This is by far one of the worst experiences I have ever gone through. I paid a discounted rate on a guess what hotel your getting site. For under $100 bucks I got this place. It was rated three stars and close to town so I said what can go wrong? This was the first trip for my son and me since COVID. As soon as we got in the room the room was hot. It was a type of save energy system where you put your card to activate. Room 219. Well it never got cooler than 82 degrees. I called the front desk the first night and no answer. So I walked downstairs and told the receptionist the AC was not working. She answered me, "My system shows me it's working!" But I'll send a tech. He came up fiddled with the thermostat for about thirty minutes. He said I'm done it works now. Guess what? That was a lie. It didn't. Two night later and three calls to get it fixed later, we left one day Early. The lady the receptionist desk tried to act like she didn't know anything about it. I was nice the whole time. She offer d me a return of my resort fee and the last night of refund. I haven't seen that refund yet and it's been a week.

The initial room I was assigned was not handicapped accessible. It was older and had only a hot tub for showering. It was difficult to get in and out. It also had a sunken bed room so you had to step up to get to the restroom. Second room was accessible and had been renovated. It was perfect and very nice. Kitchenette allowed my mother and me to eat breakfast and lunch in the room. Sofa became a comfortable bed very easily. Convenient location for our needs and also to several nice hiking trails.

I'm at the point where I don't stay anywhere else here. I've been coming to Lake Tahoe visiting family for decades. If what you want is top notch service, comfortable, relaxing environment. Capabilities of a full office and rec room, pool and spa look no further this is it. I love the fact that the valets have been there for years literally the whole staff has been there for years. Very experienced and cordial relaxed staff, make it relaxing for you. Such an experienced staff makes a huge difference in your stay. Truly great location you can actually ski to the front. For hikers you can actually hike from the front. Location there's no other better one unless you're into being right on state line. Most enjoy the fact that you can avoid traffic staying here also. This hotel saves you a lot of headaches too. Trust me, it'll save you time. And isn't that what vacations are all about spending more time doing what you want not checking in checking out hassles.

Cons: 1.No shuttle service (expect to pay $20 Uber 1-way into town 2 miles away). 2. Hot tub is SO SMALL- we were never able to use it. 3. Ridiculous resort fee (as if booking rooms isn’t enough) 4. No luggage storage after you check out (this is a first!!!) 5.Pool table closes at 10p. 6.Only coffee to drink- nothing else for those who don’t drink coffee. 7 nothing around- very isolated. Pro: close to heavenly (if that’s the only resort you plan to ski). Tips: 1. you can stay in town where everything is at and take a gondola to Heavenly. 2. If you have kids, please be considerate of others as walls in hotel rooms are thin- no one wants to hear their running around and screaming.

The one bedroom layout is awkward when you have 2 couples. If the fold out couch is out it is hard to get around so the couple sleeping there has to fold it back up all the time. That said it is an excellent quality folding couch easy to open and close and good to sleep on. We did our game play in the lobby where we interacted with other friendly guests and took advantage of the fire place.

I stayed with my Hilton Vacations points and was very pleased. It’s a bit odd the beaten path for the summer activities so not a good place to walk from, though I imagine that it is the best foe ski season. The room was very nice. The valet parking staff was really prompt.

Had a decent stay here. Some of the rooms are getting renovated, and unfortunately we received an older room. The location is just a mile away from South Lake Tahoe and they have a free valet for parking. Customer representative is pretty good. The cable collection is awesome with likes of HBO and ESPN. It was just perfect for me as I wanted to watch T20 world cup at 4AM between India and South Africa. Got to see the whole match!!! Only issue we had is they don’t provide dental and shaving kit, so had to go to whole foods to grab that! Was pretty amazed by this. Also, no breakfast and coffee bar on weekends. Luckily we had things to eat in morning and grabbed few coffee cans when we went to whole foods.

Stayed one night here with family. Everything in room seemed new, as it was a recently remodeled room. For a small room it had a lot to offer such as a full size Frigidaire, microwave, coffee maker, counter with sink, 2 TV's with HBO channels, etc. Before coming here we stayed at another hotel nearby and was not happy with the experience. Overall, we were impressed and will definitely come back for future trips to Tahoe.

Great location. Clean and pleasing rooms. Went there on last minute plans with another couple. We ended up using the pull out sofa bed and slept very good on it a few nights. Valet staff was very attentive.

This hotel has its quirks. The outside is hideous and the paint color is very ugly. But the rooms are very unique with a jacuzzi tub, large comfortable queen bed, and an arcade with a pool outside. But being close to the lake is the real highlight of the hotel. Also the parking valet is a really nice touch.

