I’ve been practicing yoga with Karuna ma’am for a while and I can definitely observe noticeable differences in my body – I gained so much flexibility and strength! It’s challenging, but through the clear instructions and consistency of the trainings I can feel great results. She’s very knowledgeable about the different yoga poses. Also she is very sweet and brings a very positive energy to the class. I had never done yoga before and she has helped me progress so quickly. I would highly Recommend Aadeeshakti Yoga and meditation centre classes to everyone whom are looking for online yoga sessions!

This is one of the most amazing and rightly themed yoga and meditation centers I have seen. Karuna mam is rightly named and takes special care of all her students and their needs. The classes are fun, holistic and so fulfilling that it makes you fall in love with both the craft and philosophy of yoga. Would recommend this for everyone no matter age or anything else.

I joined aadeshakti few months back with the motive of curing all my health related problems.I have noticed great transformation mentally and physically. My body feels more active and energetic after doing yoga sessions. All this is possible with the support of our teacher Ms.Karuna maam. She is a great human being and understands our problems very nicely and helps us to cure it. She patiently clears our doubts and is always there at any step. It has been a wonderful experience for me. I really want to thank the efforts and assistance of all masters throughout the classes they are very professional, well experienced and have deep knowledge about yoga. Karuna mam is a very professional. Her attention to detail during our healing yoga session is unmatched.Each session includes chanting , meditation, breathing, relaxation, aasan and mudra's Through these session I was able to develop a deeper understanding of myself and my relationship with the world around me. My balance and strength have improved. It has reduced stress and helped me relax. calmer, I am calmer, more focused and have generally less aches and pains in my body.

Karuna Ma'am is an incredibly experienced teacher. I am suffering from thyroid and I joined her classes, it has now been 1 month and I'm already feeling so much better than before! She told me about all the cautiousness I need to maintain for my body and it has been an incredible experience till now.
