Love this place! Picked up my 2 pups after a 10 day stay. They were happy and healthy. Great place to socialize your pup with other dogs. Can watch them on puppy cam and there is always a person supervising. They are grouped by size so smaller dogs aren't intimidated by the big ones. You can board or send to day care. The staff is very helpful and pleasant. Would highly recommend Camp Bow Wow. .

My pup loves when I say doggy daycare and is whining with excitement as soon as he sees the parking lot. He really loves going to visit his friends here. I also love that every time I pick him up he's nice and tired. The staff is very friendly and always willing to chat about his day. Ideally, I would give CBW Fair Oaks 4.5 Stars but I cant. I would like to remove a star because the rooms seem small. I wish there was more room for the pups to really get moving and run BUT that being said, that's no ones fault... and our pup still has fun playing and romping around.

Highly, highly recommend!! My fiancé & I have a little 6-month-old Yorkiepoo, Pepper, who needs full-day care 2 days/week -- I couldn't be happier with Camp Bow Wow! They were super communicative & kind from my 1st contact with them. Seth in particular is great -- he was very welcoming & knowledgeable when we brought Pepper in for her 1st interview day. He also remembers her name & talks to her so kindly every time we drop off & pick up. Prices are great, especially the packages. Some of them come out to being $33/day, which is miles cheaper than any dog sitter, & your pup gets to play all day with doggie friends! They offer cool add-on (still very affordable) enrichment programs that would be great for any pup -- snuggle time for nervous/cuddly ones, play time for high-energy ones, & a lot more! They also send you pics of enrichment if you choose to do one, which are way too cute (I added some of when Pepper did snuggle time!). I also love the cameras; I check in a few times a day & it helps me feel at ease to see Pepper sniffing around/napping/playing. It always warms my heart when I get to see a staff member in the play rooms too -- they are all gentle & kind, & give out tons of pets. Organized, efficient, clean, & caring. Couldn't ask for more! Thanks Camp Bow Wow <3

Love this place. It’s the only place that I know I don’t have to worry about our dog. It’s also the only place we use while traveling.

Don’t go here if you want to pay thousands of dollars in vet bills to get your dogs kennel cough treated. Must be kennel cough vaccinated to go here and keep up with yearly shots. Apparently there was a kennel cough outbreak there and all they did was put a flyer on the front desk announcing an outbreak but yet instead of closing and sanitizing the area for a few days/ weeks they continued to keep allowing dogs come in. Hence my dog having kennel cough which has now turned into pneumonia.

I love how much space for the dogs you have. That there is an indoor & outdoor area for them. I love how well trained everyone is and that safety is a top concern! That there is a veterinary right next door puts a lot of ease to me mind. I really like you offer grooming, and one-on-one time for dogs as well! Also Luna, our dog, had a blast there!

My dog has the best time at bow wow! He comes home tired from all the interaction with staff and other dogs.

My dog has an issue with being on a leash and sees other dogs as food to play with. I’ve been taking Bella here for the past couple of months and she’s chilled out amazingly. This location truly cares for your dog. They love mine. Open and honest communication and they live with my hectic schedule and allow me a lot of leeway. Love these peeps!!!!

Camp Bow Wow in Fair Oaks is a warm and sefe place for our new rescue chihuahua mix. The staff is so friendly! Our dog loves going. He starts yelping with excitement as soon as we turn into the parking lot, and he is always greeted by his name. We highly recommend Camp Bow Wow for your pet daycare needs.

I cannot say enough about this 5 star hotel for my babies. Jim & Jennie especially love bedtime cuddles. The playtime and social interaction is Jim's other favorite as hes a social boy. Their rooms are large and spacious when they get the "suite!" but if its not available, the next one up is almost as nice. Thank you guys

Emma, our Frenchie loves staying here, and always comes back tired from playing with the other dogs her size. The cameras in the play areas let you check in on them while you are away which is fantastic.

I LOVE LOVE LOVE the Camper Cams! It allows us to look in on our little dog and eases our worries with being away from him. The staff is always so nice to us and they treat Skippy so good. He loves going so much he's pulling at the leash to go IN to the facility! If Skippy could do this review, he'd give Camp Bow Wow 4 paws up! We've recommended them to our friends and they've been very happy with the services as well. We will continue to recommend this place to anyone looking for a day care or overnight kennel.

Camp Bow wow is a very safe place for our large dog to play and to spend extended time. He is well cared for and he is anxious to spend time with other dogs

Our dog was told she couldn’t attend because she is “too scared.” They brought in 2 dogs on leash which dogs are NOT supposed to meet on leash. Then when taken off leash they kept encouraging the dogs to go up to our dog who just wanted to lay by the exit. Our dog was cornered by other dogs and then told she had to leave after 10 minutes. These workers clearly have no experience. Our dog has been boarded at another facility many times and has had no issues. Our normal place did not have availability when needed which is why we looked at camp bow wow. This place is very small and they cram 25-30 large dogs in a tiny room with no toys. I do NOT recommend this place.

We are so comfortable leaving our girls with Camp Bow Wow. From the time we check them in at the desk with professional, polite staff, we feel they are in good care. The Webb cam is fun to check in during the day and when we left them for a week we never laid awake anxious at night like I have done other settings. My friend drops her dog off out of way to work she loves them so much. “I don’t mind paying a little more than Petsmart daycare … My Nina loves it there.”

They treated our Maggie very well even though Maggie gets grumpy, 😂. Maggie always smells so good and she gets excited to go.

Camp Bow Wow is simply awesome! The staff are excellent and so caring, and show a lot of love to the dogs and make them feel safe. Safety is obviously a priority. We feel confident leaving our young dog with them and it's simply wonderful that the dogs get to play together instead of being locked up in cages most of the day which is standard for most boarding facilities. Excellent place and so glad we found Camp Bow Wow.

Very helpful staff-they seem to really care about the dogs. Enjoy checking in on the cameras to see what my dog is up to when we are away.

Featured doggie cams do not consistently work and are not in mobile friendly format. Also, staff accused my pup of attacking another dog. Not true. I watched the video and albeit rambunctious, my pup categorically DID NOT attack any dog. Be warned, if you have a fur baby that enjoys healthy playtime, this may not be the place for you. They evidently want all dogs to "behave" like some sort of dog-automaton and if not on their best behavior, are not allowed to return. These folks should be ashamed to call themselves dog lovers.
