spaces for kids. In-unit laundry. Leasing office and maintenance staffs are friendly and fast. The Arbors is also one of the few apartments in Tri-Valley that has discounted rental fee for median-income (80% to 120%) families, which is great for some people who wants to both live in a newly renovated apartment and also save money. Highly recommended!

Located between the Downtown shopping district and the wineries, this complex is also close to major employers like the Labs, City of Livermore, and LARPD, among others. The property is spacious with units all facing a courtyard with trees and lots of plants and flowers. Amenities include a gym, swimming pool, jaccuzi, and basketball court. Living at The Arbors is made even more pleasant with Covid compliant events and apps (Cobu and Community Rewards) to connect residents and make living more fun. The office and maintenance staff are also very responsive, professional, and courteous. I have lived here for more than 12 years and know that there are other residents who have also lived here longer. It is such a great community to live in and a place I am proud to call home.

I’ve been living here for about 8 months now and it’s been excellent! The apartment was freshly renovated when I moved in with all new appliances and everything. The leasing and maintenance staff have all been super nice and every maintenance request has been handled quickly and with lots of communication from the team. I highly recommend The Arbors!

Such a beautiful property! I love the amenities and it’s conveniently located near downtown Livermore. And near wineries which is nice. Love the staff here also. Just a great place

Jimmy and Nick with maintenance have been here a few years now and are always responsive with prompt service and explaining whatever needs to be done including turn-around times. They recently did some trouble-shooting with our dishwasher as well as a couple other items. Very friend and reliable!

Been living at the Arbors for three years and it has been great. Wonderful and quiet community. Security does nightly patrols. The mantinence crew is especially amazing and have been prompt and professional every time I have talked to them or asked for anything! I highly recommend making this community your next home.

Jodee is amazing. She is very responsive and extremely nice. She went out of her way to help me with a stressful situation. The apartments are clean and well maintained and this is a beautiful community close to everything in Livermore.

Mz Jodee has been extremely helpful and attentive to any issues I have and maintenance is always there for any repairs to my unit.
