First I thank them alot. Actually I came to Nagpur for my wife's delivery but not getting any proper accomodation I need a flat for 1an1/2 months but it's difficult for me to search such home initially we are staying in hotels then I came in touch with them I tell them my whole problem and they beyond the boundaries help me and provide me one service apartment where I stay with my family and take care of my wife then my son.i really say thanks to them and wish them all the best 🙏🙏🙏.

Nice hospitality. The room was enough wide and bed was quite comfortable. Though this facility seems to be designed for the guest with residential requirement, the regular tourist like biz trip usage can be welcomed as well. Service was excellent. No hassles. Allowed us to extend without any inconveniences.

Great place! Value for money. Had booked once and owner was quite flexible with check-in time. Rooms are spacious with good cleanliness. Highly recommended!

Stayed there last week for 6 nights.Had a comfortable stay.The owner Rahul lives on the property itself and went out of his way to be helpful and ensure that we had no problems in our stay. The location was priceless having every kind of shop downstairs and everything at walking distance. Will definitely recommend it .Safe n secure stay too.

CAME TO STAY FOR 2 MONTHS, BUT LEFT IN 12 DAYS - DETAILED REVIEW.. The Good - - Good and accessible location. All stores are downstairs like grocery, medical, etc - Welcoming and cooperative owners. - Reasonable charges for Tea, Coffee, Breakfast and simple home food if required for lunch and dinner. Sadly here the good things end... The Bad - - No 4 wheeler parking. It's a tight spot. You will have to keep removing your car in and out for other cars to leave. - We were told there is a common kitchen with all amenities like induction Cooktop and Fridge. But it is not there in the common area but it is in the owners house who stays up stairs. It is inconvenient. - Dirty discolouration of the wall, wallpaper chipping off, broken and discolored tiles on the floor. - Beware of the caretaker Ashish, he just knocks once and then waits for a millisecond and goes ahead to open the door. He has no courtesy of waiting and in case you are in a compromised position he is going to have a nice looksy to it. - the caretaker or housekeeping guy Ashish definitely has a attitude problem treats customers as if we are students living in a hostel. He is rude and gives back answer as if he doesn't give a F. - Room cleanliness is an issue, when we checked in the room was quite dirty. The drawers were dirty with tobacco in it. Even after telling the caretaker it did not get cleaned. The room looks dirty in the sense that even after cleaning it will still not look spic and span. - this place has the narrowest bathroom. Be careful when you enter as you might bump into the taps on your way. The bathroom always looks dirty, has dirty corners and there is the foul smell of sewage always coming from the bathroom. - the wash basin is outside the bathroom and small again. When you wash your face a lot of water falls in an around the area. - AC is always leaking. They told us what temp we are suppose to maintain. Who tells the customer what temperature to maintain. They should fix the AC instead. - the bedsheets used are washed but they have marks on it. Like tea marks and all. High time they should change and get fresh sheets. I would suggest to avoid this place if you are coming for a long stay. And this place should seriously remove service apartment from their name. They should look into what actually a service apartment means. My recommendation would be... Keep a mini fridge in the room. Common induction Cooktop, washing machine and microwave. In this age of swiggy deliveries they should keep a microwave so that we can heat leftover food and eat. That is what a service apartment means and not just giving bare minimum rooms.

Room - Very neat and clean room , room cleaning on regular basis with bathroom also and room is well equipped with all basic amenities. Rate - very affordable rates for solo traveller as well as for family stay. Location - Location wise it is perfect , centrally located main road touch apartment.

I stayed two weeks with my wife due to official trip. Owner Rajeshji is a nice person . Always felt like home . Both caretaker Sandeep and Ashish are very polite and helpful. We used the kitchen facilities and ate home made food as Nagpur restaurant foods are too spicy . Nice location and everything is nearby . You can feel real homely ambience , much better than staying any hotel .

It was great experience. Owner and caretaker is very helpful. Rooms are not big but for me as single person it was ok. The best part is cleanliness. This is the best place for professionals. Location is great. You will get all necessary shops nearby. Overall great.

The rooms are maintained very well, Washrooms esp. Though rooms being small they provide one with everything. The parking area is small. The staff is very humble and friendly. Since the apartment is on main road, basic shops are in reachable distance. Also breakfast is provided.

Had a comfortable stay here recently. Readily available caretakers. Prompt service. Clean. Well facilititated with AC, TV, storages etc. Sizes of rooms with attached bathrooms could have been better. But the rest of the points cover up for it. Keep it up!

The most clean service apartment that I have ever lived in. The ambience is so good that you don't feel you are away from home. You have Ashish who is the all rounder at this place he is so resourceful and Sandip is a very caring guy who manages the place so well. Do visit this place.
