I went to the one in Braddock, when I first walked in with my family I felt the receptionist vibe. She sent out this energy that we are not wanted. She was rude without the insults in a nice but not nice kind of way. She wouldn't allow the other receptionist to assist her with taking my insurance along with my kids . I had my grandsons with my, she said I needed their parents permission to allow them to be seen. Don't get me wrong I do understand policies but sheesh in the grandmother. Long story short I will not ever go back there again and my complaints will go further. I'm reading the reviews

I wish I could give a zero. We showed up at 8:25p. The receptionist was very rude. The security waved us away. I see why there are negative reviews on here. Why come in a predominantly black neighborhood if you are not going to service us. Shame on you AHN for coming to our neighborhood. Your staff is not nice. They need training in diversity. I wish Braddock Hospital never left😠😤😡

Dr. Hardman was very kind and reassuring and so was the rest of the staff. There was hardly any wait time and I am very grateful for the experience I had with them.

Hideous! They don’t know how to bill my insurance company. They don’t refill prescriptions. They gave me a referral for dermatology, however, they are scheduling appointments now for next year. The office staff that I spoke to over the phone weren’t very helpful with my concerns. I do not recommend this place. I give them 0.

Front desk staff was inviting and nice the nurse we had was very nice but the DO was Terrible she did absolutely nothing for my son she prescribed him an eye cream but didn’t fully examine his eye (basically because they’re not equipped to really deal with children or certain situations ) but she could have just said that and I would’ve taken my son somewhere else. Overall she was very rude asked 21 unnecessary questions before she even seen my son and the worst of it all she wouldn’t even touch him .. won’t ever go here again they’re good for nothing!! Some staff are pleasant though:)

I went here for a sprained ankle and encountered about six employees who were all excellent (nice, accommodating, patient, and answered all of my questions). Front desk receptionist was also great. He was calm and easy to work with. He spent an extra twenty minutes to clarify something with my health insurance. I left feeling like I was cared for.

My step mom was seen here today, and Eric was wonderful. Everyone who worked there was very nice.

Dr.hardman was super wonderful when I visited and listen to my concerns etc.

I've been here a few times, for myself and my family. We all received great care, and everything was professional. I will always come here if I can't get in to see my PCP or in an emergency.

Friendly and welcoming staff! Great service. Took the time to explain everything. Were respectful and patient. Fast service at 11am.
