Nice and easy hike. I would say signage could be a little better, but all the trails kinda interconnect so it's not a huge deal. Also landing marking where the actual falls are on the map would be good. A pretty nice and shady trail.

Nice park to hike. They have gravel paths which helps after it has rained. The only area that has puddles is the grassy hiking areas. The waterfall is always a plus to visit. The bathrooms are flush toilets and the sinks are touchless and very clean. You can hike 3+ miles if you hike all the trails.

What a beautiful area this is. The hike through the woods was scenic. The waterfall wasn't flowing much but the whole area around it was beautiful to explore. We enjoyed our hike and we wish we lived closer so we could come back more often and explore more. I wish the trails were better marked at each intersection. We found a place for a map along the trail but the map was missing. I feel like we may have missed parts because of the lack of signage.

Charleston Falls has been coming up a lot as a must see hike and waterfall on Pinterest. I've been waiting for a decent amount of rainfall before I went and I was not disappointed. Although it wasn't a torrent of water coming over the falls, it was a decent amount. I wasn't expecting anything other than the waterfall but the trails are wide and mostly gravel. A few trails are part mowed grass and well maintained. The viewing areas of the waterfall is the lower part accessed by stairs. The other viewing area is actually observation areas along the main trail to the falls. I would enjoy coming back and hike some more of the trails.

An absolutely lovely park. The trails were very well maintained, clean, and well marked. The waterfalls were strikingly gorgeous. We did all the trails and so much to see. From budding Spring flowers, some animals and birds, and lots of areas with water. Cedar Pond is especially beautiful. There are benches placed in multiple areas to sit and soak in the beauty. Tons of parking. A picnic area and plenty of picnic benches in the picnic area as well as near the parking lot. Restrooms available at the parking lot as well.

The bathrooms were clean. The trails were nice in the shade under the trees. The waterfall was beautiful. There was a small dark cave too that was pretty cool to crawl into.

An absolutely gem for a great day hike. One of the best I’ve done this fall. 2+ miles of good elevation. Plenty of parking, gravel trail for easy navigation, and views for days. If you have an hour+ to kill, this is a must!

Very nice, clearly updated trails and markers. Falls were dry when we went, but it's definitely been a dry spell lately. Enjoyed it very much overall.

We love hikes in the woods, expected to actually see a working waterfall and it was dried up. Also there are certain parts of the wall that could benefit from a small guardrail. We have little kids and as much as we tried to watch them and hold hands we were stressing because the climb back up from the place we could see falls (if there was any) was not very safe **also desperately needs signage. We had to ask some people how to get back because at certain points there is bother but random trails and woods around you.

Great place for walking through the woods on a gravel trail. Well kept wide paths. Plenty of trees gives lots of shade. Waterfall is beautiful. Steps down to waterfall are available and also an above view for handicap access. I would highly recommend this place.

Beautiful waterfall. The whole hike is a large loop and connects to a few different trails. The trails are paved and very well maintained. We spent about 2.5 hours really enjoying the different terrains and nature.

Born and raised in Tipp City, I remember the walks I'd take to commune with nature and know that all the "troubled teen" things that were going on wouldn't last forever. I'd walk with friends, then I'd walk without them. Each died too young. Four there are, including my beloved Mother, there were, each like Angels, and have returned home. Still, it is a place of great joy and peace to me! Spring will be upon us, it will once again, come alive, vibrant, bustling, and radiant. Death and rebirth, Charleston Falls is my Sanctuary.

This is a must-go-to park! Lots of trails, pet friendly, mostly stroller friendly, and definitely kid friendly trails. Nothing too extreme. Waterfall is beautiful when not in a dry season. Plenty of wildlife to be seen, little creeks for the kids or pups to splash in. If you are nearby, it's worth checking out!

Beautiful, well kept trails. Great pictures to be taken during fall! The falls were beautiful and there's a small cave along the trail you can crawl into.

It was a beautiful hike but the water was not running. I feel like a sign at the entrance stating that would have been beneficial. I realize many people go for the nature walk but we were specifically looking for a waterfall. It didn’t. Appear that water had ran there in quite sometime considering the vegetation growing.

Great hike for a family. Beautiful!! Wide gravel paths, benches to sit on, bathrooms, picnic tables and a large parking lot. Dogs on leashes are allowed.

A great place for dogs. Recommend taking a pic of the map at the beginning, there isn’t a ton of signage and google maps doesn’t show the trails. The falls only appear after a period of rain but the entire walk is really pretty.

Was in Dayton on a business trip, had some beautiful weather so I looked up some hiking areas with waterfalls. Charleston Falls did not disappoint! Loved the trails and it ended with an amazing Waterfall!! Will make this trip again, just for the hiking!

I really liked the accessibility of this park. The paths are wide and easy to navigate for those mobility issues. The falls is a short walk along a mostly level path. There are stairs that lead down to the falls but you can get a pretty good look at the falls from an upper observation deck.

This is a very nicely maintained park with a gorgeous waterfall as its centerpiece. My one knock against it is that it's a bit small, but that could also be a pro for some people, depending on what you're looking for.

Beautiful wide trails. Great people. Really nice place. Excellent bathroom facilities. A few picnic tables along the route. Some places to sit if you get tired. In the Falls are beautiful when the water is flowing

An easy way to get in a mile walk or two. Or the Falls are accessible via a wide gravel trail for a shorter trek from the parking lot. Some of the best kept trails I've come across.

a really nice area that gives the walker a choice of distances they want to walk. lots of marvelous hickory sycamore oak and maple specimen throughout the trails. the waterfall was dry but it was a beautiful geologic formation. we walked around the whole outer loop plus around 2.5 miles but there are shorter options

Nice easy path back to the falls, but was disappointed when we got there as the falls were basically dry. But it's a pretty park. Restrooms very clean.

First time being there. Trails are amazingly maintained, ADA accessible up to the falls as well as some other areas. The falls were dried up while we were there but it was fun to see it during its "off" season. Beautiful property will absolutely be back to experience more of it.

Falls are beautifully frozen right now! Easy, level walk to the stairs down to the falls, or can view from up top.
