Great little park with enough trails and elevation for a good afternoon hike after work. As a note, if it just rained some during the day, most of the park is still very solid. If it rained two days in a row, expect a lot of mud. Still a great park over a year after having moved here.

Very nice, well maintained park. The bike path is gravel and an easy walk. The hiking trails are quite steep at places and are a good workout. Ample parking and there is a portable toilet on site. There are benches all along the trails.

What better place to hike on a warm spring day! The snow drop flowers are blooming and the trillium will soon follow! The stream is crystal clear. The trails require some navigation through the mud, but isn’t that the fun part of hiking? There are trails ranging from easy to rigorous so that everyone can enjoy a walk in the park! The trees will bud soon, summer will follow, and Duff will look like a prehistoric forest with giant ferns. For bird watchers, Duff is an exciting place to carry your camera! Autumn will be an extraordinary display of colorful leaves, and winter will be a wonderland inside Duff’s canopy!

Beautiful park with a beautiful creek and clean, well-maintained trails. Some are an easy walk, and some are a little steeper. There are maps online that you can check out before you go so you don't get lost. Parking lot is off School Road and a little small, but the trails can also be reached from the Westmoreland Heritage Trail parking lot on Wm Penn Hwy. Very popular place to hike, so you never feel alone even when on the upper trails - lots of families and dog walkers on the trails.

Very nice walking area, a bit steep in some areas. Part of the main trail is very close to route 22 so you can hear the traffic.

Nice quiet serene trails located right in Murrysville. You can actually spend all day hiking and it feels like your in the mountains. Great bike/ walking trails for family and pets.

Great park for hiking, love taking my dogs here. There are many different trails, different levels of difficulty. Some go quite high in elevation so check the map before your decide where to go unless you are comfortable with the activity level. Some trails may need some work at times. In the summer, I found parts of Forbes trail very overgrown so much that I wasn't sure I was still on the trail (I was). This may also be because not as many people come here which is also nice. My dogs love the parts that go along Turtle Creek since they can get in a cool off and drink water. Signage is great and trail markings are pretty good too.

Beautiful park. It does get muddy sometimes so make sure you wear proper shoes. I love walking here. It's very peaceful and there are some different ways you can go.

Council just approved fracking under this park. Be sure to check out the multiple uprooted and broken trees, a common result of climate change, from cycles of water saturated roots then drought then intense windstorms.

Beautiful park with plenty of easy to hard trails. Connected to the Westmoreland Heritage Trail for additional access. Great tree canopy keeps it cooler in the summer.

Wonderful hiking close to home. Some good elevation. Not too many rocks or roots along the path.

Wish they would do a little work to the parking lot, and add a few trash cans along the trail, but the park itself and the trails are great. Multiple trail options and they are pretty well marked. Can get busy on evenings after work.

Great local place to hike. Smaller in space. Has good hills and level spaces. Short walk to Pleasant Valley park as well. Hiking poles are helpful.

I've seen this park grow from a one trail wonder to a fleshed out trail space. I've spent a couple hours traversing the trails without taking the same route twice. Now that the flat, rail-to-trail bike path connects to the park, it's a must-visit for outdoor lovers of all kinds.

Clean and well maintained. The park itself seemed busy but we encountered very few people up on the trails.

Great place to run, especially if you like some hills. Amazing little park in the middle of suburbia. Also dog friendly and NO mountain bikes.

Nice selection of wide gravel beginner trails and steep narrow trails. Has a "cardiac hill" and connects up with the Murrysville/Export/Trafford bike trail. A lot of work goes on behind the scenes maintaining the paths and biodiversity of this park.

Very nice trails for hiking. There a bike specific trails and ones that you cant bike on. There are challenging trails that are alongside steephills and easy flat ones also. Wasn't crowded. It was very peaceful.
