Both Doctors are wonderful to work with and very knowledgeable. Very glad we found this practice. I’ve been a nervous wreck over my cat the past few days who is dealing with health issues. Dr. Green, I can’t speak highly enough of. She is very kind and listened to my concerns and had an actual conversation instead of talking at me which is a refreshing experience. She is great with the animals too. Would also like to note that she gave great advise for my dog last year when we first met regarding his injured leg. The previous vet clinic we were going to was trying to force pain pills; I wanted a more holistic approach that would be kinder to his body long term. After discussing this with her she recommended a supplement and now my dog is living a normal pain free life! Dr. Treese is also great to work with. He is honest, thorough and kind and has your pets best interest. The staff is friendly too! If there is one thing I would change it would be call back response time. I did need to leave a few voicemails before I heard back. Calling in the morning, evening then the following morning before I heard back from someone. I understand days get busy and things happen but not hearing back for 24+ hours was anxiety inducing when being a worried pet parent. I understand our situation wasn’t life threatening, but having a call back time window that’s a little tighter is my only feedback. Will continue to use them as our primary vet care and would recommend them to others.

Dr. Treese was so knowledgeable about bunnies and took very good care of Stella. I got a same day appointment and he scheduled her the next day for surgery. I had the utmost confidence that he knew bunnies watching her exam and how he held her. He ruled out bladder issues by making her urinate. He called after surgery to assure that it went well and she was doing well. The staff was so pleasant. The tech called to see how she was doing and the entire visit was wonderful!

Dr. Greene was very thorough and helpful. She took great care of Purrsy, taking the right steps without over charging us with things that didn't need done. Her bedside manner is professional yet empathetic. She has Purrsy's safety up front at all times. We've been coming here forever and will continue to do so! Thank you all for what you do!!

Dr. Trese is one of the best hands down. He treated our hamster and our 3 dogs. He is so caring and amazing with the animals. He really focused on making the visit a positive experience for my dogs. He gave them treats and got on the floor and let me dogs engage with him before he started his exam. He is so straightforward with treatment and will give all options and his honest opinion. He is down to earth and east to talk to. He is simply the best. The staff is equally as amazing and caring. I love knowing my pets are in great hands. No matter what vet you choose please make sure you are kind to them. I can’t imagine the emotional toll it takes on them. A thank you card or cookies when you visit is such a small act that will really brighten their day!!

WOVC has been taking care of my grandpuppies and my fur baby for over 4 years. My grandpuppy suddenly became paralyzed(IVDD)2 years ago. The staff and providers have been very patient and gentle with her which is huge because of how protective we are over her. When I adopted my dogter 3 years ago, of course I'm taking her to white oak vet clinic. They always and I mean always call me back in a timely matter when I call with my million questions. My fur baby cut her paw pretty bad and they saw her within the hour. I cant say enough good things about the clinic due to my experiences and there have been many. Thank you WOVC for taking such good care of my family including us humans

I’ve called the past two days with a concern about my dog and his breathing. First call was Thursday, where I left a message and was told I’d hear back in 24 hours. No return call. Then today (Friday), I got a call around 11:00. She took information and said a vet would call me back with a recommendation. Here I am, Friday at 8:15, and no return call. Really? I just spend over $400 there two weeks ago for wellness visits for my pets, and no one can call me back? I waited 45 minutes at my last appointment (with two nervous pets) and didn’t complain, but this is too much. I have been a customer for 9 years. This lack of compassion and caring about my pets is very disheartening.

I've been coming there since about 1985-1986 and I think everyone is great. I would like to see getting a pet in a bit sooner when it's very important to be seen, but not enough to go to Avets. (Past experiences from being a patient for so long). My personal pets as well as all of my working K-9's have come there. Everyone is always great there, from the Vets to the staff.
