Worst thing you can do is taking your child to this Urgent Care. We had to wait over two hours in the waiting area while they had other sick children (coughing and nauseous kids) with no masks in the same waiting area. The front customer service ladies were not even cleaning the area. After going inside, my daughter has been coughing for more than two weeks and the doctor didn't even bother to order an X-ray or a blood test, she said, "Just give her some allergy medicine, that should work ", when I told her I already gave her allergy medicine and didn't work she said, "just try for one more week and let's see what happens ". Because our kids' health is no longer important. I can do a better job than her and I only have a bachelor's degree in biology. Doctors (not all but most of them) don't care anymore about their patients, they just want everyone out of the hospital and don't care who dies because of their irresponsibility. I don't know what happened to Nationwide Childrens, you guys used to be the best place to take our kids to, but I have noticed is not the same, from 4 years to now, it's been changing a lot to the point where our kids are not receiving the attention they need and is no longer a safe place to trust our children's health.

I never have a issue with this location but I asked the doctor he was a older gentleman for a doctors note because they are SICK he said “oh they are good to go back tomorrow “ he really doesn’t care about the people here.. my kids are sick and he didn’t see that or care. why is the doctor note that bad to ask for? It’s for my child’s Attendance at school so they are excused. As they should be because they didn’t ask to be sick. I’m very disappointed I feel like he did not care at all. 4:33 was when I left January 31st. If my kids tested positive for covid this would be a different story. Just because they were negative doesn’t mean they were not sick in there!

I'm rating this location a 1 star for their lab drawing services, to be more precise. Their technicians are not well trained to draw labs on the pediatric population. We had to go back on multiple locations because their technicians are not able to perform their job correctly. They don't understand that children are already traumatized from labs and they allow themselves to "train" on the job. It's ridiculous and beyond infuriating. Our kids are not mice! Get your employees trained, NCH!!!!

Staff is lovely but their process is horrifying. They are first come first serve but do not prioritize. There was a child who is bleeding from his nose that waiting so long to be seen. Our child was screaming for over an hour and had still not been seen. Lovely people but horrible experience. Skip this if you have the option.

FYI: This lab only takes samples to the main hospital once a day, at the end of the day. They did not inform me of this when I dropped off my child’s samples and her test results were delayed causing a delay of diagnosis and formulation of care plan. This could have been easily avoided had I known this information (I would have driven the sample downtown).

So far I feel the lab work here is the best in the town for special need kids. There is a great team. They are very friendly and helpful to get the blood drawing done. Thank you.

My son hurt himself playing football. As if this year can’t get ANY worse. But man, I’m almost glad he did. The staff was quick. Efficient. We were completely taken care of in literally one hour. Granted, wasn’t super busy, but it didn’t seem like their first rodeo. I have never been so impressed by medical staff. So, the crew working 9/1/20, at 8 p.m. Thank you for being amazing. Thank you for being safe and clean and comprehensive in the care you gave us. EVERY. SINGLE. PERSON. I encountered was outstanding. Thank you for acting like you wanted to be there with me on Tuesday night. Thank you for representing what level of care Children’s is nationally known for. They all deserve raises. 100% would recommend.

Rating the Laboratory Services. I took my daughter there for only a blood draw. When I looked for lab locations on the NCH website this location comes up and said they were open past 5:00, which is amazing for parents that have to work all day. I arrived and they checked her in. We waited in the same waiting room as the UC patients. Not sure if anyone remembers the smoking and non smoking section at the Pizza hut but same situation. We are not sick but sat just a few feet away from sick patients coming into the UC. We waited about 45 minutes before I got up and asked how long the wait for a blood draw is. The receptionist said that the UC patients take presidency over the lab draws. My frustration with this is, this should be posted online. Don't put on your website that you have a lab draw location but it's primary for the UC patients and that you have to wait until all of them are triaged and treated before you can get drawn. At least put it in fine print below the hours so other people know. Had I known this, I would have waited and took time off work to take her to GC lab that is only open M-F 8-5. A half day in the morning would be nice at this lab for working folks.

This place is absolutely amazing !! I hardly write reviews but this place deserves it! I go to our regular doctors office, urgent cares and the ER. Usually we get sent home with nothing. But the nurses and doctors here are absolutely wonderful. They always figure out what’s wrong with my babies and prescribe the right meds and get them back to their normal selfs. Not to mention how incredibly patient they are with my kids. When they see they are getting restless they give them stickers and legos to keep them occupied. They make sure my children feel safe and happy and use little distracting when checking ears, doing swabs Ect. This is where I’ll continue to bring my children when they are sick. Thank you so much !!

First time I’ve used this place, the wait wasn’t long, and the staff at check in were great, the nurse who first took us back listened and was great. Then we went to a room and seen the doctor. honestly I don’t think I’ve ever got mad at a doctor before, I don’t feel like my concerns with my son who has been sick going on two month and was told it’s just multiple virus…. And the recommendation was to follow up with his pediatrician, and tea with honey. I’ve never been more frustrated and felt like everything I explained over the past two months just is normal and not a big deal. This visit was a waste of my time, and honestly I will follow up with my pediatrician, and get an X-ray for my 5 year old which I requested and if he prescribes anything for the symptoms besides rest and fluids. We have a situation that is not acceptable from a medical professional.

This is always my first stop for the urgent care needs for my children. ALL of the staff from admitting to the doctors are amazing. They are compassionate, considerate and sincerely concerned for the well being of your child.

Do not come here if you hurt your leg. the crutches alone are 150 bucks, the air cast is 120 bucks and they get an attitude when you can’t walk because your leg is hurt. So. The front office people were awesome! They were super friendly and helpful. Once I got in the back though, everyone was condescending and less than helpful. Only come here if you really really need to. They do have xrays but be prepared to pay huge bills (please note other places using the same insurance have NEVER had this requirement) overall it’s okay in an emergency (they are open later than most urgent cares) but id go over to the urgent care near Nike Rd in Hilliard instead of this one. They are nice, caring, provide reasonable services and supplies.
