Horrible experience in Delhi Made a hotel booking from agoda and did the payment. Hotel name Oyo 29389 delhi Empire which is located about 2.8 km from red fort. Upon reaching the place I was forced to pay extra. As it was very late night I had no other choice but to pay. After checking in the room it was very dirty. It was already 1:30 am but just after an hour the guy called us down saying that he was offering a better room. But I realised that someone had intercourse in that room and the sheets and room were not cleaned and itbwas stinking. The hotel guy was forcing us to stay in that room and gave away the previous room for someone else. When asked for cancellation and refund the guy threatened us and stated that he has no refund policy. So with no other choice we had to leave this Oyo hotel and sit in railway station at 2:30 am.

Stayed at this hotel for a day and it was the worst experience ever. The rooms are dirty and walls have mold all over it. The staff had to spray perfume the first time they opened the door to mask the smell of the room. The bathroom was the worst part. There was no water supply the day we stayed there. The staff always gave lame excuses such as the motor is not working and water will come in 5 mins. Even the beds were dirty and we didn't even bother turning on the fan so that we could avoid using the blankets provided. Please dont stay here.

Be aware Fraud hotel, they Display low price (special offers) in oyo website and while check in asking more money from customer. I have Booked hotel using Oyo app, at that time price was 538 on website, I paid online and booking was confirmed, But while check in hotel receptionist was asking more 900 rs. When I denied to pay, there behaviour was unaccepted. I lost my 538 rupees. Please be aware from Hotel Delhi Empire.. I will definitely file the complaint against them.

Worst Experience, Oyo Rooms collecting amount for breakfast & later Hotel informs no kitchen @ hotel. All services are chargeable and hotel denies OYO APP payments and rejects to refund the amount paid to OYO APP in any case

This hotel is clearly cheating its customers. I booked through OYO, and everything was confirmed. However, when I visited the property, they asked for more money and justified it as GST. When I asked for the bill, they started shouting, and the owner misbehaved with me, saying they don't care about OYO and I can call them and do whatever I want. All this conversation happened because I asked for the bill, but they didn't give it to me. I called the OYO customer care and I confirmed with the OYO team, the OYO price is final, and there is no need to pay extra. The OYO customer care team contacted the owner, and at that time, the owner changed the story. Instead of GST, he said that I requested a room upgrade, which is why there were extra charges. However, this is a clear lie, as I did not make any such request. Moreover, the room was in a really bad condition, and it was not clean at all. I advise others not to believe the pictures that they send or show on the OYO app. These hotel people's are frauds, and i never book this hotel again. I am extremely disappointed with their service, and I recommend that if you want good service, you should find another option.

I would have given negative marking but unfortunately dont have an option. Rooms are so dirty, washrooms are like hell. Not recommeded for a couple not even for anyone. Please donot book this hotel, you will regret.

ATTENTION..! Never go to Delhi Empire Hotel which is in Paharganj even by mistake because this is the worst that can happen to you! Everything from the manager to the staff of this hotel is a fraud. When I checked into the hotel, I found a beer bottle in my room. We had paid the manager for two days, but he tricked us into providing the room only for one day. And I did not get any service there, the room was disgusting, even the room was not locked for 2 days. no hot water no bedsheet no tv no wifi no cleanliness and even no lock in bathroom And the manager and staff used to change their statements every hour. That's why never visit this hotel, this is the worst thing that can happen to you.

Property owner completely ignored the OYO booking and wanted to charge more amount on top of the already done booking on OYO app. Had to cancel the plan and go back home.

This Hotel cheated as, we booked for 2 rooms total 6 members. 1 room for 3 members and another 1 room for 3 members.I have paid all the amount through internet banking, and i have recieved the confirmation whatsapp messege from OYO official verified account. After i reached the property then the reception guy said you have booked 1 room for 1 person and another 1 room for another 1 person. Then i showed the OYO confirmation messege to the reception guy he is not agree with that. He said i have to pay extra 6000 rs per room then only they can admit as in the hotel. From that moment i have tried reach out oyo customer care they are disconnecting my call continuously after a long hold. So please don't book this hotel.

Oyo recommended and booked through Oyo App with exorbitant pricing. Room pics doesn't match at all with reality. Worst room service, shanty rooms, very low illumination, broken door lock, broken ceiling fan, AC becomes jon functional from middle of the night, pungent smell from toilet and rooms, broken pipes in toilet, broken wash basin, non sanitized, looks linen never has been washed, not at all recommended for family stay specially children. Nightmarish experience.

I stay 2 days frist they give smal give no network no wifi signal there was no bath towel in bathroom WC was full of rust also there was no hand spray after 5 hrs I totally disappointed then I move to reception and ask to Change room after they changed my room when I enter new room there was floor drain was block wash besan was leaking water so dear friends I faced this issues with me .... But one more thing staff behaviour are very good all they very good but hotel maintenance is very poor...

You will have to call them multiple times for anything you ask them or if there is a problem in the room. They will never respond in the first 2-3 calls. Rooms are very dirty and unchanged bedsheet and pillow covers. I booked through Oyoa and after reaching there they asked me to pay 800 more. It was 1:30 am so i couldn't check other options. Worst service from oyo, there is lot of review which state it disrespect the oyo reputation too. Entirely fit for drunkards only, not family or kids. Worst experience,my family didn't took bath because the bathroom was so dirty ,when we told the hotel manager to get the bathroom clean he wasn't listening and was also very much rude ,also the ac wasn't working , regretting so much for staying there , bedsheet were also dirty

Pathetic Service. Cheating staff. Room was not clean. Blankets were horrible. Bath accessories are not clean. This was booked through Oyo. Bottom line never ever book this room and do not believe Oyo. We pay online and when we reach the facility hotel owner denies the check in since Oyo has not paid them.

After getting booking confirmation from Agoda, we reached to hotel and receptionist directly refused to give us any room, he said he has not got any booking or money, wherein we paid in advance.
