😠 Been to this spa in the past and had great massages, but it seems that the quality service has ended. Trying to organise an appointment seems too difficult for the receptionists to handle. Called 15 times to try and make an appointment today, asked some basic questions on the services through SMS,... People often mention massage, good, room, service, therapist,

IF YOU WANT TO RELAX DO NOT GO TO THIS PLACE. Went here to relax after a tiring week but all i got in this spa is stress. The massage therapist for my sister is rude and ill mannered ( saw it myself because we are in the couples executive room) upon entering the room this therapist seems to be not in the mood to do her job. Has a tone of an irritated person and pull the bed runner abruptly. I did not call her out since i am with my sister and i just want to relax. Massage session is over, my sister complained that this massage therapist keeps on stopping/ falling a sleep during their session. No pressure and not so good stroke, and rushing. Left a note at the suggestion/comment flyer about this. I hope the management will do their part to take a look on employees behavior and skills. If you want a good massage, with good/skilled therapist GO SOMEWHERE ELSE.

Been to this spa in the past and had great massages, but it seems that the quality service has ended. Trying to organise an appointment seems too difficult for the receptionists to handle. Called 15 times to try and make an appointment today, asked some basic questions on the services through SMS, they responded with "We are fully booked for the day.." I asked when was next available appointment - but they turned off the phone or worse blocked my number. I thought that it was a simple request to ask when the next available appointment could be so I can organise it... Over-priced, overrated and underdelivering Spa.

Update: I downgraded my former 3 star review to 2 stars. My husband and I returned yesterday, June 9, 2018 for a massage. We decided to go here because we knew they had steam rooms and saunas. I was tired and needed a break to rest before returning to work. After paying I went to the spa area only to have the spa therapist tell me that the steam and sauna areas in the women's section were being serviced. The receptionist did not mention this to us. I went there thinking that I'd spend a restful thirty minutes relaxing in the steam and sauna areas. I was so disappointed. Was a discount offered? No. All I got was a sorry ma'am. And the hour and a half massage that I got here was almost P1500. I could have gone to another spa for half that price and still enjoy. It seems like each visit I make to the Spa, their facility is degrading. I would have given 1 Star but in fairness, my masseuse was good so I'm giving two. But, I'm not coming back here unless they renovate or revive their steam and sauna. **** My previous review: Went here for a foot massage so I'm only reviewing that. The reception area is relaxing and very zen but the foot massage room is very plain. It does not have the same feeling as the tranquil entrance. So I did not feel so good about paying top price for the massage . The massage itself tho was very good. I was able to doze off. The Spa always has good masseuses... I've never had a problem with them. I think they need to renovate the foot massage room to give it an interior that matches their reception area and maybe also change the chairs - they were wide leatherette seats that reclined however they did not have armrests and so my arms felt restless. There were no pillows either. The AC was also a little warm even after I requested for it to be a little cooler.

The massage feels very rote and institutional, just going through the motions. I've been getting weekly massages for 16 years in the provinces and Southeast Asia so I know. The masseuses rate a 3 out of 10. I brought my guests here from Kuala Lumpur to try to impress them. Now I am embarrassed. Eben ton ton massages of yore was much better. It might be ok uf you are a newbie to the Philippines and like that spa look. I wont go here again but prefer my resort masseuse at Birdland Beach Club in Bolinao. Those women know how to find your muscle pains and tightness and work them to fine powder Boracay sand.

I opted for the Refreshing Start Deluxe package with a friend, it was amazing! I can easily say that my experience at The Spa Wellness was the highlight of my trip to Manila. Super clean, trained masseuse and facial technician. One thing I felt a tinkle awkward about was the fact that the massage was done in a shared room, you’ll be accompanied with like 10 other females alongside you. If you can look past that, you’ll enjoy your R&R time here.

We had a great time at this spa. Coming from the USA the pricing was phenomenal to us. We got the foot scrub which was amazing. They REALLY scrubbed and exfoliated until I had not a single dead skin cell on my feet left. People in the US will exfoliate you for 5 minutes and then call it a day-not here, she got in there! We also did the 1 hour massage to which I could barely walk after - in a good way. Highly recommend!!

The deep tissue massage was good, not the best I've had but good enough. However, the customer service was non-existent. We booked the more expensive private room and with the higher price, I expected a fancy room & a better customer service but it was just a rip-off. The facilities are already run-down and I also doubted the cleanliness. The Spa has already lost its good reputation. We regretted going here and I should've just gone to other great spa places like the ones in Resorts World Manila. Not coming back again.

Unexpectedly disappointing and rude customer service I visited The Spa Greenbelt 1 with my sister on November 24th, hoping to have a relaxing and enjoyable massage experience. Unfortunately, our experience fell short of expectations. The massage we received was not up to the standard we were hoping for, and the customer service we received was terrible. The staff lacked customer service skills and did not seem interested in providing us with a good experience. Our concerns were not addressed in a satisfactory manner, and we were left feeling frustrated and disappointed. We availed of the Swedish and Deep Tissue massage in the Executive Room. However, the massage itself was sub-par, and it felt like the masseuse was rushing. After the massage, we went out to get hot tea and asked if we could drink it inside the Executive Room since the tiny lounge area was already full. The staff abruptly said NO and pointed us to a seat in the locker room area. I am not sure if the staff is burnt out or simply do not enjoy working there. No wonder the Google and Tripadvisor reviews of this branch were horrible. Go somewhere else.

Good experience. This place should be beautiful during its prime years but its starting to show some signs of age Good service from the receptionist, changing room staff and the therapist. Steam room was too hot and we got the room with the jacuzzi. Ginger tea was on the sweet side Expecting some renovations in the future