3rd Stay: The valet service is on top of it and the front desk is great as always. The tub was clean this time. 5 star place. I highly recommend this place. 2nd stay: Valet service could use some work in situational awareness for guests. Valet didn’t acknowledge me at all nor offered any assistance while I was standing there waiting; until I requested it. Luckily, the front desk was great and offered to change me into a preferred room here. Front desk goes a long way to taking care of you. Clean room and tub. I definitely recommend the hotel to keep the soaking tubs. 1st stay: This place is great except for hairs in the sauna bath tub. Overall, this motel would be great, but the amount of hair found in the bathtub is overbearing.

The rooms were nice and clean, but the shower pressure is almost non-existent. Similar water pressure to somebody pouring a water bottle over your head through a few holes in the cap. Can't beat a walk across the street to one of the lift areas at heavenly. There is a bar but it was closed for remodeling during our stay. The pool area was small and hot tub seemed very small. I slept in the living room area and I slept well. I definitely would recommend staying here for skiing but I would suggest bringing your own low pressure shower head.

Newly renovated rooms are awesome, and the location is easy walking distance to heavenly chairlift. Also the valley parking system worked well and way included in the resort fee. Want much atmosphere for what we thought would be a ski week but maybe it was the bad weather that made it quiet.

Our room was clean and well appointed. Hotel grounds are well maintained, with rooftop activities. It is located across the street from Heavenly, so during ski season the location would be a 5. All the other times, not so much. There are no shops or restaurants nearby, no sidewalk, no street parking except for one narrow area up the road, so you have to use valet to get in and out, and it can take quite a while during busy times. Elevators are strange and confusing, as they don't all go to all floors, and the lobby is not located on the first floor. Each time we got the elevator somebody was on the wrong one. Good value if you are going to spend a lot of time at the hotel, but if you're bouncing in and out for beaches and restaurants and casinos would can be inconvenient.

Stayed in a two bedroom suite which was two connected one bedroom suites. Liked that since that gave us extra privacy. The resort was clean and had good amenities like pool, jacuzzi, steam and sauna. Valet parking only which is included in resort fee. Reasonable prices. Only con for summer visitors is that the location is 2 miles from restaurants and casinos. Location is still nice and peaceful. It turns into a pro for winter visitors since heavenly ski lift is right across the resort.

I've stayed at this hotel four times, all during the pandemic and fire recovery time period. This is quite a good hotel overall and I feel comfortable recommending it to anyone. However, I've seemingly always ended up with a room that didn't have a functioning bathtub. Given that it's a central feature of the rooms I stayed in, I found this rather disappointing. I do have to give it lower points for location as well, since the only thing it's close to is Heavenly. Everything else is a considerable walk -- 2 miles to the lake -- and the hotel is pretty much at the highest point of SLT so it's a big uphill climb. It's also the edge of town so you'll probably see bears. Yeah, you'll be driving. The desk and concierge staff here are always friendly.

Really nice place, we appreciated the classic ambiance with modern upgrades, and the amenities. Could have been REALLY nice with attention to details such as chalk with the billards and better bell service. Wanted to try the sauna and steam room but no time. Nice location, very close to the mountain for winter enjoyment. Will definitely stay again!!

We enjoyed a great stay in South Lake Tahoe for a short ski get away. Our room was so cool with the original jacuzzi bathtub in the center of the suite. The jets are no longer in operation, but it was a great way to take a long soak and to relax after skiing at Mt. Rose ski resort. We walked to dinner at The Himmel House German restaurant just down the road. The resort is kitty-corner to Heavenly Resort, but we chose to check out Mt. Rose just to see what it is like. Very nice people took good care of us when our air conditioning unit refused to turn off. There unfortunately was some construction going on which I would have liked to have known about when booking the reservation, but it was a minor blemish in an otherwise very comfortable and enjoyable stay. We are definitely going to consider staying at Seasons Tahoe Resort for our next visit to Tahoe.

Good location. Close to good restaurants. But only half of the rooms are renovated, ask for a renovated room if you decide to stay here. TVs and other tech is very old, Hilton is taking over this, hope they upgrade everything. Roof top access was closed for us due to snow and I wish there were some breakfast options. Overall a decent place to stay and I'd rate 4 out of 5.

Really nice stay in Tahoe over the first week in January 2023. This property is in a great location, only about a 5 min walk to the ski lifts. The hot tubs were nice, and we bought a couple burgers and coffees while we were there which were also pretty good. The room we stayed in was really large with 2 couches, 2 fire places, and a huge hottub/bathtub in the middle of the room! The only reason for 4 stars is that the property is dated, so for the price point some people may want a more updated place to stay. But as far as service and location it was great!

