I had started my laser hair reduction treatment few years back and my sessions are taken by Mr. Prakash who is extremely helpful and considerate. He makes my sessions very valuable by giving me proper advise on what products to use for my skin type and his services are amazing and perfect. This time when I went for my hair removal service the practioner whom I know was unavailable so a new practioner did my hair removal session....it didn't go well I got two black patches on my cheeks during session I stopped practioner many times bcoz of high radiation and heat ,but when I complaint about it instead of accepting their fault they started giving excuses by saying it is a malasama patch which was already there but it's visible now after session how can it be possible there was nothing on my cheeks it just appear like that after session...that black mark is still there ... atleast they should be responsible enough to sought the issue which their client faced bcoz of their mistake.Such a HORRIBLE EXPERIENCE

I'm a client of Clinic Dermatech around 10 years ago.. when this clinic was in Punjabi bagh. Staff and ambience was good and polite.. bt. I hv only one complaint that is, every practitioner service was not same.. coz in my hair removal laser session every second session time practitioner was not same, thats why my laser session was incomplete.. they shave the area bt. They didn't give the shots on every area..so,still I hv some open pores n hairs in some area..Plzz I want the laser session on that area ..So it look even overall.. Rest everything is good ..I get good results of laser treatment.. Thank you Clinic Dermatech..

A HORROR STORY is the only befitting way to describe my experience with Clinic Dermatech. I had availed their laser facial hair removal services. Things went on smoothly for about 4 sitting. For my fifth sitting, the usual practitioner who attend to me was unavailable so I had a practitioner, one I wasn’t familiar with. Things would’ve been perfectly alright if that practitioner did her job right. While she was using the laser the intensity of it was way above the normal to which I objected. She did reduce the intensity however it felt just as high. I informed her of the same and she said she’ll be careful with it. While she was doing it, I was in pain and clearly gestured her to stop but she went on about it for god knows what reason, maybe just to be done with it. It was agonising. What followed was worse, I got extreme inflammation on my face, it felt like it was on fire and it was bright red. I used ice as they suggested and hoped it cooled off. It took almost a week to be back to normal. However, once the inflammation was gone, I got acne in the same regions as the inflammation. When the acne remained persistent and wouldn’t go away I consulted their in house dermatologist who first of all was persistent on the fact that it was probably pcos ( which I didn’t have or nor do I have currently) instead of acknowledging their mistake. She wrote a bunch of tests ( worth 4K, like I wasn’t already paying enough for the laser treatment). Meanwhile the practitioner spoke to my sister who had also been going for the same treatment and told her that she ( the practitioner) wasn’t at fault as the laser machine had just been returned after some servicing and was thus emitting at extremely high level even when it was set at a lower level. Due to the acne, my sessions got delayed by 6 months or so, which virtually brought me back to square one. They didn’t provide any compensation in form of extra sessions at the end of the treatment or even an apology for THEIR ACTIONS. They had the audacity to call later and ask If I would want to avail more laser treatment and services from them. Anyway, now the hair growth is worse than it was before I even started the laser treatment. Update: I am currently taking laser hair reduction services from a dermatologist. It costs less than them, has already repaired all the damage they did to my skin and has remarkably reduced the hair growth which had increased because of their maltreatment. I am updating this today because I got a call from their call centre asking why I don’t visit anymore, and the person did not bother listening after I said you can read about it on your Google page. Stop harassing people you have already financially and mentally harassed 3-4 years back. Thank you.

I would like to thank the manager Mrs.Priya who has always ensured with the best services and guided in true sense regarding services to opt for. I always get my laser sessions done from him. I have also got power photo facials done by him and the results were truly amazing. Overall , it’s an amazing experience.

One of my friends recommended Clinic Dermatech (Model Town) to me and my association with the clinic started in mid 2022. I booked a Laser Hair Reduction package and it has been an year since. The treatment has been very impactful which, by the way, has made me renew my package. The clinic is very well maintained and proper sanitisation procedures are followed here.
