Delicious!! Veggies and protein for the win. I usually get shrimp, but my husband got the chicken and it looked so good I chose it. It did not disappoint! I combined the sriracha & pesto sauces with the salad and couscous base. Vegetables & nuts in between. Everything was so fresh tasting. The owner was very helpful and kind. Just look for the colorful buckets when walking up the hill to the clock tower. Would definitely recommend!!

Very nice change of pace from the heavy carbs we've eaten on our Italy trip. The owner is really nice! The only criticism I had was the Sriracha mayo needed way more Sriracha

Nice place to have a Poke! Service is very pleasant and polite, food is very good with lots of choices. Regular poke is large enough for those with "standard" appetite. Tofu available if you do not eat meat/fish. I recommmend!

I got lunch here whilst on holiday in Manarola. The food was amazing and the woman serving me was so helpful (she helped me to order as I wasn’t sure of some of the Italian words on the menu). Overall it was great and I would recommend it !

Delicious break from Italian food here. There are a lot of healthy veggie and protein options (including tofu for vegans/vegetarians and cooked shrimp for those who don't like eating raw fish). Lots of options for sauces and finishes as well. Friendly owner. Would recommend if you are looking for some fast and healthy options in Manarola.

Perfectly fresh and a great break from heavy Italian foods. The service was super friendly and the servings were fresh, delicious and generous in size. Highly, highly recommend.