Spacious rooms with separate living and sleeping area. The rooms are recently renovated but require a $200 hold on your card at check in. Valet is mandatory, which can add up depending on the type of tipper you are, unless you choose to self park across the street. The staff is friendly, rooms are clean and amenities are nice. Small game room, pool, hot tub and spa. If you’re looking to walk to most places this isn’t the place for you but it is a short drive to the village. Maintenance was also able to provide us with a dvd player for our room.

Stayed in this hotel after leaving a different hotel (it was disgusting). This hotel was amazing. The room was spacious with a separate living room area. There was a double vanity in the bathroom and a nice kitchen area with many updates. There was also a fireplace in the room which was very nice. I loved the coffee bar and the woman working was so, so kind. There wasn't complimentary coffee, but the coffee bar was open Fri-Mon mornings (I believe). I also ordered room service (it's open Thu-Sun) and it was delicious. I would definitely recommend this hotel and come back again.

It's clean and the valet service was very nice. The king size bed was very comfortable, but couldn't turn the room temperature up to where i like it. No, I didn't bother call the front desk. I was there for three nights so I sucked it up and used all the blankets. In construction phase to upgrade the older rooms. Very good location in the summer if you like looking at the forest and the ski run at Heavenly. Valet parking only. There is a snacks and drinks store on site. Several Mike's away from the main streets. Would I stay there again, no, bc there are other nicer resorts there that I'd like to try.

Decent place in a beautiful location. The resort was being renovated at the time of our stay. We got a room that we had to share with our kids who slept on a hide-a-bed couch. Our view unfortunately was a cinder block wall in a pine forest. The staff was wonderful. Thank you to all the valets who helped us during our visit ! Would stay again after renovations are completed. They have a lot of rooms unavailable because of this.

Had a wonderful stay at Tahoe Seasons Resort. Very spacious and clean room. Pleasantly surprised with complimentary valet parking. Was able to play a couple of games on the rooftop tennis court. Perfect location where you're close enough to all the amenities, trails and beach. Excellent service from staff. Will definitely stay here again.

We loved our stay here! The rooms are clean, up to date, spacious, comfortable beds and plenty of amenities. We also ordered a pizza and stromboli from the restaurant which was delivered to our room. It was very tasty but a little on the expensive side. The only complaint was the toilet moved and the bathroom fans didn't work, but the staff offered to move us to another room or fix it. It was not an issue for us. We loved our stay.

Lots to share. Location is directly across the street from Heavenly. Love that. Nice pool and hot tub, game room and coffee bar. Rooms are big but VERY dated. 1992 called, they want their colors back. Minimal hot water in the shower and shower head sucked. They have huge jetted bathtubs but no drain stoppers and the jets don't work, so you can't use the tub. Beds were comfy, plenty of room with couch and TV in front room.

Dated hotel in the process of being slowly renovated. Used to have a spa tub in each room, but they have converted each into a soaking tub now. They also have discontinued the nightly/hourly shuttle that they used to have. Excellent location for Heavenly Valley ski resort. Nice folk, excellent valet service. Needs more amenities to really attract more clientele.

Pros The staff is great. The hotel overall is good. Very convenient location for skiing Rooms very spacious. Be sure to ask for renovated room. They’re beautiful. Cons Wifi logs you out every couple hours Heating and ac vent runs non stop. Regardless if the room is at the set temperature it still runs. I think it caused our noses to diet very dry and we kept on waking up throughout the night.

Stayed here for 2 days with my gf, and it was perfect. Friendly staff, huge quiet rooms, lots to do. Our room had an enormous bath you could walk into, a fireplace, a living room, and a great view of the mountains. Parking is by valet only, so bring what you need from the car so you're not constantly looking for things. The resort has the standard pool / hot tub / fitness center, but one thing that was cool was the roof top BBQ area and tennis courts. Additionally, there is a complimentary washer and dryer that we used. I greatly enjoyed this as I hate using the quarter-operated machines. Overall great stay and highly recommended!

STAY FAR AWAY!!! We recently stayed at this location and had a horrible experience with the cleanliness, staff and level of hospitality. Our hotel room bed was covered in dead bugs and when we told the front desk none of the 4 staff members seemed to have any concern about the issue. When we tried to raise this issue to the manager, that person was unreachable. We still have yet to talk to the manager! For three days we stayed there, the manager was never onsite or present. There was a huge lack of hospitality and carelessness for our comfort while staying at this location. There was essentially the least possible service of hospitality presented at this hotel. Don't ask for room service, water, trash removal, new towels, coffee, water, because you won't get it. Overall, from having our room serviced or asking for assistance about general questions, no one was able to assist. At the end of our stay and multiple attempts to reach the manager (which we never did), they offered to refund our resort fee of $56. Once we returned home we noticed that the hotel charged us back again for the resort fee, thinking we wouldn't notice. There is lack of accountability at this location and Hilton should be ashamed to call this one of their locations.
