Beef steak was very hard like rubber Mashed Potato tasted like eating cheese and tasted very bad Veggies with steak and Mediterranean salad were over cooked and not crunchy Dynamite chicken was hard . Ko Co is not at al worth the hype it has. Was very understaffed and hence poor service too. I would not recommend this place to anyone.

We tried there Mexican beef with garlic rice, bbq fries and bbq with butter naan , the food was okey👍good, but not that much tasty. The ambience was super and there service was also okey👍. Actually i'm not satisfied with their food, because it doesn't meet to my expectation.

Ambiance and service is top class. Beautiful interiors. Food we tried was good. Chicken rosemary, dynamite shrimp and choco lava is a must try. Beef cannelloni could have been better. Place is usually crowded. The best part was the price. It was very affordable for a cafe.

Very beautiful place. It's in the roadside itself but hard to spot as the name board is covered by a tree. The food was good and really reasonably priced as well. I really loved their bbq pizza.

Ko.Co. - a well know place for most in Kottayam. This place was suggested by my sis-in-law. The visibility of the place from the road is minimal, even thought it’s located just in the road. But once you are inside, the ambience makes you feel in a place worth visiting. The raw finish that they have given inside, the seating arrangements in different corners, the amount of people sitting waiting and enjoying their time, all gave us the right feel of the place. We had to wait until our table was set, no one was there to take the order, we had to call them and remind them 😜. It took a hell lot of time to serve. I could understand the delay because of the rush. There were so many tables where people were just waiting for the food. It was a little hot in there even with the centralised AC running. They did change our seats after complaining, it seemed better but still hot. We reasoned it out on the weather and the crowd inside 😊 Lasagne - Good, should be considered while you order. Chilly prawns - tasty, spicy, and yummy. Penne Ducale (white sause) - it was more liquidy, white sause was light, which I feel could have been a little more thick. Finally even for the bill, we had to call them and ask for it. That was a little awkward. Overall experience was good. It’s worth visiting.

We visited here yesterday and I would say the place is a good to go! We heard it a lot from vloggers so thought to go and give it a try. We ordered a couple of dishes:- 1. Chicken Caesar Salad: 4.5/5 2. Thattukada Pothy Chicken/Beef: 3/5 3. Paneer Tikka: 4/5 4. Chicken Asian Platter: 5/5 5. Chocolate Brownie with Ice Cream: 4/5 6. Pineapple Juice: 4/5 We loved the Platter here, it was so delicious!

Disappointed with the food and maintenance, I tried the ghee rice, dynamite shrimp and paal parotta. Both tasted just okay. The plates and cutlery were shabby. I would suggest the owners to conduct a maintenance check and restore the place to its former glory.

Good dining and nice ambiance. Good staff and nice dealing. Food is good and customer service is very nice . Staffs are friendly and their way of service and presentation is good. But they have a large menu to read. So they just need to make it as a pdf in Qr code from or a web link to get easy access to the menu. Also they have 2 outdoor seating in back side and they have very good infrastructure.

I have been to this place multiple times. I have tried Dragon Chicken, Chilli Gobi in starters. In the main course I have tried Crispy Chicken with Garlic Rice, Mexican Chicken with Garlic Rice, Beef Pothichoru, Grilled Paneer Kebab with Garlic Rice. Crispy Chicken with Garlic Rice is one of my favourites here. I waited more than a half hour to get my main dish. The restaurant has an excellent ambiance. Parking facility is available to accommodate 4/5 cars.

Good food and ambience. But lack of good service and staffs not customer oriented. Not even once they checked on us and we had to call them when needed. Waiting time was a bit on the longer side. Parking is a challenge during rush hours.

Good food and different ambience. We had our lunch from ko co. * Tried Ghee rice with ' eripori ' chicken and curry chicken. It was good and tasty. * Chatti chooru was also good. ( Beef in that was not that tasty). * Chicken noodles was normal and good. ** After the food we had lime soda and pineapple juice and both the item was disappointing.

Visited here yesterday, reserving a table is recommended as we had to wait a long time (40 min) to get a table. (Due to covid restrictions of needing outdoor seating). Services were alright, very less staff for the crowd, so didn’t receive great services. The bathroom was sticking, needed cleaning big time!! ABOVE ALL ~ FOOD WAS AVERAGE.

