Third grade room very poor service

The rooms are not nicely maintained. The bathroom is shabby. They have kept dining table in the corridor where guests sit and the noise disturbs you when you are in the rooms. Not a pleasant experience.

Over all Good but no geyser and Have tv but channel hangs a lot

The room was stinking and lighting was very poor. They charged us for the AC room, but gave us the room where AC wasn't working. I was there only for the half day, yet the electrician and manager knocked my door at least 7-8 times. I couldn't even sleep because of the disturbance. I wouldn't recommend this hotel to anyone.

Denied entry inspite of having reservations coz of their own issues with the host website

The hotel was nice and the service was great. Manoj the hotel manager helped us with the best room in the hotel. I am writing this review so visitors like me can utilise my time which I invest in searching over 50+ hotels online and comparing them 🙂. I stayed along with my family so family visitors can stay there happily without worry.

Worst management ever. Useless people's. They denied our booking just because we had made the online payment via Fabhotel. Better book hotel Le Heritage which is just 200m from this hotel. Stay away from this hotel

Worst experience ever! We we denied entry into the hotel in the night for 11 of us despite having a confirmed booking via FAB Hotel. The property manager stated that we made online payments and he accepted only offline payments. Stay away from this hotel. Many other good properties nearby

Value for money hotel in Karol Bagh. Rooms are convenient for a business traveller. No dedicatef place fir parking. They had a fire in their kitchen which was At the roof top. Since then, the kitchen is closed. They provide food from outside.

No cleanliness, bathroom so smelly, food not delivered early, Ac has no remote, blankets were stinking badly, never ever go to this hotel for stay ..rooms were stinking with smoking smell ..yak dirty hotel. Please do not go there

The helpers are not active they stated a false statement on us twice of taking something from the rooms but everytime they themselves proved that we were right and they were wrong We will request every person to dont book a room here because they dont have sympathy and also dont have shame instead u book the hotel infront of it
