This
hotel
is
clearly
cheating
its
customers.
I
booked
through
OYO,
and
everything
was
confirmed.
However,
when
I
visited
the
property,
they
asked
for
more
money
and
justified
it
as
GST.
When
I
asked
for
the
bill,
they
started
shouting,
and
the
owner
misbehaved
with
me,
saying
they
don't
care
about
OYO
and
I
can
call
them
and
do
whatever
I
want.
All
this
conversation
happened
because
I
asked
for
the
bill,
but
they
didn't
give
it
to
me.
I
called
the
OYO
customer
care
and
I
confirmed
with
the
OYO
team,
the
OYO
price
is
final,
and
there
is
no
need
to
pay
extra.
The
OYO
customer
care
team
contacted
the
owner,
and
at
that
time,
the
owner
changed
the
story.
Instead
of
GST,
he
said
that
I
requested
a
room
upgrade,
which
is
why
there
were
extra
charges.
However,
this
is
a
clear
lie,
as
I
did
not
make
any
such
request.
Moreover,
the
room
was
in
a
really
bad
condition,
and
it
was
not
clean
at
all.
I
advise
others
not
to
believe
the
pictures
that
they
send
or
show
on
the
OYO
app.
These
hotel
people's
are
frauds,
and
i
never
book
this
hotel
again.
I
am
extremely
disappointed
with
their
service,
and
I
recommend
that
if
you
want
good
service,
you
should
find
another
option.