I really like their food ...but one Saturday we reached there and we got a poor service from them . We had to wait about 30 mins and got a seat and ordered at 2.30 and it took 1 and half hr for them to serve our food ..and not the main course just the starter ...the customers who came late even got their food earlier than us . We also ordered 2 main course as parcel and 2 as dinein and they made both of it as takeaway and as we were running out of time we had to accept it . And they also took 15 mins for the bill... It was such a disappointing service ever...even the other tables who came later than us got their food and we weren't even had a glass of water and we got our only starter when it was about 3.30 ( we reached the place around 2-2.30 pm) . And we have noticed everytime a rush in there ...pls make a good ambience and a good customer service...the food is good but the service I give is poor.

Ambience was nice as well, albeit being a bit noisy owing to the crowd at the time. I would have also appreciated a bit faster service. Overall it was quite a nice experience, nevertheless.

One of the best restaurants in kottayam... There's a lot of items in menu which some of them I feels could be better (forgot the name of dishes).... Pricing could have been slightly aggressive because sometimes feels a bit pricey..

Very poor service. They ignore guests waiting even when there isn't a rush. The steak and the lasagne wasn't great. They kept coming back to us saying the items we initially ordered aren't available. This forced us to change our order more than once. The fresh fruit juices were also terrible watered down versions. Overall a very bad experience. Not worth the hype.

Great restaurant and popular place in Kottayam. Overall the food was great with special mention to Mexican Beef with Garlic Rice and Warm Choco Lava Cake. Mexican beef had great sweet and savoury sauce that complimented well with the beef. Warm Choco Lava Cake was served with Vanilla Icecream and it was simply warm dessert for the soul. Hot and cold combination is a real winner. I tried the Filet Mignon and it was good. It could have been better, I found the meat bit chewy, but their sides of chimchurri and peppercorn sauce were really good. The BBQ Chicken with garlic rice was average. It needed some love. They have newly added fried chicken to their menu. It was really finger-licking good and we ended up buying it twice. Great crispy breading and well cooked chicken. The service was great and friendly. Love the vibe of the place.

Based on some recommendations, went to Ko Co. Great place, great food, amazing taste, nice ambience. Tried the following - Based on the staff recommendation Kandhari fish - Must try - This is some amazing mouth watering taste Beef Bae in Butt - This dish gets cooked in front of you.. Taste of the bread mixed with the oil and the beef - This was good Chicken thengapal - Something like Fish Nirvana of Chef Pillai - Great taste Nool porotta/Appam - Good Paal kappa and fish - Never tasted this earlier, but great taste Nadan Chaya - It was good too. Earlier whenever I am coming to Kottayam for my vacation, I was keep on repeating the same hotels in my To Do list.. This time, it was different and tried a few new ones.. Kottayam Company was the best..

Had a late night dinner here. We had kozhi kurimuzhaku soup, kanthari chicken, paneer tikka, butter rotis, fried rice and dragon panner. Food was really good and prices were appropriate considering the great ambience. Service was prompt and the staff were courteous. Rest rooms were clean and there was decent parking too. They served naan with the paneer tikka. Only one thing to mention was we expected mint chutney with tandoori and tikka but it wasn't available.

Its a good place to have Indian cuisine i guess. I haven't tried anything Indian there but there's a lot of options in the menu, so points for that. When it comes to the vibe, it has got the rustic feel, earthy vibe to it which is nice. I like the seating arrangements and the placements of lights. When it comes to food, i started with cream mushroom soup, which tasted good but lacks the consistency that it should have. They should provide a small loaf of bread with it but they didn't. The next that i ordered was a crinkle cut french fries dipped in chicken bbq sauce, now this was something good and i absolutely love it. The sad part was the main course. We opted for chicken steak with mushroom sauce and penne Alfredo pasta. The chicken steak was good, well cooked but the salads that were provided with it was bitter which tells you that it wasn't fresh. The pasta was a huge disappointment. I am a connoisseur when it comes to Italian cuisine. Sorry to say but it lacked flavour, taste. Moreover the pasta was undercooked, i don't like to waste my food but sadly wasn't able to finish that since it wasn't cooked properly. I haven't tried any Indian cuisine so I don't wanna comment on it. Overall its a good place for the earthy vibe but definitely a ‘No’ for someone looking for Italian cuisine.

