Great service from all the staff. Boutique hotel vibe. Good size room .all modern. Huge buffet breakfast with great variety. Parking on site and location of the hotel makes it a perfect place to stay when visiting Lucca.

We stayed there for 2 nights. -Good location, many bars, shops and restaurants around the hotel. - Inside the ZTL zone, you can park near the hotel for 25 euros per night or 5-8 minutes by foot you can park to the public parking for around 10 euro per day.(sometimes is hard to find parking) -The rooms are big/modern and very clean and well insulated you can't hear anything from outside. Bathroom is very spacious also. -Breakfast was nice. Kind staff also.

Great location, clean and an excellent breakfast but what stood out was the service…Knowledgeable staff that love Lucca. Special thank you to Fabio (the night attendant). While always working he accommodated our night cap and gave excellent recommendations. Hope to be back soon!!

Beautiful rooms! Our AC was not working, but everything else was so amazing that im still giving it 5 stars. Safe, perfectly located, and a delicious and beautiful breakfast.

Hotel is right in the centre, can’t beat the location. The staff were friendly and helpful at front desk. Breakfast was exceptional and it had a big variety of fruit which I love. Coffees were great , the Spanish lady there was a great Barista. The room was very clean and large as we had booked for a large room but the lounge was upstairs which is my books it’s useless. Had a great bathroom and spacious All the mod cons were there Parking is an issue as it’s in the old town but for €25-€30 per day car can be in a garage parked. Overall , yes I would stay again

Had a great stay here for last night of a week long trip to Tuscany Italy. Lucca is a very nice overnight destination prior to departure from Pisa. This hotel is recently refurbished and is a nice place to land into. Located on a quiet street in the old town easy to navigate to with space to pull in your car. Very good reception desk helpful with checking in, dealing with car parking and booking restaurant and sorting out our car in adjacent garage to have ready for early departure next morning. Room 5 was contemporary and very spacious nice large walk in shower and the bed was very comfortable. We left prior to breakfast but they sorted us out with cappuccinos. All in all highly recommend it and it’s about 30 mins to the Airport in Pisa.

Located in the heart of Lucca this ultra-modern hotel is in a class of its own. Renovated just a few years ago it combines high-tech with elegance in a most beautiful manner. Everything is perfect, lobby, rooms, common areas all planned to the most meticulous standards—You will not want to leave—Enjoy! Oh, and the staff, just as amazing!

I was concerned with staying in any hotel that might be in an old building because of an environmental sensitivity but man this hotel was beyond clean and beautiful. The staff was so friendly and courteous. The beds were very comfortable as we found most beds to be in Italian hotels but the spacious room and tall ceilings made it feel like we were staying in a great suite. It still retained the old town charm with rustic looks in the Lobby but everything in this hotel and room was modern and sleek. The breakfast was amazing and as we ate it in the outside patio on our last day in Lucca it will always be a memory that will bring delight and comfort. Thank you for our great stay, we hope to visit you guys again!

They room was a modern and rustic blend. Relatively spacious with two resting areas. The loft area has skylightd and a rather comfortable sofa-turn-twin-bed. The staff was beyond kind and helpful. Breakfast was good, but busy. I will stay here again!

Quiet street in the heart of Old Town. You can even arrive with you car as they have a garage. Generous breakfast and knowledgeable concierge. My husband and I stayed there two nights. They upgraded our room on arrival. Thank you! We had an amazing stay.

Palazzo Dipinto was the highlight of our stay during our recent Italian holiday. The junior suite was spacious with high ceilings and beautiful finishings. The room was quiet despite being in the centre of the city and a short walk to all the bars, cafes and restaurants. Best of all was the service. The staff were extremely attentive and caring. The breakfast was also super delicious, particularly the Torta della Nonna! Overall it was a 10/10 experience!

A wonderful modern boutique hotel right in the middle of Lucca's old city. The rooms were excellent, the breakfast buffet generous and excellent. But the best part of the hotel was the staff! Whether it was making an afternoon espresso, finding the location a cooking class outside the wall and arranging for a taxi or recommending great restaurants in Lucca or Florence.....the best! We hope to get back to Lucca one day to stay at the hotel.
