I knew there was a reason why I don't come to the store, I went in there looking for address and the associate rudely asked me what I was looking for without giving me the chance to look at the inventory. How am I supposed to know what I wanted if I didn't know what they had in stock, and she repeatedly kept asking me what I wanted. The associates were all gathered around in the huddle no greeting and no asking for assistance. They were very rude, I knew there was a reason why I don't go there and now I remember why. I won't be going there in the future either. Save your time and don't go there and have them ruin your day and your mood.. I walked out of there so upset and angry and a very negative.. if I could give them a zero rating I would.. are company needs to retrain your staff and take a look at how your staff is treating customers. If they don't like what they do than they need to find a different job..

They took my receipt lost it and then acted dumb refusing to give me my money back. Over $100 purchase!! These are ignorant and unprofessional employees over at this location! Beware!

Clothes are great selections I only rate because I walked hearing the lady at the counter as what is she doing here. I don't even know these people. I just know you are thinking of you because they're either their family business from some horrific experience with my ex is no longer around or it's from social media which is also horrific experience that is not at all correct that guy's only giving people the thought that it's okay to be judgemental. Whatever it was it was enough for them to ignore me as they walked up to pay for an outfit and was not even recognized as anyone standing there. That's ugly and even though I wanted to call the hella bad I had to turn around and leave because I got to get back to work and I really shouldn't be giving her money anyways because is there horrible for doing that. That's my opinion and it's okay for me to have my own opinion.

Very rude staff made us Feel very unwelcome. Seemed like they were rushing us out the store. Only 3 items allowed in the fitting room at a time but only had one room open having us wait for a really long time come to find out there were 2 rooms available the whole time. Also telling us to move out the way while they vacuuming. very condescending st the cash point. I would give them a ZERO if I could.

The place is not so great. I talked to some lady that worked there on the phone, and she was rude and impatient. Highly would not recommend this place. Their shop makes Target look Gucci.

Very rude cashier... she hates if you return something.. she even said wish she could shut the doors for returns.. I mean this is a national policy which she cannot change. She was forcing me to get store credit instead of my return which was under 40 days of duration. Rainbow overall is great store but please look into the matter of who is managing your store , it is ruining your credibility.

Went in to find a outfit for my sister they really have nice clothes and the prices are reasonable

They always have the best styles and prices a female can ask for! Please don't change a thing🙏🏼 you pick fine staff and your shop is always stocked and clean.. no complaints from me!

I like Rainbow shops and I like to shop there sometimes but I've noticed that their items aren't readily available. They'll get new stuff in and just have a bunch of off sizes in specially their shoe department

Great selection of clothes! However, average or petite length in the wrap pants styles would be a great addition. I really could go broke in this store. Associates should greet and interact with customers in their area. If someone had actually interacted with me, I wouldn't have talked myself out of several outfits today.

I don't live close to this store and it is closer then Sacramento. I was stuck in traffic after work but arrived at 6:30pm to buy a dress that I really liked for tonight's dinner. They locked the doors and said they were closed already even though store hours sayvopen till 7pm. I wasted my time and gas for 1 thing I wanted just for them to say they were closed.

Always nice finds at affordable prices
