Our stay was great! The grounds are beautiful, the view is breathtaking and the amenities were all very nice. The staff was the best part of the stay there. Everyone was extremely helpful and hospitable. One person whom stood out from everyone was Mayla. In my humble opinion she’s the embodiment of a service professional. She was always poised, elegant and in control of the situation. She handled all request with grace and was attentive and friendly. She was great! Our kids were very fond of her as well. The next time we visit, we hope she’s there!

Great hotel. Seldom case where everything was very good. Nice clean room, good breakfast and restaurant, great room service and friendly personnel, warm indoor pool and well kept spa zone with 3 different saunas. There is also small gym and a playing room for kids. Silent location, good for travellers by car.

Beautiful Hotel with amazing view to Garda lake. Great staff! Absolutely amazing service. We've been upgraded to a garden room and we loved it. Every ask was answered immediately and with a smile.

As soon as we arrived, the scenery and hotel itself took our breath away and we felt warmly welcomed by the hotel staff. Hotel room was nice and clean as were also the common areas like restaurant, pool area, breakfast room, etc. We also liked the bed, it was very comfy to sleep in. We had a third floor room with a mountain view, and the view was beautiful! Breakfast was well-rounded and everything tasted really good. My spouse took pedicure with Shellac and was very happy that the result was professional. All in all, pretty much every aspect of this place was so top notch that there is hardly much, if any, negative to say. Highly recommend.

Nice hotel with friendly staff. Breakfast could use a little more options with turkey or chicken meat, since not all of us eat pork. Clean rooms.

Very nice and helpful staff, had a wonderful stay here during a day filled with rain and lightning. Enjoyed the pool and the sauna very much.

Excellent Hotel with good facilities. The quality of the kitchen ( dinner )is not what you should expect ! There was a very large group during dinner making a lot of noise. Service during dinner was not so good. Management / Reception should warn the regular guests that a large group is having dinner and that the guest can choose to eat somewhere else.

What a beautiful a day tranquil setting this hotel lies within. Wonderful outlook looking westward with Lake Garda in the distance. We had aperitifs and a platter of meats and cheeses which were excellent watching the sunset. Very romantic setting with music playing in the background.

Nice hotel with an amazing panoramic view of the Garda Lake. We had a warm reception and were offered a welcome drink which is valid from 3-6pm. We checked in late so we couldn't claim the welcome drinks. There is a huge pool outside, and a smaller one inside. We were told by the operators that one can swim at anytime in the pool outside. There's a sauna, and a gym. Rooms were cool and bathrooms were clean. Had a nice view from the balcony, though not of the lake. Some rooms have a Lake view. We were here at the high season, so prices were high, which is expected. I'd highly recommend this place.
