White oak Dental is THE BEST place !!! The doctors and staff are always very polite and professional. Myself as well as my husband and children have been going to white oak dental for many years. I don’t know of many people who can say their children love going to the dentist however, My children Love going to see their favorite Dental hygienist “Ms. Charla” and my husband WILL NOT go to any other hygienist for his dental care . Dr. Liu and Dr Eddy are Great they are both so knowledgeable, personable and professional. They make you feel so comfortable and ease any fears one has associated with going to the dentist. I love how they both always remember little details about their patients. that minor attention to detail on their part for me, makes my experience with them that much more exceptional. I always leave WOD feeling confident and satisfied with the dental care I was given. Keep up the great work White Oak Dental !

I have a broken tooth that needs pulled. Went to the appointment and they had incorrect insurance information. I spent an hour hour there getting insurance information straightened out by myself. Then they wouldn’t see me because it was past my appointment time. Since then they have rescheduled my appointment 3 times and keep canceling day of appointment. Definitely looking elsewhere, been in pain for over 2 months trying to get in.. terrible

I was told at my latest dental cleaning said I have a cavity that should be considered urgent to have filled. That was about six months ago and the office has now canceled three of my appointments. Today was the latest appointment cancellation. The lady in the office said she tried to call me but I didn’t answer my phone… Because I was driving to the appointment. She literally canceled my appointment for the third time while I was in the waiting room

I'm TERRIFIED of the dentist. Have been since I was younger. Had a loss tooth and they got me in this week. While I was there they cleaned my teeth and were very thorough. They made me feel comfortable specially when they knew I was not. The assistant was very helpful she help sooth my nerves for the most part. I'm not a huge dentist person but I don't think I'll be going anywhere else. Specially when I already made my next 2 appointments. 5 stars here and more.

I came today for a routine cleaning and exam. This was my first cleaning with Dana. She was pleasant and very thorough. Everyone in the office was efficient. I was called back to the exam room at the scheduled time.Dr Eddy did my exam. He explained options for my missing molar instead of the partial I have had for several years. My visit was pleasant. I have scheduled my next visit with Dana for 6 months from now. I appreciate White Oak Dental being close to home and a wonderful practice.

I had the best experience there they had a great selection of glasses and contact lenses. The staff are curious and professional.

Changing to one star! Look back in your records and see how many times you have cancelled an appointment for our family, just in the past two years! We both work full time and have a full time student and cannot continue to change our schedules and get cancelled anyway. Sunny, warm day, last appointment of the day and we are cancelled AGAIN!

They have been horrible ever since they became part of the new company. I would schedule an appointment, take time off work, and they would call at 7 am to cancel it. When you call back to reschedule not 5 minutes later....they aren’t open. After this happened twice, I switched to a new office/new doctor and informed them of this. They continued to call about scheduling an appointment for months. Today, over a year later, I received another voice mail that was entirely unprofessional. The person calling referred to me as Honey and expressed concern for my child because we haven’t made an appointment and demanded that I “call now to make an appointment”. I have a name and it isn’t Honey and I do not appreciate the veiled suggestion that I am neglecting my child because I choose to use another provider. Be warned, if you leave this practice they will never leave you alone!

I have had such great experiences here so far. The staff is very kind and personable and I have been treated by both doctors and I love them both..genuinely recommend this place to anyone looking for a dentist.

One of the best dental experiences I've had in recent memory. They addressed the problems, explained procedures and insurance, and made me confident in many future appointments. Also, I'm not a bot. Giggity. I've just been dealing with Aspen dental and I actually feel like I'm being cared for at the White Oak office.

I just wanted to tell of our experience today. I know my family of 4 will NOT be returning again. It was my son's first time at the dentist and he has severe situational anxiety. I talked to him plenty and he seemed OK about the visit. Once called back, he had a total melt down. The hygenist and I both worked with him and we eventually got my son in the chair. Dr. Owoc came in the room, yelled at me AND my child saying "Get him out of here NOW! I have a business to run here and he is unacceptable with how he's acting. If he wants to be a baby, then send him to a baby dentist, I don't want him here though!" (My son is only 5 years old and I should also add the only other patient was my daughter getting her teeth cleaned and another person finishing up) Dr. Owoc looked right at me, threw his hands in the air, rolled his eyes at me and walked away. I stood up for my child and spoke my mind. Picked my son up out of that chair and we walked out. I have never felt so degraded by a Doctor in my life! We've already left the practice and won't be returning. Just wanted to share my experience today after going there for years. We'll travel the few extra minutes to see Dr.Liu from now on.

Love that place, Is always a fantastic experience everybody's nice, The place is clean, And doctor Pete has saved me many times I was told by another dentist I needed a route canal, Pete fixed the tooth it's been 10 years and it's fine would highly suggest going there

Recent visit for teeth cleaning and exam. Macey was the hygienist and was very gentle and thorough. Dr Liu was ,as usual, very pleasant and knowledgeable . He patiently answered my questions and did a thorough exam of my teeth and mouth.

Another great experience here! From the front desk, to the hygienists to the dr…all very professional & respectful. I’m pretty particular about customer service & they all exceed my expectations every single time!

Dr. Owoc and the staff at White Oak Dental provided me with EXCELLENT service and patient care during what I feared would be a most uncomfortable and unnerving procedure - the extraction of a cracked lower molar and prep of the site for a future dental implant. Turns out, the entire procedure was pleasant and pain free! Dr. Owoc and his assistant, Reva, are highly skilled practitioners and consummate professionals. I have been going here for a few years now and I have to say every time I’m there it’s such a pleasant experience. The entire staff in the office is super friendly, kind, and make sure you’re comfortable. I don’t typically enjoy the dentist office visits I need to do, but they make them comfortable and easy!

White Oak Dental Associates is a great place to go. They have made me feel welcome from the first visit. My kids are also comfortable with all the staff. The facility is kept super clean and any question I have about the health of my teeth are answered. It’s nice to know I have found such a great place to go to.

I've been going to this doctor for 15 or so years. I love Olson Eye Care! I moved to the Northside, and I still make the hour trip to this office because I love working with Dr. Olson and all of the employees. I wish I knew why there are such low reviews on YP. That truly blows my mind!Everyone there is so helpful and kind, and the eyeglass selection is HUGE! They also give very good and honest opinions on which glasses look best on you. This is so helpful when I don't have a family member or a friend there to give opinions. I love this office and I will forever return!

Went to get new lenses in frames I had previously purchased at Olson. They came back with the frame separated at the bottom. They looked awful. The women helping me said they had 100% guarantee and would send them back to the lab. When I picked them up 2 weeks later they were exactly the same. I said I wasn't happy but the man "helping" me said they went above and beyond. So I spent over $400 for glasses that look shoddy. Where is the 100% guarantee?

My children and I have been going to this eye Dr for years. They have now transition into a new owner and the quality of service is now Horrible!! It took me three weeks to get in touch with someone to get a warranty replacement for my sons glasses. When I finally went to the location, they "claimed to have fixed them" Instead of replacing them. A week later they broke again & finally they offered a replacement. As a working mother, my time is valuable & it's very frustrating having to spend unnecessary time going back & forth for services I have paid for in advance. I just hope that the service & staff can get back to what it once was.

Horrible. Mentioned that I had double vision in my right eye yet didn't seem to mind. Said that they had to normalize my prescription and I would have it in a few days. That was a week ago. Terrible selection of glasses as well.
