Food was good, but i was quite literally impossible to get a booking. Had to literally go the the place in order to book a table for the next day. went there three times to try and see if someone canceled and no luck. Japanese potato salad was ordinary, ramen was very good.

Hard to get in touch like this with a place we really wanted to be in.

One of the best Tantan ramen in Tuscany, great selection of beers and sakè, super friendly staff.

gona write a few words in English though I'm Italian cause yes, I do love this shop so much to do it this way. In a year I tried every choice from the menu and I cant choose my fav course, every single one will deserve your trust. Miso ramen, gyoza and tsukune teriyaki are a must though. Once in a while there are special ramen out of the menu that will blow your mind. There are a few good choices for vegeterians but NO VEGAN, absolutely not. One chef is Japanese and the other one lived there for a while to learn the Art of ramen. The waiter is incredibly prepaired. It's a small, traditional ramen shop so be patient. I travelled a lot and tried a lot of ramen but, in my opinion, this is n.1 ramen shop in Italy. Give it a chance and u will see

I absolutely reccomend it! High quality food, quick service, friendly staff, great music... I ordered a spicy ramen asking to have it not too spicy, I was skeptikal but when I tasted it I was surprised eating the best ramen I have ever eaten. If you don't take a dessert you can spend between 10 and 20 euros (we spent 16 each, with drinks included, which is right for the quality of food they purpose). What more to say... you have to try it

😠 I can't give more than 1 star to restaurants that shovel coperto in your face ( 4euro). Regarding the food, the portions are small, especially ravioli, and quite expensive (12e). The taste was bland. Personally I don't recommend this place
