You have to taste the products to realize the quality of the ingredients, the palate doesn't lie. Excellent fresh pasta, excellent meat, finally I find the ancient flavors like that of fresh ricotta, of the herbs that happened to my grandmother according to the season and which she slipped into the filling of the tortelli. Fresh pasta, jams, ready-made foods cooked with love, a true culinary gem in the mountains of the Tuscan-Emilian Apennines. Highly recommended.

Telling them doesn't do justice to their preparations, I recommend trying and whoever does will taste the true flavors of tortelli and tortellini from the Apennine tradition.