This is a fusion for sure. I loved this place to the core of every bite I took. Ordered multiple items, every single tasted the best of the places around it. I am sure I would be coming back again. For sure a long wait the service is really very slow, but understood. Please have more staff to take care of the tables you have.

Visited for the first time, the menu was elaborate but thankfully we had friend who had great experience with the popular dishes in the restaurant. Some noteworthy dishes that I forgot to photograph were traditional beef fry, pal kappa, chicken thengapal , nool porotta, turkish beef in yogurt, banoffie pie etc. I really liked their traditional dishes, will surely try more dishes from here in the future and comment on the same.

Was very hyped before reaching the place. Very disappointed with the quantity served. Don’t mind paying for decent quantity but this was horrible. I lost interest to take pictures further, had ordered something with crispy beef and rice. My friends son was asking if he can keep the coconut (mistaken for their crispy beef 😂) aside. Any thinner, we wouldn’t need a knife. Wonder how small their bun porota would be considering their normal porota size. Didn’t have to make a whole days travel from Kozenchery to Kottayam to just to be disappointed. Have better options in TVLA to be honest. I’m sorry but I’m sorry to have come all the way there and ruin my lunch and pay 1000 bucks.

Very good fooding experience. Very tasty food is served here. Varieties of dishes. Nice atmosphere to dine with family as well as friends. The staff is very cordial and behaving nicely. Very clean and tidy.

Utterly disappointed. Visited for the first time with wife. Reached there around 7:15 and in two minutes we got the menu card and in 5 minutes we placed the order. Kitkat shake, grape lime and dynamite chicken. We were bit busy and that's the reason why we thought of ordering the basic things in menu. To our surprise, in 15 minutes our drinks came. We waited for 5 minutes thinking we can have our stater and then go for drinks. After realising we tasted our drinks. From the initial response of my wife I understood that she is not at Happy. She offered me KitKat shake which coats 150rs. My goodness, frozen milk, sugar and a kitkat. Nothing else is there and presentation was not at all good. I hope to see some chocolate and two pieces of KitKat on top of a drink that costs 150rs. Grape lime is oke oke... After waiting for 35/40 minutes we received our dynamite chicken, presentation is good but it is worthy only to burst the hotel into pieces. Chicken was cold and a creamy sour sauce. For 200rs small 8 pieces of chicken. They better to shut it down before food department's raid. I've visited most of the hotels in kottayam and a restaurant of this hype should keep their standard.

Well not many Hotels can provide food that satisfy your mind and hunger!! Well this Hotel does both! The food was absolutely deliciously. It's a delight to your tastebuds. Packed with customers during the day time but still managed to get a seat.. The ambiance generates a welcoming and relaxed vibe... Price is reasonable and the portion of food is precise enough to fill even a hungry belly! But I do recommend a juice or drink to go along with the Food. Overall if you are in Kottayam don't hesitate to go here. But be informed that you will have some difficulty finding parking space if you are in a car!

I had beef steak and Moroccan lime. Steak was juicy and tender. Ambience was very good. But I felt the customer service needs to be improved. I was unattended for some time and the restaurant crowdy. No one was there to take care one who arrives at the resto. Another one is that they serve the drink before the main course which see as a wrong order of serving. Except that food was fabulous and mind blowing

Ordered a beef steak and all I got was some overcooked meat which tasted very bad. Also the steak sauce was too salty. There wasn't any opyion of giving 0/5 rating. So, please dont be so proud for getting a one star rating.

Wonderful food and great ambience! We went there by 12.20 since the restaurant start at 12 and it was packed already! There were people waiting in line to get in which tells abou the food at this place. Veg: Veg lasagna was one of the tastiest I ever ate. The cheese and veggies were the right quantity Non veg: Chicken steak tried by friends were supe rtasty. But the quantity was less According to them. And they should include more veggies here desserts: Choco lava cake and chocolate cheesecake were both good. The lava cake was the highlight though. Points for the owners: Do ensure the right amount of cutlery on the table.

When I searched on YouTube I came to know about this place to be famous for its Beef Cannelloni hence went to try it out (as a take away). Seems it's beef packed in a maida kinda roll and topped with melted cheese. So for the starters if you aren't a cheese fan then this dish isn't for you. Also when I turned it upside down I could observe the maida outer cover a bit charred ( probably that's how they make it) but I didn't feel it appetizing.
