Seventeen euros for two cappuccinos and two croissants. The price for Italians who were having coffees there was much cheaper, so it is a tourist trap. As you can see in the picture in the ticket does not appear what we ordered even though we asked for it to complain. We asked for the complain form and they refused to give it, but we had no time to call the police and wait for them to come. We recommend everyone not to visit this place.

This place is a SHAME for Pisa. This place is a TRAP for tourists! Ask the price BEFORE! They charged 14 euros for 2 coffees and 3 cornettos. They are completely unfair. The price is different for locals. DO NOT GO TO THIS PLACE! Che vergogna per Pisa. Toilet is TOTALLY DISGUSTING!

Run away! Never come in this bar!!!! Don't come to this bar never ever!!!! It's a black bar, they will rip you off. One coffee, one orange juice, one brioche and one panino is 15 euros!!!! And normal price is 50% off!!! And they don't pay taxes they only accept CASH no cards! (As from the picture shown, normally coffe is 1 euro and they charge us as "varie" 2 euro.. even a cappuccino is only 1.2 euros as normal price) 千万不要来这家黑店！乱收费而且不能刷卡！

I traveled all the way from Mexico to visit the worst rated cafe in Italy. It did not disappoint me. It was a terrible experience, thank you very much.

Don't go there! If I could give 0 stars, I would. An absolute rip off. First you wait ages to even just get notices, not to mention getting a menu, then they spill your coffee and replace it with one half the size but pretend it's the same (locals do get the correct coffee tho). And when it comes to the bill, they insist the tax that is declared on the bill is on top of the charge, which is not the case, it's already included in Italy. Staff is very unfriendly. Again, avoid this place!

Is this place legal? Latte macchiato + cappuccino cost 10 € and we got a bill with nothing like coffee mentioned. Toilette was dirty and stinky, without any soap nor towels. Italian authorities should really check this place.

DO NOT STOP HERE! They make sure to charge tourists 3 times the real price of things. There is no price posted anywhere so they charge whatever they want. I wish there was a way to give it 0 stars!

The place it's in a good position. BUT... The service it's disastrous. The tall women it's 100% UNRESPECTFUL and RUDE. We asked for a toilet. She answered, we're closing now and I already clean it, u can pee on the front outside, it doesn't matter for me! Come on! How that people can be on front desk? Nice place to don't return never 😁

Although this place can seem fine at first glance when you want to eat something things get worse. Food is little overpriced but this is absolutely okay since this restaurant is on the main tourist street and near train station. But what is not fine is food quality and portions. I was very surprised how small the portions are - it’s like at some fine dining restaurant. However the food is definitely not fine dining. The taste is very mediocre. Overall would not recommend.

These crooks give a bad name to Pisa & Italy. Do not believe the comments like "oh management changed. They are great now". NO they have NOT changed. They are still cheating people. Just do NOT go there.

Staff was nice and cappuccinos were fine. Food was subpar and more expensive than worth. The pork/chicken cutlet sandwich was not good.

They must have changed management because we paid very affordable prices and the staff was very friendly to us. Around €6 for a Macchiato, flat white coffee, doughnut, canoli and a bomboloni! Happy to recommend them! 😊

Absolutely shockingly bad food. The "lasagna" took 30 minutes to come, who would have guessed a microwave can take so long

This has got to be worst experience in Italy. Venue was absolutely disgusting with lots of flies everywhere. Food was below average. Taste awful. Coffee was not worthy. The waiter did not know what a piccolo cafe was and laughed at us despite it being on their menu! Please don’t waste your time and money. Go somewhere else

I have read the comments before eating here and I think most of the bad comments are unfair. I have been here for dinner. I had a beer and a spaghetti alla carbonara. Both were really good and the staff was really nice. Would recommend going here!

We ordered two double espresso for 4.80€. But we got a single espresso. If you are a tourist stay away from this place.

Shocking bad service. They tried to give us a burger with no top bun, and then told us after 7/8 of us had our burgers that they had none left and did not apologize at all. Very rude and unhelpful. Extremely disrespectful.

Went to lowest rating cafe/ restaurant by accident. And voila!! It turned out quite nice. Maybe they have changed ownership/ management. Price: I had a Caesar salad, a lasagna and a water for 23 euro. It’s average here i guess. Quality of the food: not delicious but not that bad either. Service: all the 2 waiters and the guy at the bar were kind Atmosphere: im a big fan of salsa/ bachata so it’s a 10/10 for me when they keep playing good old classic bachata music there. Will be back for cafe- perhaps.

€10–20 Awful breakfast. Served burned eggs and even after complaining charged full price of 8 euros each and had the neck to charge 2 euros extra for service. Avoid this place as they don’t care! The worst food I’ve ever had in Italy. Bad experience! If I could give a minus stars I would have given minus 10

Save yourself time and money & don’t go here!! The service was terrible, we asked a few questions and each question we asked the server said “I have to go check inside” We wanted scrambled eggs and bacon but they wouldn’t scramble the eggs because we didn’t wanted bacon 🤯 instead the sunny side up eggs came out raw 🤢 The server never came to check on us, we even had to get up and go to the counter to get our check. Also the bathroom was NASTY

This is easily the WORST food I have ever had in my entire life! Couldn’t even eat it. We had the risotto di mare which was boiled rice drowned in olive oil and the penne al salmon which contains zero salmon just a disgusting salmon paste. Would give zero stars if I could and definitely would not recommend.

Just chilled and ordered a scotch and sparkling water to go with my whiskey on the outdoor tables. Solid little place. Didn't order any food but the atmosphere is nice and chill.

I'm guessing there's been in change of ownership because it is quite pleasant cafe now and not expensive. Nice place close to the railway station

Trying to boost this place's rating! New prices, better service than credited for in old reviews! For a quick touchdown for beer/water this place is perfect
