I have been having severe neck and back pain for the last 3-3.5 months, it was so severe that it was bothering me so much that I even consulted a few doctors and took therapies but I did not get even the slightest relief from the pain for a long time. My physiotherapy and excercises were being handled by Dr Sonam from the team She has carefully understood my knee problem and accordingly advised excercises. She has a kind and comforting nature which I admire as a patient .

I was in so much pain when I visited ADD AN ACTION (dislocated shoulder and multiple muscle tears) but Doc and the staff helped me tremendously. Everyone is very knowledgeable and friendly. I visited ADD AN ACTION PHYSIOTHERAPY AND CHIROPRACTIC CLINIC Dr. SAVITA SINGH by looking of their reviews only, I am very selective in nature ,I always go for professional selection in any field of my life ,when I was reading their reviews I afraid with one or two negative comments but I Would suggest don't care about few negative comments as we live in democratic India and getting more than 50 % is usually termed as in the favor or Positive but here the 95% feedbacks are positive So without a 2nd thought You can go for it , I went and took Suggestion and therapy for a week to treat my mild lower back pain. I had been suffering from this condition from Diwali 2023 and had tried few local medications and therapies, but nothing worked. Dr. Singh was very thorough in assessing my condition and explained the causes and effects of my pain. She prescribed a personalized treatment plan that included manual therapy, electrotherapy, and exercises. Team also gave me a home exercise and some tips to prevent further injury. The staff is all Doctor in itself and at the clinic was very friendly and helpful. They always greeted me with a smile and made sure I was comfortable. They also followed up with me regularly and adjusted my treatment as needed. Dr. Singh and his team were very professional and caring. They helped me reduce my pain significantly and improve my posture and flexibility. I am very grateful for their service and would highly recommend them to anyone who needs physiotherapy. Now it's been almost two months since my knees therapy started. I came here with acute pain in my both knees, due to which l can't walk for a few metres, can't stand for few minutes and top of it i even can't sleep with my legs straight, i have to fold them while lying on bed, but now till last week I'm feeling almost no pain due to which I have started some physical activity. Now I'm able to climb some stairs also.
